This is a YouTube video titled "Recharge Your Leadership Battery #shorts" featuring Tony Hill, managing partner of Edwards and Hill Office Furniture, sharing his perspective on leadership and the importance of recharging energy as a business owner. The content is motivational and focuses on business growth and personal courage.

My name is Tony Hill, and I'm managing partner of Edwards and Hill Office Furniture. I think because as business owners, we are the leaders, we are the visionaries, right? So we are always giving energy to everybody else. This is a place to come for us to get our batteries recharged. And that's what it was like for me to hear the different stories, to hear the comeback stories, to hear folks scaling their businesses. It really enthuses me and it gives me, quite frankly, gave me the credit or the courage because I stepped out and did it to join because I really think it's going to have a positive impact on me and my business and allow me to help my business scale.
