This is a YouTube video titled "How to Write Your Big Picture Vision 😉💁" containing a motivational or instructional talk by Allison Maslan recorded on June 29, 2023. Allison Maslan guides viewers on how to outline their ideal week, company culture, brand, and goals through stream of consciousness writing to develop a clear vision for their business or personal leadership.

You use this as a way to tap into ideas, and you will outline your why. What's your ideal week? You as a CEO, what would you like to really focus on? If you could choose, which you can, what is your culture? What do you want people to be saying about your company, about your team, about your experience? What's your revenue and profits? What's your brand say about you? What awards are you winning? And you can make your own circles. It doesn't have to just be this. Right. And so this just a few. You're just going to write a few words down to kind of trigger some ideas, and then you start stream of consciousness writing. Get a yellow pad out and you just start writing.
