Make Room for Growth by Letting Go 🙂

What's good. You're starting to delegate, which is great. But if you feel like you still have to approve everything going in and out of your business, this is what's going to keep you small. Okay. We call this being a what? Control freak. And I get it. It's the scariest thing to let go. It's the scariest thing because it's your baby, and you put so much into it. You don't want to lose that project. You don't want to lose that client. You don't want to. Whatever it is. Right. But we know when you hold on tight, that's when you actually lose. Because there's no room for growth. There's no room to breathe. And if you're always rescuing everybody, no one's going to learn, and they're always going to be dependent on you. So you're actually creating this vicious cycle.
