This is a YouTube video titled "Growth Insights from Pinnacle Events" containing a monologue or testimonial from a speaker reflecting on their experience at the Scala Live event and their decision to join Pinnacle after hearing about others' growth and organizational support. Allison is mentioned by the speaker but does not appear as a direct participant in the conversation.

The Scala Live event's been amazing. I mean, just listening to Allison and all the things that not only she's done, but the people have done. When they first asked me if I was interested in joining Pinnacle, I first said, no, I'm getting enough out of the event as it is. And then I kept asking everyone, you know, are you joining? They go, yeah, you know, we've grown by X numbers of tens of thousands of multipliers. And that's kind of when I knew that I needed to do this. I've been doing it on my own for a long time, and hearing everybody and listening to them talk about just being able to step away and have people run the organization forums, really amazing.
