So the struggle is real. I have built 10 companies over the last 35 years. I've worked with literally thousands of business owners. And personally I've been in the trenches. I've been in the place where you're putting out fires and you're trying so hard to get over this wall with your business and to get to that next level. And it just feels like you're banging your head against the wall. You're banging your head against the wall, right? In fact, in my first business many years ago, we actually grew really fast. It was a full service advertising and PR firm and I had clients like Ben and Jerry's and Supercuts and Charlotte Russe and you know, was building this business flying by the seat of my pants. I didn't really know how to scale. I really didn't know how to put logistics down or how to delegate. And I ended up completely burning out and imploding even though I was making good money. And the thing is is that I knew I didn't want to live this way. I thought, God, life is too precious to be working 247 and to have lost the passion and the heart in my business. And I share this story with you, I share my journey with you. I'm hoping that you can avoid those pitfalls or else relate and say, yeah, I get it and I don't want to be there anymore. So fast forward and nine more businesses later, you know, I've built an amazing blueprint to scale companies.
