This is a YouTube video titled "Great Leaders Speak Empathy!" containing a discussion between two speakers about critical leadership characteristics, focusing on emotional intelligence and corrective action to grow and scale a company. The conversation emphasizes empathy, unlearning old habits, and the impact of leadership on team dynamics. There is no indication that Allison Maslan is one of the speakers.
So what characteristics are critical for a leader to possess to grow and scale their company?
One of the things that leaders today, I always say this, never delay taking corrective action once you identify the problem. The other portion of this is your level of emotional intelligence. And they say 53% of success of a company is based on the leadership's emotional intelligence. They're empathetic, and then they can deliver the vision in a way that people can get behind and the bosses obey. Leaders of they have to have a high level of emotional intelligence and being willing and able to unlearn some of the habits that we've learned in the past and unlearn and really understand that we are in a whole different new dynamics. Work on your emotional intelligence and be a leader that's well and respectful.
When you start shifting in you and how you show up, you'll see instant changes within your team and who you start attracting.
