Overcoming Limits for Bigger Success

My biggest takeaway is that I need to get out of my own way, that if I thought I was thinking big, they have taught me how to think even bigger. And that definitely feels nerve wracking. So I can definitely tell that is the right path. Because we often think as CEOs that we know everything and that we're doing everything right, and we're not willing to come to terms with what we're doing wrong. That's preventing us from getting to the next step. And coming here has allowed us to take the dirty laundry out and we can tell exactly what we're doing wrong and why, which is facing fear and being surrounded with a community of people that are in the same issues that we're facing. But then with all the mentors that have overcome that allows you to see that it is possible that you're not alone.
