And Lisa's been on the show before, I have, and such a piece of popular guest. So I said I have to have her back. And so I don't know, some people might watch watching be like, oh, energy. That has nothing to do with me or my business.
Yeah, right.
But we're all made of energy.
We are.
Yeah. So it's kind of A big topic. So can you give us a little background on what is this business of energy and how. How you work with clients?
I think it's Einstein that made that famous quote around how energy is everywhere, whether we believe it or not. And I like to use the analogy of a cell phone. So if we went back even five years ago, maybe six years, you wouldn't be able to have made a phone call in an elevator.
Right.
Went dead. But now with more increased technology, you can use your cell phone in an elevator. You can text or you can receive it. But see, energy is even more high tech than that. It goes through the elevator. It goes through that cement wall. It has no boundaries, but we're made of energy. And so when we get blocked, our, you know, even acupuncture for your meridians get blocked. It slows you down physically and emotionally. So I like to think of it like an electric grid or electric panel. And when a wire in the panel becomes crimped, does the electricity flow?
No, it doesn't.
And our body's the same way. And we can be working really hard in our business and not understand why we're not having more revenue or we're not getting more business or more clients.
So we don't necessarily see these energy pathways. Just like we don't see electricity going through the walls. Right. But we. Or air we breathe, we don't see that either. But it's there.
But it's there.
We know it's there because we are alive and breathing. But so there are these. What you're saying is that it's not always a clear pathway, that there's blocks. And just like you would hit a wall, that's going to stop you from. Or cause pain or cause pain.
And physical pain shows over years of our life when energy has been stuck in a certain area and our body's really just talking to us. But in our business, when we're working, if we are procrastinating or we're not going to the next level, then there is a block that's preventing us or making it harder for us than it has to be?
Yeah, well, we want to make it easier for you. So how do the. Now do you feel like if there's an energy block in someone, do you feel like it has to be like, you know, a billboard screaming at you, or is it more subtle than that?
Okay, let me think of a billboard that would be screaming. It would be, let's take it out of business and put it in relationship, a personal relationship. And you keep attracting the same type of person into your life with a different face, that should be a billboard going off in your life.
My million dates.
That's a billboard. And that's a pattern. Oftentimes that's inherited. Now a subtle one might be. There's two types of fears we have when it comes to business. We can have a fear of failure or a fear of success. So the fear of failure is an easy one to spot because you'll procrastinate doing that bright idea. Because to the subconscious mind, if you don't ever start it, you can't fail it. Fail at it. Okay? But the fear of success is the subtle one you're talking about. It's where you might be busy doing really a lot of things in your life, but you're not doing income producing activities, right?
And so you fool yourself to thinking that you're busy and productive, but you're really just avoiding the big things that are going to move the needle.
So if you're someone that wants to mark off all 10 things on your list, but there's that one that you really have needed to do for the past week, month, so you go to bed, you've marked them off, but you still don't feel good. You have a fear of success.
Wow, bigger success.
It doesn't mean you haven't had success, but it's going to that next level, right?
So do these blocks need to be screaming loud like a big billboard or is it something that could just be subtle and maybe you don't notice it?
Well, there's both. So let me give you an example of a billboard screaming at you. It would be if you've been in a relationship and you are attracting the same type of people over and over again with a different face.
Never done that.
Never. Nobody does. But it's a pattern, a negative pattern, right. That you don't have to keep.
Yeah, took me a while to figure that one out.
Subtle. You want subtle?
Yeah. What's subtle?
So subtle is kind of tricky because there's two big fears when it comes to business. There's a fear of failure and a fear of success. And the fear of failure you'll recognize really easily because you procrastinate starting that new project, you procrastinate getting your bright idea out there, you procrastinate writing the book. Okay. And it's because if you don't ever start, you can't fail. And that's the subconscious trying to protect you.
Right?
But the fear of success is even more subtle because you'll be very Busy in life. But you will not be doing income producing activities.
Right.
So you'll be marking off your list all those 10 things, except for that one that just keeps on showing up. Yeah.
So let me ask you today, for instance, what have you been working on? Is it stuff just to clear off your desk, to check off the to do's, or are they those income producing things that are really going to move your business forward, the things that might stretch you, you know, scare you? Yeah. Right. And so there's, there's some blocks there, if that is the case.
Right. There are blocks and it can come up as resistance, fear. There's a lot of different reasons.
So how do we inherit this energy? Because like we don't want it. It's not like we're going, please give me some blocks. Right, right. So where does this come from?
Well, this comes from our lineage, but it's important that I share that. We inherit many wonderful things. We have our gifts and, and our talents and we get this from our lineage. But we also inherit trauma and fears. And so for those of you that are out there, that are a little on the scientific side, let me put it in a scientific way. We each have our DNA code that each one of us get, but we also have within that our epigenetics. And our epigenetics is how our energy expresses itself. And that is based on how our ancestors lives, how they lived their life, how they experienced their life. And then those are called informational tags.
All right, Interesting. Yeah, yeah. So that means that, you know, it just, this is, it came with you.
When you were born, down in the cell. Memory. And everybody gets it, although not each child in a family gets the same thing. It really is expressed in our DNA.
Yeah, like my sister and I, we're like night and day, you know, on how we, how we are in the world. I mean, she's awesome. We just have different characteristics. So you could have some anxiety, let's say you have an anxiety of driving or something and you never, you don't know why you have it, where it came from. And what you're saying is this is something you could have inherited.
That's right. So my favorite example around that is driving, but it's also the fear of a spider, arachnophobia. So you can have, since you were a little child, this fear of a spider and you freak out and you run, but you've really never had any serious encounter with a spider. Okay. But your great great grandparent could have and had been bitten and got really sick and so you would inherit that trauma, fear, around spiders without ever really. Without a known reason.
Yeah, yeah. Or the energy of the spider itself that had bitten you. So. And so I want to kind of. This is so fascinating to me, and I love it. So what makes energy healing different than, let's say, therapy or meditation? And, you know, I practice homeopathic medicine for many, many years, which is all about energy.
And.
And so. Yeah. So first, can you differentiate a little bit?
I can. They're all good. One is not better than another. So for me, I think of therapy as an awakening to someone's consciousness as to why they are the way they are. Oh, that makes sense. As to why mom forgot me in kindergarten. Okay, I get it. I get that. She had. So whatever it is in her life.
Right.
And meditation is really good because we live in a very chaotic world. We live in chaos every day. And when we start to feel chaotic from the inside, meditation brings us back to center, brings us back to the ground, to earth, to wholeness, and we can think much easier in our life. The difference then where I come in is I'm going to release the vibration that triggers the anxiety. So if it was interesting for me to ask the body, because I use a lot of kinesiology in my work, because I'm tapping into the subconscious, it was interesting for me to say, what's the megahertz that's causing Allison to have anxiety?
Right. Yeah. It was a pretty powerful megahertz, wouldn't it be?
But the problem is we don't live our life by those types of numbers.
Right.
But every word in the dictionary, every word we use, has a different megahertz to it. It has a vibration, and it's the vibrations that get trapped in our BO and in our energy field.
So it's almost a channel that you're tuning into.
Absolutely.
Yeah. So. And, you know, I think one thing that occurred to me when you were talking about the difference with meditation. Meditation helps you to feel calmer in that moment. And then, I mean, obviously, if you practice it over a long period, it's very beneficial. Right. But what you're saying is you're getting to the step before that. I am. What creates the. That level of stress?
I'm getting to the root cause.
Yeah.
Right. So that everything from the bottom up can just start to go away as you meditate, as you do other things.
Right. So that's so powerful. So you said that energy has no bounds, Right? Correct. It is everywhere. So it's, you know, this can be affecting us in, in all areas of our life. Our relationship, our career, our finances, our spiritual life, just our day to day joy. How is it that this negative energy can hold us back? Let's say in business, for instance.
Okay, all right, let me share an example. A client of mine came to me who had been experiencing success and for about six months it was just like nothing happening. I mean nothing was working. And so I asked what the inherited pattern was. Well, it went back three generations. The client's 40 and where would that put us if you're 40. Right. Great Depression. So of course there is some fear going on during the depression area, but this is how it was showing up. They were making a lot of money, but spending more than they made. Okay. So they were really overworking to make ends meet and couldn't make a decision for the life of them. Okay, well come to find out this, because when I think of a generation, the individual. So it was three generations. So it had been grandfather, great grandfather, great grandfather, great, grand. Okay. And just pre that. So what happened was because they knew their lineage well is this individual had a gambling problem, was very successful in business, owned a manufacturing company and lost it in gambling. So now every time, right. They were went to make a decision. It was overwhelming because they were afraid that every decision meant they were going to lose it all. Every decision created this, this like, you know, that they were gambling.
Right.
Really everything felt overwhelming.
Right. So then they probably didn't make decisions when they needed to.
They were indecisive, holding back their growth.
It's so fascinating because we try to figure it out with our conscious mind, but it's so, so much as our unconscious mind rules something like 96% of our decisions.
It does. It's our operating system, so we can be consciously aware of something, but our subconscious is just back there taking care of us. But it doesn't know the truth from the lie. So we can be in a negative neural pathway in our mind and not even recognize that we're there. One we don't recognize we're in self abuse, holding ourselves back. We don't recognize that we keep sabotaging every time we feel happy. Right. Or what about the business owner, Alison, that does really well and then plummets to bankruptcy. And it's a pattern of some of them wanting to pick themselves back up and prove that they can do it.
Yeah. And when it's super successful, sometimes people don't feel they deserve it.
They don't feel they deserve it.
Right. And they can self sabotage. And that doesn't have to be just business. That could be anything. Like, right? When you get a good relationship and you don't feel lovable and then you destroy that.
You destroy that. Something that you might find interesting that I've seen show up a lot or periodically is people, when they reach a certain level of success and they've done better than their parents did, who worked hard, who sacrificed everything in their life for them to be able to go to a certain school or, you know, they worked two jobs, they hold themselves back out of guilt because they don't want to outshine, outdo the parents. And it's a really, it's so small and so subtle.
Right. And it can stop the growth and it cracks.
It does. It's like, okay, I've got enough success, I don't need to do more.
Yeah, well, think about that right now in your life. Like what, what are the blocks or what are the patterns that you see continue to happen in your life? That, that's where the, the, you know, clue is under that right to find out what is that repetitive and probably there's a lot of energetic blocks around money lots. Right. That seems to be a big one. People hate money, love money, feel like it's, you know, bad or they have guilt around money and all of this, you know, we need money to live.
We do. Money is just an energy.
It's an energy and you know, you, if you make lots of money, then you can help lots of people. So, so what are, how, what are some of the blocks? Would you say that around money? And why do you feel people have such a hang up with money?
Well, there's a couple different reasons. So let's say the inherited first. Okay. One, there might not be enough money to the opinions and judgments of others in the community around you having money. Oh, they didn't work hard enough for their money. You know, the gossip. Okay, so that'll have somebody get into this pattern of overworking, overdoing, because then they have the right to say that they earned it.
Yeah. Okay.
Then the other is the conversation around the table. I call these learned behaviors. So there's an inherited behavior, there's a learned behavior. And that's what our parents say to us. That's how we view them in their life.
Right.
Like you can't have another new dress. Isn't last year's Easter dress good enough for this year?
Right.
Things like that. Or I have a client who really had a hard time holding on to her money. Okay. Any money she brought in. Well, come to find out her dad would say to her, don't let that nickel say in that pocket, okay, because it'll burn a hole in it. Now, something that simple, right, caused her to believe that she has to hurry up and spend her money or somebody else was going to take it or she would lose it and not know where it went.
Yeah, it's those early memories, too, that are the most profound and really impacted. Might not be how you look at the world now, but if you haven't released those things, they're still, still holding you back.
And it doesn't mean parents are bad. It doesn't mean you had bad parents. Okay. And it doesn't mean that if you come to somebody like what I do, that you're going to. It's not a bash session on our parents or our ancestors because we all do the best we can.
Yeah. Yeah, right. I mean, I don't think they woke up every day planning to drive to pass this down. Yeah, right, exactly. Now you have a book here. I do have stakes into Money. How to let go of the past, create your most powerful present, and build your life, love and financial blueprint. To be extraordinary. You have got to check out this book, Mistakes into Money. Can they get this on Amazon?
They're going to be able to get it off of my website.
Okay, okay, okay. All right. So, and what is the website?
It's Mistakes into Money. It'll be up.
It's for this.
It's just going to be for this. It's going to be a launch. Well, it'll be on your website too, eventually.
Okay.
You know, it's a process when you write a book. What can I say?
It is. It is. It's one thing, check this out. But if they get ahold of you, you will be able to. Oh, absolutely. So we'll put, put Lisa's information below. So how about your own business? Well, first of all, let me back up because I didn't really talk about the book much. So here's the thing. When you can break through your money roadblocks, it will be life changing for you, especially as a business owner. I find that business owners have so many issues around money, they start discounting. They don't charge enough money, they don't step up into the leader that they are. So read this book, Mistakes into Money, so that you can help to clear out those issues with money. So we want you to be wealthy.
And successful and money is fun. Making money in your business should be fun and rewarding where you're going. Yes, I got another grand in the bank, whatever it is, those little steps. But everybody should have fun making money. And this is just really about. It doesn't matter what's happened to you in your life and it doesn't matter how old you are. It doesn't matter where you've been. Success is for everyone.
Yeah. And you absolutely deserve it. Now, how about yourself? You're a business owner. And how is clearing out your own negative and emotional blocks? I know when I was doing my homeopathic trainer training, we had a saying, heal or heal thyself. So what?
Is that true?
It is so true.
It is so true.
So what are some things that you had to work on clearing?
I had to get out of myself. My own fears of being judged. My fear that people weren't going to accept me for who I am. My fear that I couldn't do this spiritual stuff with business. And the truth is I'm a businesswoman and I've got these crazy gifts that I can help other people with. So I get it feeds my soul to be able to help others and get paid to do it. But I really had to release a lot of stuff around the fear of I can't be spiritual and prosperous. Right.
Yeah.
I even had a fear that all these gifts that I have are going to be taken away if I. If I made money doing this. Right. And then I thought about something, all right? I had this. This clear thought. Now this is going back in time. So it's going to tell you that I used to think about this when I was young. Okay. Kareem Jabbar, famous basketball player for the LA Lakers. And I thought God didn't take his gifts away from him. He's making a business doing that.
Right, Right.
And those are the things that I used to think about as a child. Not that I ever knew what I would do as an adult, but. But it's those types of thoughts that it made me realize, you know what? These are things that I've been told or the things I made up in my life, the stories that kept me safe.
So it's touching a button in you. It is, yeah. And if you're listening to this on audio, she's got some tears coming up here. So what's coming up for you?
Sometimes in our lives, and it was for me, it was hard for me to accept who I was because I didn't want to be who I was. You know, I didn't want to hear people talking that I couldn't see. Well, first I could see, then I couldn't See, then I can. You know, it's just, you know, I don't want to know that. I don't know. I don't want somebody to ask me for help, and I don't know what to do with that anyway.
Right. And so how powerful, though? And this is. So. I think this is. Thank you for being so vulnerable, really. Because when you can step in and own your gifts and. And not worry about if somebody likes you or doesn't or agrees with you, I mean, everybody is gonna have a different opinion, as we know that. Right. On social media. But they're not going to sleep with your body and your mind. Like, you need to own that, and that's where the happiness comes in, and that's how you. And that's why you help so many people. Lisa, thank you. And so I've seen it. I've seen the results that she has. So. And it's so transformative when people finally face these blocks, these energetic blocks that we're talking about. And what are. What are. Share a success story. What is when someone was able to remove, let's say, a fear, a major fear.
Okay, well, let's go back to your driving story. Okay. Or anxiety around it. Well, we live in California, and you can't live in California and be really out there if you have a fear of driving on the free.
Yeah.
So I met this client at a networking meeting, and I noticed that her husband drove her to the meeting every time. She's, like, 32 years old. Okay. So she came up to me one time. She goes, could you help me drive on the freeway? I said, yes. All right. So it took, like, one or two times, and she's back on the freeway. She drives. But this is the beautiful part that really makes me happy. She comes back to me. She says, lisa, if I can do this, what else can I do?
Right.
And that's what you want. You want to realize, hey, you're here. You have a purpose. You were born at this time.
Yeah.
And you should be able to live it and feel it confidently and embrace it powerfully.
Yeah. Well, I think most people have a ceiling on what they feel that they can and cannot do. And how freeing once you remove that and see that there is so much abundance out there and so much opportunity. So if somebody wants. They're like, okay, I'm ready. I'm ready to, like, remove these blocks. I'm ready to release this being in my way. How can somebody work with you?
Well, they can work with me one on one.
Yeah.
And they can come to me in person or work with me over the phone. Remember, energy doesn't have a boundary. So I have people in the Philippines, I have people in London. And it doesn't matter where you live. I can clear them.
Yeah. And she's truly gifted.
Thank you.
You really are. And, you know, here's the thing. You may have some blocks you're not even aware of. Lisa's going to find them. And, and, and the other thing is too, I want to say, and I think that from my experience is as a homeopath and I don't run that practice anymore. But I think the unhappiness for people comes when you're not congruent with what you're, what you want in your life, what you really believe in and your values, but you're not necessarily doing that or living that. And there becomes this polarity or actually, no, it's not polarity. It's more of a conflict.
You know, yeah, you want something, but you don't feel good. But this is what I've learned then through my process. We make the most money, and we are the most happiest when we do what comes easiest to us. So it's when we're trying to be somebody that because either we want to make our family happy, our parents happy, because they told us we were super smart in chemistry. And so we're trying to create, you know, do this job in chemistry. But really, we love people. Chemistry is about hibernating. It's when you do what comes easy for you that you'll be the happiest and you'll make the most money.
Yeah. Gosh, doesn't that sound fun? What if you could clear your plate of all the stuff that you don't enjoy? Well, definitely reach out to Lisa. We'll put your website below. It's beyond cellular. And you're going to want to ask her about getting her book Mistakes Mistakes into money. Tons of pages here. This is going to be transformative for you. And thank you. You're welcome for being here. People always talk about they want to be part of seven figure companies. I'm now part of seven, eight and nine figure companies. I've been introduced to the some of the largest corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and it's with Alison's help. She's kind of expanded my horizons and my capabilities. And I think that's the most important thing where she expands, she makes, you know, what you can do and be successful at that.
Being with Alison and being able to learn who to hire and why to hire and how to develop a passionate, creative, inspired team was really, really important for me because I needed to shift some energy in my business. And I feel like with her help, I've really done that.
Pinnacle helped me grow my company to where at this point a year ago, I made a million more than I did at this point last year. So I really wanted to break that ceiling. I've hit that ceiling for several years in a row and Pinnacle has helped me do that by implementing the thought. It's actually just a thought process and how you view your company and how you view what you're doing. I think a lot of us entrepreneurs are hard on ourselves and are hard on our companies when it's not that we shouldn't be that way. So I think it's just looking at things a little bit differently, putting into practice the systems that she teaches us. For example, if you want an example, putting people in place to where I want my business to be at in two, three years. So I've got people right now in place. And it's wild. It's just like it's all the work is coming in and we're in place and we're not stressed out. And it's just amazing. It's just an amazing place to be.
What I love most about being in the Pinnacle is constant access to support.
So whether it be my mastermind group.
Or the recorded resources that Alison has.
Produced for us, or the constantly cutting.
Edge information that's coming to us on.
Social media, Facebook ads, how to conduct webinars, you name it, we have a resource for it.
So since joining Pinnacol, we've added 12 new positions to the company. We've increased revenue about 43%. We've increased profit by 111% this year. More importantly, I've gotten out of some roles that I Was in like QA manager. And some of the marketing things that I was doing are now outsourced or not outsourced in sourced to a team member. And I've really focused in on running the business instead of letting it run me. Coaching opportunities out there and a lot of times I'm a little bit suspicious. It's kind of a sales job, you know, are they in it for themselves? Are they in it for me? And at no time have I ever felt with Pinnacle that my best interest was not number one priority. And it's truly an organization and not just Alison and the coaches, but everyone there. It's coming from a place of giving.
And.
Working for mutual benefit. A lot of sharing going on and that's a great team to work with.
Right off the bat.
I laid a foundation for my coaching practice and I increased my prices and within one week I had signed two high paying clients that had basically paid for my coaching program with Alison. And since then my income has doubled every single month. It's been tremendous. But being a part of the community has been the greatest asset. I've been so fortunate and blessed to befriend so many other amazing entrepreneurs who I learn from on a regular basis who always have my back. Like minded people that I surround myself with and the environment is so positive. I just cannot speak highly enough of it and I am always compelled to share it with everyone I know. I feel it is the biggest gift to introduce and share this opportunity to connect with this kind of community with everybody that I know. Don't be the company like I was being in business for over 12 years, looking back and saying what did I.
Do in the last 10 years?
Do it now. Now is all we have. We don't have the past and we.
Don'T have the future.
All we have is now.
I've been in business for 21 years now and I've worked with a number of business coaches. And I watched Alison for four years and the results that her clients had when they worked with her. And I finally decided this is the next coach that I'm going to hire because she is the real deal. She is available to her people. She absolutely cares deeply about each and every individual and the success of their business. And you know what? We have to in business take risks. And sometimes taking risk is hiring that new coach. This is a risk worth taking.
