This is a YouTube video titled "Former NFL Linebacker @AnthonyTrucks1 talks about mindset.🧠#shorts" containing a conversation between Allison Maslan and another speaker discussing personal responsibility, identity, and mindset in relation to achieving dreams and business success. The dialogue focuses on the importance of aligning one's identity with their goals to take necessary actions and achieve desired outcomes.

When you realize, okay, I'm the common denominator here, I gotta take responsibility and make different choices. I really feel like that has to happen for people to start really making changes in their life. Right. Is to say, okay, I'm creating this. What can I do differently?
Because if you don't ask that question, here's the scary part of it. I don't believe that you could have an identity that is below your dream but get the dream. So if your dream doesn't match the identity, you don't get it. And here's why. There are certain actions for your business that have to be taken. If you don't identify with those actions as a person that does those like fluidly, well then you don't do them. So the actions don't get taken, the outcomes don't come to pass. The result, the achievement isn't in your life.
