This is a YouTube video titled "Scale Your Business With The Brightest Minds!" containing a monologue from December 18, 2023, where a CEO shares thoughts on the importance of having a supportive cohort for idea exchange, team happiness, and business growth. The content features a single speaker reflecting on leadership and scaling a company.

I think as a CEO of a company, I'm always looking to meet like minded persons. And I think this is the first time I feel as if that we have, I have a cohort with whom I can discuss my ideas and see if they resonate and, you know, get feedback, get guidance, move to the next steps and grow the business. Of course, team happiness, it's always been my mantra and it still is. If my team is happy, my customers are happy. Without that, I cannot scale grow, we cannot make it.
