I would love for you to share with everybody. Where were you in your business before you joined us in Pinnacle Global Network.

Was really at a point of frustration. When I was here. I was so excited and so inspired and thinking about all the things that we could do. What I was really looking for was community and was support. My goal after 22 plus years was to have a chief operating officer that could run the internal functions of the company and to get myself out of active project management. And both of those things have happened. I don't necessarily work less, but I spend my time working in the areas that actually bring great value to the company, working on making sure that we have the right people on our team. I don't feel drained and exhausted. I feel energized. I'm just thrilled and happy.
