This is a YouTube video titled "How to use metrics effectively👇" containing a monologue or talk focused on the importance of setting and using key performance indicators and scorecards to guide business focus and support. The content is a single speaker discussing measurement and metrics without indication of multiple participants or conversational exchange.

What gets measured gets done. So important that you have those North Star metrics, your key performance indicators by department, so you can have that scorecard. And what that scorecard does is it enables you to pinpoint what area needs more focus, what area needs more support. Don't just create the metrics, use them. A lot of times we write them down, we set them up, but we don't revisit them. So use the numbers and let the numbers guide you instead of you being in there doing all the work with everyone.
