Increased Cash Flow #shorts

Increased cash flow doesn't always mean just go get more customers. There's a lot of other ways to drive cash flow or keep the cash flow in your business. What about retaining your clients? If you just increase your retention by 10 20% then really it's going to be dramatically drive up your cash flow because if you're always getting new clients let's say you bring in three clients and you lose two you're really only growing by 10% right. And so you want to see where are the cash flow holes in your business. Maybe there are areas where you're spending too much that you don't need to. Maybe with your hiring every single employee should be bringing in three to 10 times what you pay them to your bottom line and so by not bringing these people on then you're losing a lot of revenue because they should be fueling your growth. So it's not just about going and getting that next customer it's keeping the customers and being savvy how you hire.
