This is a YouTube video titled "Get Your Scaleblockers Report" containing a monologue by Allison Maslan recorded on January 2, 2023. Allison discusses the importance of developing automated systems and delegating tasks in business to free up time and avoid repetitive work, emphasizing fixing gaps in systems to prevent issues.

Free up your time by developing systems. In your business, are you recreating the wheel all the time? Are you saying, well, it's just faster if I do it? And if things are breaking or something is slipping through the cracks, it means that you have a hole in your system. Something is missing. So whether that system requires someone else on your team to do something, or it's a piece of software that is handling it all together, you want to get your house in order to.
