This is a YouTube video titled "Speak Your Vision Into Reality 👀🤩 @KuteBlackson" containing a segment where Allison Maslan discusses an exercise called future pacing used in events to help participants envision and speak about their deeper calling as if it has already happened, highlighting the emotional impact and challenges of this practice. The content is from August 30, 2023.

We do this exercise in some of our events called future pacing, and where we have people partner up and they have to talk as if whatever that deeper calling, you know, whatever it is that they. They want to create with their business, their life, that it has already happened, and they have to talk for five minutes or seven minutes and stay in character. It's hard for them to first get into it, but when they do, many times they are in tears, you know, to just speak it as if it becomes more real. Because, like you said, there's, I think, a part of us that hides from it because we know we are capable. But it feels scary, it feels uncomfortable.
