This is a YouTube video titled "Maximize Productivity: Delegate, Automate, or Delete Tasks📈🚀" containing a monologue or talk focused on productivity strategies. The speaker advises on how to manage scheduling by listing tasks, evaluating their necessity, and deciding whether to delete, automate, or delegate them. The content appears to be a solo presentation without multiple speakers or conversational elements.
If I had to give you some advice on getting yourself out of the business when it comes to scheduling, I would do a couple of things. Firstly, I would make a list of everything you do over the next two weeks. Everything, right. And really start looking at those. The actions that you're doing and asking yourself, do I need to do this? Could I delegate it? Could I automate it? In fact, I always go, do I have to do it? Could I delete it? If I can't delete that action, could I automate it? If I couldn't automate that action, could I delegate that action? So I think really being able to look at what you're doing, and this is a process. I have a client that she, mean, me and Jim have been working on, right, who's a psychiatrist. And we had to peel every finger, we had to take every client from her one at a time, right? We had to say, okay, who. Who really needs the client here? Do you need the client or does the client need you? But the other thing I would say is schedule the time in advance on your calendar and put the development time first.
