Shame is keeping founders stuck after failure

Allison Maslan on why shame after failure keeps founders paralyzed for months or years, and how practical support helps them move forward instead of getting stuck.
The one thing that, that I think that is the biggest fear of most entrepreneurs is shame.
Yes.
How have you worked with people to actually help them get through that shame, which shame just is the biggest time killer. You can lose a month, 6 months, 3 years getting over the shame. So how do you work with entrepreneurs on that?
For the founders that we work with, we hear it all the time, like, wow, I've never experienced being around people that really understand me. And I think that helps. With that feeling of shame or embarrassment because everybody else has been through their version of it. And they start to see, you know, that's just part of the entrepreneurial journey. You know that saying, it's lonely at the top? When you try to do it alone, you're going to beat yourself up. It's just so important to find your community. I really think it's the smartest thing you can do in your business is not do it alone.
