You just let go with everything. You don't need to think about anything. Move the hands gently and slowly. You know what? Once you activate the Qi system, the Qi knows exactly where to direct the energy flow. And by moving your hands like this, you may think this is too simple to be true. It heals your heart. It heals your eyes. It heals your migraine headaches. It heals your breathing system. You clear the tumors in XYZ places in your body. It helps you to nurture your knee joints. You might say, it is that simple. I say, yes, it is just that simple. Because you are activating the intelligence of your body.

Thank you so very much, Alison, for having me. It is Such a great honor, so thank you so very much.
Well, I just have to tell this quick story, and I don't even know if you know this, but. So you and I met at a conference in Mexico not long ago. And I remember that morning I woke up, I hadn't met you yet, but I woke up and I was lying in bed and I was just feeling so tired, Just this lack of energy. And I had this thought, because I have a big mission as well, and I just put it out to the universe. And I said, hey, universe, if you want me to get this thing done, I need energy, so bring me energy. And what happens, I walk in and you are up there as the first speaker and sharing all this about Qigong. And it so resonated with me. For those of you listening, you may or may not know this, but I was a homeopath, homeopathic physician for 20 years. And so this work that you share, um, Master Lynn really, really spoke to me, and you and I got to spend some time together. You've shared some of your, you know, great advice with me. I'll. We'll talk about that today. And it's really, you know, I'm full of energy now. I'm feeling so much better. So thank you for that, and thanks for coming on the show.
You're welcome. You're welcome.
Yes, go ahead.
Chi is the connection, the intelligence into body. Once you open up the energy centers in the body, you need to have the Qi to guide the flow of the energy in your body. A lot of people like you and many other people, they have great energy, but you know what? They still feel tired. Like lots of business people. CEOs and I went to so many different classes and give talks to the CEOs of banks. They have these comments. They feel so exhausted, but they are muscular, so they have a lot of muscles. All right, they're not lack of energy, but you know what they lack of the flow of Qi in the body. Because Qi is intelligence. Qi drives the energy flow in the body. If Qi doesn't work, no matter how much energy you have, you are not going to go anywhere. So what I did with you is I opened up the channels for you so that the Qi can direct the energy flow. Then everything is back to normal.
Yeah, I mean, it's really been incredible. And yeah, like you said, the Qi drives everything. So I want to dive into this more. And this is so important for you as business owners because you're all working so hard and you have all of these things you want to accomplish. And so you want to be able to come to them in the best state possible. Right. So, Master Lin, your personal story is so moving. You went from deep physical pain, emotional pain, to complete transformation. And so can you just tell a little bit of the story of how you discovered qigong and then how it changed your life personally?
Sure. Well, I. I was born in China. I growed up in China. When I was in middle school, I started doing Tai chi. And so qigong. Yes, I knew a little bit at that time. So just for like meditation, mostly like a mindfulness meditation. And I was young, I didn't need that quiet time for myself. Energetic. Right. So until one day I was sick. I had arthritis in my knees, bone spurt in my lower back, in my neck, and migraine headaches. And especially at that time, I went through Cultural Revolution. Lots of negative things happened to my family. And because of Cultural Revolution, the good people turned out bad to be the bad people. And the bad people, government said bad people, like, you know. So it turned out they are the savers of our. Of our life. So I got so confused as a little boy at the age of eight. So I just found this world just so, so ugly, you know? So like my teacher, for instance, he was such a beautiful, kind, loving teacher because he was born in wealthy family before the liberation of China. And in Cultural Revolution, he was considered as the bad people. And then he was punished. He was bitten black and blue. Then that morning, I was in the second grade in other peoples. We all still waiting for him to show up in the class, to give us a class. Somebody came. He would never forever came anymore.
Oh my gosh.
He committed suicide. He could not tolerate the pain. And my uncle, you know, so he was born with a water buffalo, in a family with a water buffalo. He was considered as a rich people. And during Cultural Revolution and while he was still working in the field, a whole bunch of people came to the field and grabbed him and took him to the public in the farmers market. They scolded him and they throw rocks on him. And then later on, drag him to the wild area and take a hold and bury him. Life.
Oh my God.
So I, as a little boy, I experienced all these things. Oh man, I was so depressed.
And then, God, that is. That is so much for anybody, even an adult to handle, but much less a child.
Wow. So then. But the worst thing is you, you are not supposed to experience, express any fears or any concerns about what you experience. If you did, then you will be in even more trouble.
Oh My gosh. Wow, you're holding all this inside.
So angry. Fears, sadness, grief and everything. So when I became a college teacher, I still had a lot of pains at that time. I was in my mid-30s. I tried everything to heal my knees, and nothing work. Injection and acupuncture and massage, and you just name it. And the doctor said, you know, you need a surgery. But I said, you know, surgery would help me not. Not very much, you know, but you might feel more comfortable. I said, okay, well, I will. I will try to find this a different way. So one day, I came across a qigong master in town. People said, by sitting in his class, you would possibly cure your incurable disease. And I said, well, yeah, I knew qigong was very powerful, but I didn't have any firsthand of experience or seeing anyone who had that kind of power. So I went to his workshop and, you know, seven hours and a half meditating, doing those simple movements together with him. At the end of the day, all the swollen in my knees went away. And the pain, 80, 85% gone. And I was able to jump again. And before, he was just like a knife every day, sticking to my joints. It's so painful. So when right now, in my classes, all my clients said, you know, I have this pain. It's just so, so killing. I said, I understand it and I know it. How do you know? I said, because I was there before.
Yes, yes.
But you know, one thing is more powerful to me. While I was doing the meditation together with the Master, the master said, if you want to heal yourself faster and more completely, you need to let go with your emotion and forgive those people who hurt you and your family so badly. And you forgive them by forgiving them, you are able to heal yourself much faster. As soon as I heard that, I said, no way.
Yes, right? That's got to be so hard, right?
So like those people during Cultural Revolution. Before Cultural Revolution, my mom and dad did everything to save their life. They consider my parents as their savers. Life savers. Captured. The rosune came and for no reason. Well, for some reason. And they went up to their best friend's children and tried to even kill them. So one of them even put the rifle gun at my temple and wanted to shoot me and pretending, scaring me. The bullet already in position. So that was a scary, you know, very scary. So. So how could I forgive these people? No way, right? So as soon as I said that, I heard the master saying about if you have a hard time to forgive them real, for real, from your heart, you can pretend to forgive them. By pretending, you also going to get some good healing. I said, well, wait a minute. By pretending I can get myself heal faster with my pain, I would do it. So I visualize all of these people who I knew hurt me and my family, my parents. And I said to them, literally, I said, well, at this moment, I just wanted to heal myself faster and completely. So I pretend, listen, I pretend you, I pretend I forgive you, I love you. Then I murmur the words, I pretend I forgive you. I pretend I love you. I pretend I forgive you. I pretend I love you. When I say that for 10,000 times, it became like a chanting. Then I started letting go with all the emotions and simply just turn into a murmuring chanting. Like something like that. Then you know what I found? The energy, just like a volcano exploding from my belly button, radiating out through my entire body, shooting down to my knees. Tremendous heat. Went to my knees, went to my back, went to my neck. Seven hours and a half when I pick up from the dirt ground on the soccer field, the swollen in my knees gone. And the pain went away only once, a little bit, still there. I was just so thrilled. And then after like a couple months practice, I noticed my suicidal depression went away. I was able to think in a different way. I said, wow, if at that time these people who knew us would were that close to us, if they did not go after us, the government might go after them, then we're going to have more people in the world suffer. So it might not be a bad thing. Then we took all the pain.
So then it was like this energy that released that you had been carrying for all these years.
Exactly. Then I found life actually is not that bad, you know, so. And I notice the birds are singing and people are smiling. And before I focus everything on a negative thing, people smiling, I say, ah, you know, you smile. Do you know what? Tomorrow and you are going to cry. You know, something very bad is going to happen in your life immediately. I had that kind of a psychology. But after this gigantic opening, I felt so good. The world should be filled with the sunlight. And actually, like Laosu said, by knowing the pain better, we should treasure the happiness more. That's what I should focus on.
Beautiful. Yes. Yeah, right where you put your focus expands.
Yes. So, yeah, then I. Then I. Then I wanted to find out why qigong is that powerful. After that, as a college teacher, I was the dean of a foreign language department in college. So when I talked about my experience with others and they said, oh, Qigong, you know, you believe it, it works. You don't believe it, it doesn't work. But to me, it is so real. My pain.
Yeah, hey, whatever you're feeling, great. So.
Exactly.
That's the proof.
I have more energy. So before, with that much pain, at the end of the day, you just feel so exhausted as a young man. But after I practice and I only slept like five hours a day, I had tons of energy. And right now, so when I do, when I, when I do, generally speaking, I only sleep like a three to four hours a day. And I.
So yeah, that's what you sleep now? Three to four hours?
Yeah.
Amazing. Well, they, I, I always hear you need eight hours of sleep for your brain to regenerate. So that's, you know, if you're doing this practice, you're saying you don't need that much sleep.
Exactly. Now 20 minutes deep meditation equal to four hours sleeping. Isn't that great?
Oh, my gosh. I did not know that. Okay, I need to up my. I have been meditating every morning. I've been doing this for quite some time. But I'm going to up my game. You've inspired me. Well, I have so many things I want to ask you because, you know, business owners are notorious for putting their health last. They're taking care of their employees. They're taking care of their customers and their families. And so that's why I wanted you to come on today, because what would you say to the business owner who just simply feels I'm too busy to start working on the healing practice for myself? Because you actually need to make a commitment to do the practice.
Right. Well, I think this is, first of all is the mindset. Everything is about investment. Do you want to invest in your health? You also invest in your life too, at the same time, from the business perspective. I am a business owner. I studied my class with five people in my class, and among these five people, two people signed up the class by mistake. That's how I started my qigong class today. This year in the United States is like a 30th anniversary of spring forest qigong in the world. So we're going to have a big celebration by the end of this month here.
Oh, congratulations. That's amazing.
30 years through this, 30 years, you know what? We officially trained and certified 500 Spring Forest Qigong teachers all over the world. And we have 1,500 certified trainers. And we started, only started from here in Minnesota in a very little town called in the Grove Height with the five people you know what? Now we have a teachers and qigong practitioners in 146 countries all over the world.
Gosh. So that is so impressive and so wonderful because they're able to help so many people.
That means you are doing something right.
Look at the work you've done. So it's incredible. It's almost as if you had this physical pain to have the experience to discover qigong so that you could live your life purpose of making such an impact. Wow. Can you just describe qigong just a little bit? Like exactly what is it?
Yeah. So let me finish this one thing before I answer your question. So, as a business owner, I want my health and I also want the thrive of the business too. And these two things, they don't have any conflicts. So if you can get, if you have a very clear purpose of your life, it's not just a business, right? You want to live for 120 years and then you want to have and $2 billion in your bank account. So there is no any conflicts with that. You know what, you just need to spend your time wisely. So every day you Invest, let's say 20 minutes with the Qigong practice, doing those simple movements, you are able to cultivate the energy much faster and balance your energy much, much faster. Actually, you become more productive by using your time. And if you are so exhausted, you'll not be able to make the right decision. Of course, you get so frustrated and depression and everything is going to happen and you make more mistakes in your decision. But with qigong, even one minute, two minutes sitting in the office, close the door, close your eyes, give yourself that two minutes of your time. If you can come up with five minutes, that's even better, right? Good, better, best. And that will help you to reboost and rebuild your system. And when you have that, of course, while you are enjoying doing business and you are also enjoying your health too. So now here comes to what is qigong? Qigong is. Qi is the intelligence of the body. The intelligence knows what to do for your body. And this Qi system, it is not energy system. Lots of people consider Qi as energy. Actually, Qi is not energy. Qi is the intelligence. Qi is the communication system in your body, connecting all the tissues, organs and mind body together as one to it has the pattern of the life vitality code to help to operate the body. So when you, for instance, when we do qigong movement. Once you do qigong movement, something very simple and later on I can show you a couple exercises, you just let go with everything. You don't need to think about anything. Move the hands gently and slowly. You know what? Once you activate the Qi system, the Qi knows exactly where to direct the energy flow. And by moving your hands like this, you may think this is too simple to be true. It heals your height. It heals your eyes. It heals your migraine headaches, heals your breathing system. You clear the tumors in XYZ places in your body. It helps you to nurture your knee joints. You might say, it is that simple. I say, yes, it is just that simple, because you are activating the intelligence of your body. You have the intelligence to do the work. You don't need to control your body anymore. You just have that moment of freedom and feel how good you feel.
That's incredible. And it's true. I mean, there's so many miraculous things in the body, and you. You wonder sometimes, how does it know to do all these things? But there is this master intelligence. You know, in homeopathy, the founder of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann, they would call it the chi. He would call it the vital force. The vital force, which is that same, like what you're saying, that inner intelligence. And so, well, I plan to live to 123, so I'm making that known right now. And, you know, we'll work towards the 2 billion. So thank you for that as well. But, yeah, that is. That's incredible. Thank you for explaining that. Because, like, when I came to you, I was feeling exhausted, and many CEOs feel exhausted, and sometimes they feel disconnected from their purpose. You know, like, almost like, maybe not depressed, but just sort of flat, kind of an apathy. So how does the energy stagnation or the. Or the chi blockage affect the mental clarity, decision making? And how can qigong help to realign ourselves? Okay, to do better there. Yeah.
Yeah, you're right. You're asking a brilliant question. So you already used a word. I really like it. And that is so accurate. Disconnect. You disconnect yourself within and without and outside of you. Now, in qigong practice, at the very beginning of your practice, when I teach people, I ask people to say a password, saying aloud, in your mind, I am in the universe. The universe is in my body. The universe and I combine together. Once you open yourself to the universe, you align your body, your energy, your chi field, your energy field together with that of nature, with that of the universe. We have this connection, happens in the body because the emotions and because what we want, because accidents and changes of the seasons and the weather, the Environment, the pollution. Right. All these things can interrupt the Qi operation in the body and gradually disconnection internally. The communication between the heart and the liver, the liver, the lungs and the lung with the brain, and then the body and the nature, the nature and the universe and the relationship around you. They all got disconnected.
Yeah.
So when disconnection happened, it's just like when you go home, you have a family, you have two kids, and you have a spouse or a partner, and you all just sit over there, never talk to each other, and everybody cook its own food and go its own direction. What is going to happen in the family?
Family, yeah, disconnection.
Disconnection. The family will is sick, right?
Yeah.
Then you're going to have people at.
Dinner that sit there the whole time and they don't say anything to each other the whole time.
Look at the iPad, you know, iPhone. And so you see. And so now in qigong practice, you align all these things together as one again. You give yourself that few seconds, minutes of serenity, then automatically the energetic field got reconnected when that energetic field reconnected once, just like, you know, when I, when I, when I help you. And of course, as a healer, I send energy to you to help you to conduct the reconnection again and have your heart to communicate better with the brain. And the energy can flow down to the small intestine better. And then the organs will work in sync with each other, the vibration. Then of course, you are going to have all the energy to come back. It doesn't matter whether you have a smaller body or a bigger body. It's not like people have a bigger body. You have more energy as people. People have a smaller body, you will not have that much energy. It's, it's, it depends on how much your energy your body needs. And now you have all this connection come back. Of course. Hallelujah.
Yes. Yeah. I mean, well, think about it. I mean, you're disconnected from, from, you know, who you are meant to be. So when you, you're plugged back in, you know, all of a sudden you feel that vitality, you feel more alive. I mean, when I think about how I was feeling that morning and I was just. Had been dragging for a little bit, I was drained from a lot of different things. And yeah, the difference of how I feel now to where I was then, and that wasn't even very long ago, that was just a few months ago. It is, yeah. So then you're, you're happier. Things give you more a sense of exhilaration. So yeah, it's fantastic. Now you've worked with the Mayo Clinic and other institutions that have studied the impact of qigong. So what are, what are some of the things that you learned or that came out of this research that might surprise people?
Yeah, yes. I work with all these entities and I have great connection with doctors, physicians and researchers and a great time with them. One thing I learned, these people, they are very open minded and through a lot of studies, all the results, the outcome from their studies to strengthen my understanding. This is one word our Chinese ancient masters in qigong. In Chinese medicine, saying that the most powerful and the best medicine is hidden within you. You just need to activate that medicine and it can help you to heal, balance and do a lot of work, powerful things in your life and talking about healing, of course with the medical support and you can even heal much faster. Like people who have a cancer, they do chemotherapy by doing qigong and they don't lose their hair and they can recover much faster. They don't feel that kind of exhaustion, you know, so like many other people experienced so. Quite a while ago, the first time when I was in Minnesota, I met this lady in my class. She had been on oxygen for six and a half years. Diagnosed with the Mayo Clinic, she had lots of lung scar tissues in the lungs. The Mayo Clinic doctor wanted her to have a lung transplant and she didn't do it. Came to my class and so eight weeks practice qigong plus my healing, all the lung scar tissues disappeared. Wow. So went back to the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic said, you know, we don't know what you did, you know, but you know what, you know, you don't need the oxygen anymore. And she had a completely new young lungs.
Wow, that's incredible. They wanted a transplant and everything and she, yeah, that is so powerful. I think that we don't trust the power of our bodies enough because we're so reliant on the external to take this or that. I'm not saying don't take your, your medication, but like there is that, that power within us and that's really what qigong and what you're saying taps into.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Qigong. Actually talking from the healthcare system perspective, qigong actually is a completely new approach to health. So it is not the traditional Chinese medicine, it's not Western medicine, it's not any other things. It is qi medicine. Because talking about this just now, you get used the relationship, the connection, plug in, you plug in, you use the words. I just love these words and what you just said you know what? In our body, we have so many systems in our body. Among all these systems, like in the book Gary wrote, is called the One Thing. I love that book. The one thing. By doing one thing, and everything will become easier. What is this priority of one thing? You need to do so in a body in order to heal yourself completely, emotionally, physically and spiritually, what is the one thing you need to do? Connection is very important. Relationship is very important. The body has all these crazy things. You know what? Because of the relationship among these six systems, these people inside you, the cells and organs and tissues out of alignment. So once you have now, who controls the relationship? The Qi does not energy, not life force, not any. Any other things, not the spirit, not the soul, not the physical structure, not the energy and energetic systems. It is the Qi. So the Qi tied all these things together. And so now talking about business, in the business, if you want your business to thrive, the one thing is not depends on how hurt everybody works. It depends on the communication, right? People communicate, they share ideas. They are happy. When communication comes back, family is happy, companies happy. Everybody's in sync with each other. Everybody understands who is doing what. Hey, then you can thrive, you can move on. So that's the chi.
Yeah, Well, I mean, you know, when your Qi is strong and you as a business leader, you walk into a room, your people will be attracted to your energy. You know, you find that doors start opening, things are become more attracted to you. And so for those of you that are leading teams, let's talk about that for a second, because it's your health, but we also want the people around us to be healthy as well. How can qigong become part of a company culture to just to help the whole organization thrive?
You know, so this is what I learned from doing qigong. People ask me that question how lots of qigong healers and qigong masters and qigong practitioners or business owners, they asked me this question in their conferences or privately, how Springfield Qigong, within that short period of time, grow that much, you know, just quantrifies, you know, from five people. Now we have thousands of thousands of people all over the world, right? And you know what? This is what I learned from doing qigong. When I do qigong, when I teach people how to do qigong to heal themselves. Suppose like this, people have a brain tumor. At the very beginning, you say in your mind, all the channels in my body open, all the cancerous energy in my brain disappear. I will be completely healed. And then say the password, I'm in the universe. The universe is in my body. The universe and I combine together. Then after that, start doing this movement after you announce what is your purpose. And then in the practice, you don't need to think about that challenge anymore. You just focus on the moment. Feeling how good you feel, how wonderful you feel with your fingers, with your body, you have the moment of serenity, peacefulness, and you feel so much gratitude in your heart, and you just do the process. You know what? Once you say the purpose, you allow every part of your body, every cell to know what you want to do. And then you let go. You don't control the cells, you don't control the tissues and body anymore. You just let it be, take it. The body takes it over, the intelligence system takes it over. Then everybody's in sync. A lot of people, they have this micro control, right?
And yes, well, business owners, we're so, you know, you have to work on that. And we, we talk about that because no one likes to be micromanaged. But if you're micromanaging every little thing going on with you, right?
So once you have the micromanaging, actually, that spends too much energy. You. You suppress the creativity of your staff, and your staff is saying, okay, I just do what what you want, and now this is what you want. I just, just do what you want. That's it. And they don't use their system to support you. And they are so afraid of making mistakes, you know, this and that. So as like a business owner, I tell my staff, this is what I want. Let's do it together. And now it's totally yours. Let's be, let's have fun. And you, no matter what you do, if you can make the. At the end of the day, and this is the result I want to see. That's it. You just go ahead to make mistakes. No worry. Aha. You know what? Everybody is in sync. Doing the right thing.
Wow. Gosh, you've been. Now I'm so inspired. I'm sure. I'm hoping those of you listening are so inspired to learn more about this because, you know, it just sounds so exciting. Now. Let's just. I'd love for you to share some of the practices just so that people can visually see what we're talking about. And so let's have you share one that could help generate more energy. Something that we could just do for a few minutes during the day.
Okay. I think in the two exercises, I will highly recommend the people sitting a lot in a chair and tap the tailbone and do the dolphining. Of the exercise. Like, I shared that with you. And tap the tailbone. Why the tailbone? Because the tailbone is the first vitality gate of our body. And when that part has been placed for so long, you are not going to have enough energy to flow up along the spine to the brain to support the brain. So that's why the brain start having so much stagnant energy get caught in the brain and you feel exhaust, exhausted, you feel tired, you feel your body. The clarity of the mind is not there. So tapping the tailbone. Tapping the tailbone can also help to prevent memory loss. Parkinson.
Oh, wow. So again you say tapping. You mean just like literally tapping on, like, how, how, how long do you do it and how often do you do it?
Do you mind? I show you?
No, please. Yeah, yeah, Stand up and show me.
Okay, so now you can see. Right?
So, okay.
The side of the tailbone.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
Right.
Not on the tailbone, at the side of the tailbone.
The sides of the tailbone. Okay.
The vibration from the muscle going to the tailbone.
Okay.
The tailbone, it goes to the bladder, to the. To the reproductive organs. And then the energy is going to move up to the brain to help to give more energy to the brain.
Oh, I need that.
Between like a 30 seconds to two minutes, and that's what.
Okay. So easy. So easy. Does that help, like, with focus, too? Yes, it does. Okay. Yeah, definitely my EDD brain over here. So that's good, that's good. Now what about. Because like you said, business owners are sitting a lot of the time at the computer. Can you show what could maybe help them with back pain?
Yep, the back pain is dolphining the back.
Okay.
Have a chair, right? You sit, you put your back against the back of the chair. You put your hands on your lap, straight up your spine, drop your shoulders, you pull them down towards to the floor.
Okay.
And you stretch forward a little bit from the diaphragm up. Move that part of the spine, okay. Slowly. And hold it for like three seconds and then move again.
Okay. This is the thing that you. You taught me that I've been doing.
It helps you open the channels in the height in the neck, in the brain, in the chest, in the lungs, breast, thyroid, shoulder pain, neck pain, upper back pain, even lower back pain.
So you said it's like you're picking up an egg.
Yeah. You have your chin to stretch forward. Visualizing you are picking up an egg. You connect to the neck, hold your chin down and straight up and then lean back a little, feeling a Little bit pulling sensation in the chest, shoulders, and upper back.
Okay. I have to tell you what happened from doing this, because I've been doing it. I got into bed a couple weeks ago, and I was lying down just on my left side. And, you know, it's just breathing normal. And all of a sudden, I felt like my breath came all the way down to my belly button. And I was taking these. But I wasn't trying to take deep breaths. I was doing normal breathing. But my. I was so open that I could feel the breath going all the way down here and then all the way up and out. It was the most. It actually felt so good, I thought, wow, that must be from the qigong, like opening up that energy center.
Yeah, absolutely. Now, let me tell you why. So, Allison, in our days, the number one cost of death is heart problems, right? Heart attack and heart issues. Number two is a cancers, especially lung cancer and breast cancer for women. And so then for men, it's a prostate cancer. You know, all these things happen because of the blockage in between the shoulder blades, in the. In the spine, the. The T number four, number five, six, seven. This is three vertebrates. And there's a blockage over there all the time. You sit like this. You're working on a computer. And so then this part of the body, the energy, the qi, got suppressed. So when that happens, not enough circulation going through that part, and gradually the energy got junked in that area, causing blockage. That blockage affecting the heart, the breast, the chest, lungs, thyroid, and you just name it. So by opening this pot, you first, just like you said, you notice you can breathe deeper. And then people, like, this season, they have allergies. You know why the allergies? People have allergies because of the lungs. And the lungs have that kind of challenges because of the energy blockage in between the shoulder blades. So once you dolphin like this, you have them open, all these allergies go away.
Incredible. Well, it was so strikingly different than I had experienced before. And so now what about just the simple. You've got a cold or flu coming on.
Yeah. This is the exercise.
The what?
The dopening.
The same one. Same one you just did. Okay, okay. And then what about for the heart? Because, you know, the heart is, like you said, leading cause of death. So what would be an exercise specifically for the heart? Is this the same one?
Same one.
Oh, my gosh. Really?
Yep.
Wow. People, look at this. This is so beautiful. Amazing. And so can you just share how often they should do that dolphining practice.
Do it a couple times a day. It depends on how, how much you need it. You know, generally speaking, a couple times a day. And each time like a business owners and sitting in the office in five minutes each time.
Okay, so ten minutes a day, people. You can do that. You can absolutely do that. Now what is your daily practice? Like, what do you do like when you wake? I'm just curious, how do you incorporate all this into your life?
Okay, well, qigong is my life and my life is qigong, so everything. And I just fell in love with, fell in love with what I do. I don't feel tired, you know, and I get up general speaking. And 3:30 to 4:00 clock in the morning. Wow. Start doing qigong meditation. And then about 8 o' clock I come out from my meditation and then I will have two handfuls of nuts and a little bit fruit and half a banana and half an apple and something like that and some berries and that's my breakfast. And 8:30 I start doing healing on people. And my healing continues until 6:30 and lunch. I have like a one hour, one hour and a half of break and then so 6:30 finish. And sometimes in the evening I teach other than that. And I will start doing some physical exercise like a Tai chi and walking and do a little bit weight lifting and to strengthen the muscles. That's about like 10 minutes or so. And then so about like a 10, 10ish o' clock and I start doing meditation again, doing meditation healing. And people call people sign up for my meditation healings. You know, that's the time I start doing meditation healing until 11:30 to 12:00 clock and then I go to bed.
Wow. So you're literally going from like 3 to 4 in the morning until midnight.
Oh yeah.
Amazing. And so you do, so the meditation you do in the morning and you do it at night and then do you do these exercises, the ones that we've been talking about, you do those throughout the day or just in the morning and night or morning and night.
And throughout the day? Yes. Like I know when I finish talking to you and after I get up, I would do a few minutes.
Oh, okay. So you just sort of incorporate it throughout your day. Amazing. And so. Well, I have your book and I want to talk about this book because I don't know if you can see it because I got lights and stuff for taping today, but it's head to toe healing and it is your body's repair manual. Let's see if you can see that Head to Toe Healing by Master Chun Yi Lin. Get this, because it, the way you've broken this down is, you know, like here is one for hearing loss, ringing in the ears, colds, opening sinus, holding one hand. So it has the diagrams, it shows you for different issues going on in your body, for pain, for swelling, for congestion in your lungs, all types of little things that you can do for yourself to heal yourself. So I highly recommend that you go and get this book. And Chun Yi, is there anything else that you'd like to share with us today? And then of course, I want people to know how they can learn from you or take your courses.
Yes. Well, the name of what I do, the company is called Spring Forest Qigong. So you type in and you go to Google it and you're able to find me or simply just type my name and you're able to find my practice. And I have lots of classes online and also healing retreat in person also here in Minnesota too. And at the end of this month and we're going to have 30th anniversary celebration. And I also talk, we have a class to talk about healing too. So there's a lot of information in the website you can see. And so what I. The one more thing I want to say, the most powerful healing energy people all over the world say is unconditional love, right? Unconditional love. And it is powerful, but only when unconditional love condition your body, condition the Qi and make the Qi flows. That's the moment you make it the most powerful. So when you practice the exercise, I mean the qigong movements, and you give your whole gratitude in your heart, hold unconditional love in your heart. You love yourself, love your family, love your pets. And then you start doing those movements to feel the energy. That's the moment you can create miracles. And with these techniques, you can replicate miracles. And anyone can do that any place, anywhere. And that same philosophy also works for business, for personal growth, for anything. And also you are doing in your life.
Wow, boy. The world over needs to know all about you, Master Lin, and all about qigong. I am incredibly inspired. I'm going to take the. I am going to commit to taking my practice even further from what I learned with you. And the power is within. So you heard it here. And you as a business leader, need to do what you can.
