This is a YouTube video titled "How do you become a visionary leader?" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a monologue on leadership principles. Recorded in August 2022, Allison Maslan discusses how leading by example, honesty, and empowering others can help build a strong team of visionary leaders.

How do you become a visionary leader? Well, you lead by example. You want people to take certain actions. They are going to reflect off of you. How are you showing up your behavior, your mood? You want people to do things. Stop telling them what to do and empower them in to action. You want honest people on the team, then you be honest, do what you say you're going to do, and you're going to attract those people that are aligned with you. You. You want other leaders on the team to stand up and empower them as that visionary leader. You empower them into their own leadership. Then you're going to have a rock star team full of amazing visionary leaders.
