This is a YouTube video titled "It all starts with a decision." containing a motivational talk by Allison Maslan recorded on December 30, 2024. In this talk, Allison Maslan discusses the power of perspective and encourages viewers to change their focus and write a new story for themselves by making a conscious decision.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. It's all a matter of perspective. It's how you're looking at things. You could see a big pile of dirt, and I could see a beautiful rose that's blooming in the same space. It's all what you're focused on. Keep your focus up here in the clouds, in the big vision, and your view will start to change. You get to write a new story. And I want to challenge you to write a new story right now, before we. We end this day. Cause it starts with a decision.
