Reach Your Biggest Goals (Every Time) With This Super Simple Hack

Two speakers break down goal-setting into small daily steps called mini feats to build momentum. They focus on visioning, journaling, and consistent action to reach bigger goals, with strategies for staying productive even on hard days.
Okay, so visioning, journal writing and visioning, and I understand that first person. So you're really putting yourself in it as if it's happening right now.
It's happening now.
Part of our inspired momentum workshop. So I'm very familiar with this practice. And then you actually create the emotion and really visualize yourself in the scene in the future.
Right.
And then you go take the action steps required to create opportunity for that.
Right. I call that mini feats, just baby steps of accomplishment. Because sometimes, you know, we create a vision, and if we think about having to create that all at once, for most people, it's pretty overwhelming. So what I help people, you know, in my book, Blast off, and in the software is just breaking it down into baby steps. So I didn't have time because I'm working full time to run around all day long looking for a place. But when I had a chance for just 30 minutes each day, I would go out and look and just the action was even creating more momentum to it.
Before we leave this, though, just because I think it's so important, what you're just mentioning about mini feats, and I want to make sure that it's really clear, because I think it's the key, particularly for you in your life and how you've been able to achieve so much and be so amazingly productive is you have this idea of the minifeets, and you say you call it three valued activities every day, even if they're five minutes each one of those activities is five minutes long that you just always figure out what are the three things you're going to do in that day. And if it's only 15 minutes that you can, you know, allow for each of those things, that there's always this sort of steady marching toward your vision. So I just really want to make sure that that's clear because that's really. It's a small thing, and it's a monumental thing. Yeah.
Because people often think, you know, what can I do in 15 minutes? You know, what difference is it going to make? So I'm just not going to do it. Well, we don't always get days where we have a big blank canvas of time, three, four hours. But if you just do your baby steps, mini feats, which is small steps of accomplishment, you'll reach that goal before you know it. If you write one page a day, you can write a book in a year.
You'll be proud of this. I want to just show you this real quick. These are my blocks of mini feeds.
Oh, see, Right.
Three at a time and then I cross them off.
Yeah. And I have many clients that are using that within their business. I have one of my clients who's an attorney. Their whole law firm is doing that. And it's just creating such productivity. But the mini feeds have to be based. They cannot be based on whether you're having a good day or a bad day. That's also key because often we, you know, if we wake up and we, you know, we're not just in the best of spirits, we're just, uh. I'm not doing it today, so you have to really make that commitment that I'm going to do my mini feeds. You know, if that's just, you know, making an important networking call or going to, you know, a networking meeting or something for possibly your career development, or if it's something just to bring more fun and joy in your life, you know, make a commitment that every day you're going to do something fun, even if it's just for, you know, five, ten minutes, and even if you've had a bad day, when you go to sleep that night, if you can think, well, wasn't the greatest day, but I did my three many feats. I accomplished that. And that will just. That alone will raise your vibration.
Yes, yes, I understand that.
