This is a YouTube video titled "Make Decisions From Where You're Going" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a motivational talk about envisioning future success and making decisions based on that vision. The content is a monologue focused on personal and business growth strategies, recorded in late 2022.

Make decisions from where you're going, not from where you're at. So as we are approaching this new year and you are developing your brand new big vision for your business and your life, what I want you to do is pretend that you've already created what it is that you want to have in your life. In your business, with your team, with your revenue streams, with your customers, the results, how you're spending your time, the things that you're doing on your off time, with your family. Pretend that is already a reality now and make decisions from that place. That's how you put the geo force behind your results, right? Be the person. Live as if you are there now.
