This is a YouTube video titled "Onboard Your Team In Your Vision" containing a conversation recorded on March 25, 2024, featuring Allison Maslan and another speaker discussing strategies for aligning a team with a shared vision, including encouraging team ownership and innovative contributions like recycling to reduce costs.

How did you get your team on board with your vision?
We were very crystal clear on what it was to begin with. We encouraged everyone as they saw things that would help move us forward in our vision, that they would come forward and share those things with us. One of the guys that worked in the back, he came up with the idea to recycle everything that we could to the point that we did not have a utility bill because of it. And it's because they were so aware of what our vision was.
Because you want it to not just be your vision, you want it to be the team's vision. They started owning it and saying, okay, this is our vision, too, and how can we contribute?
