This is a YouTube video titled "Scaling Your Business and Building Your Team" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a talk or presentation on the importance of team composition when scaling a business, emphasizing the need to retain A players and remove toxic members. The content is from March 21, 2022.

When you're scaling, it's all about your team. Because at the end of the day, it's your team that's going to carry your vision forward. So they need to be all in. And just as it's super important to have those A players on your team, it's just as critical, or probably even more critical to get the people that are not a fit off your team. If you have people on your team, or even one person that's negative, complaining, whining, creating drama, it's toxic and it spreads fast. And so if you are agonizing because you just don't know, should I keep this person? Should I let them go? Ask yourself this question. Would you hire them again today? Would you? If the answer is no, you got your answer.
