Sean, why don't you introduce yourself and share as well what was going on with you before you started Pinnacle, what was going on in your life and then what's changed?
Prior to joining Pinnacle, I had been thinking about how do I take my business, which is a seven figure business, how do I get it to eight figures, especially without now the team that we had built up to this point. I had a big idea of what I wanted to accomplish, but I lacked the leadership team under me and above me to really help me get there. I was at a crossroad where I felt a little bit scattered and burned out throughout 2021. We grew our staff and headcount and we built out a proper leadership team which allowed me to step into more of a visionary role. So now I actually have seen the company actually run on a day to day without me and we're forecasted at 50% growth this year.
