If you're feeling nervous or stretched, this might help. I have a big event that's happening next week. I've been leading events for many, many years. They take a lot out of you, and even though I've done it many times, it always stretches you because you don't know for sure the experience that you're walking into, although you hope for the best. So this is what I do. I, in the planning of the event, I make sure we reverse engineer it and make sure all bases are covered. So that's a done deal. But I give myself a couple days before for the event where nothing is planned, and my team knows this. I allow myself to have the space for my mind to open, for my imagination to break through, because I want to show up like my best self. Give yourself the space to start seeing the end result, the way you want that outcome to happen. You've got this, and I'm here for you.
