Business owners get stuck because they get complacent. You always have to be inventing, reinventing, being innovative in your business. That's what makes you feel excited. That's what invigorates you. In fact, Jeff Bezos, when he was building Amazon, would share with his shareholders that we always have to pretend that this is day one of Amazon. We are just starting out. We are infusing our passion. We have to look at it as a world of opportunities, not where we're stuck. What are new solutions? What are new inventions that we can create? When you put that kind of curiosity into your business and inspire your team to be as curious as well, watch out, your business will take off like rocket fuel.
