This is a YouTube video titled "It’s Never Too Late To Start Again!" containing a monologue by Roxanne, who shares her experience of growing her company over 13 years, facing challenges during Covid, and then improving business performance after connecting with Allison. The content is a personal business growth story without multiple speakers or a direct conversation involving Allison Maslan.

Roxanne, why don't you go ahead and introduce yourself? I started the company about 13 years ago. I wanted to do more of that consultative approach and really help companies grow. But I couldn't seem to scale my own company. After Covid, we lost, like, 30% of our business. But we started to grow the business again, and we started to actually do very well. The success was actually scaring me. Andrew's like, you gotta do something. I saw Alison's video, and I thought, this is exactly what I'm looking for. The associate said, you know what? Let me get Allison on the phone. She talked to Andrew and I, and it's the best thing I've done in my entire career. We're not struggling anymore. We were getting traction. We were hiring the right people. We didn't double it, but we made 60% more revenue and 20% profit. So I was very happy with that.
