Speaking Strategies For Growing Your Audience with Robert Stein

Allison Maslan coaches Rob Stein on speaking strategies to grow his real estate coaching business. They cover how to engage live audiences, convert leads, and target specific niches like teachers. The focus is on authentic communication and sales conversions during speaking engagements and webinars.
And what I'm able to do in my course and at my events is show them actual techniques and tools that they can literally go home with. I'm able to explain that information in a way that's easy to understand, fun to learn, easy to implement and to realize. On our call today on how I can scale that to bigger and better methods to reach more people, to get them to opt in has been really helpful and is something I would really enjoy doing also.
Hi everyone. Welcome to the Scale It Method where we teach you how to reach the next level in your business, build your dream team and scale beyond eight figures. Too many business owners are stuck trying to do everything themselves and their businesses are suffering as a result. And I don't want you to be one of those people. I'm Alison Maslin and my company, Pinnacle Global Network, has helped thousands of business owners scale their companies using our framework, the Scale It Method. All business owners face similar challenges when it comes to growth and on this podcast we're delivering the tactics you need to finally reach that next level in business. Build your dream team and scale beyond eight figures. And for the last few episodes we've done something a little different than we have done over the last decade of running this podcast. I'm actually doing some direct coaching with incredible business owners on here and from my experience you might relate to some of the challenges of the incredible entrepreneurs that were coming on here. And hopefully you will glean some great advice too that you can apply right away to your business. And so I'm so excited to introduce Rob Stein to the show. Over the last 20 years, Rob has developed a life changing process in the Impossible to Fail framework. These principles are universal for any industry and he's personally applied this process to transition from a teacher with a master's degree to an award winning music composer and publisher, championship level bodybuilder, top producing real estate agent and team leader and coach. Rob's Impossible to Fail formula gives entrepreneurs and business owners the proven blueprint to success while creating a paradigm shift in their thinking to get out of analysis paralysis. With Rob's step by step action plan to get your business venture off the launching pad, you will have the tools and the confidence to completely eradicate the fear of failure and create real growth in your business. Which is incredible. So I'm so excited to have Rob Stein on the show. And the way I look at it, Rob, you're helping so many people out there and if we can help you even take your business to to a higher level, then you'll Help a lot more people, so.
Yep, absolutely. And that's what it's all about. You know, I'm here to serve. And Allison, it's an honor to be here. I'm really looking forward to learning a lot from you today.
Yeah, thank you so much. And, you know, for those of you that are listening here today, we're. We're doing something, as I said, a little bit differently. And so hopefully you'll be able to take some of this advice I'm giving Rob and apply it to your own businesses. So, Rob, why don't you first of all give us a little bit of, you know, in the Reader's Digest version, a little bit of history with your business up to now and also who you serve.
Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, I heard a really incredible phrase at one of the masterminds I was recently at, and I don't know where it originated, but it goes. We find our purpose in life serving the person we used to be, and that's who I'm really passionate about serving. You know, I used to be a middle school teacher in the 9 to 5, and I wanted something more, and I took control and it was really hard and really scary. But now I was able to become a multiple business owner and create a level of time freedom and financial freedom for myself and my family that's been really fulfilling and has allowed me to now serve others. So I really love to help, you know, the budding entrepreneur that doesn't have a work ethic issue. They just really need some direction. So that's really what I'm passionate about. So I own a few businesses in marching band, music composition and arranging. I'm a real estate agent and own an independent brokerage here. And really where I've been focusing lately is in the real estate coaching space and the mindset coaching space. I developed a real estate sales course over the past two years that recently pre released. It's really going well. And really what I'm hoping to gain from your incredible wealth of experience today is how I can really scale that. I think the real estate industry, you know, it can be very. There's huge potential here, but, you know, when you get your license, you don't learn how to build a successful career. And we have such a high dropout rate of agents, and I know that there are so many that don't want to quit, but they just can't get access to the information they need. And so I'd love to get your insight on how I can really market the course, become more influential in the real estate world because I know that the agents that have invested in my course are just having life changing results and if I can help more people, you know, that that's really what it's all about.
Well, that's fantastic. And congratulations on your own success with that. And I know making that shift from working a 9 to 5 within a structure, you know, as far as teaching goes, which is, you know, obviously important work, but then moving out on your own and building your own structure and you know, not having that paycheck that you can absolutely count on, like you have to go create it yourself, that is scary for a lot of people. I always, the way I look at it though is you have more job security when you're an entrepreneur because you know, unless you fire yourself, you, you, you always have the work as long as you go out and get it right. So, so what I would like to know is how are you marketing the course at this point? What have you been doing?
Great question. So I've been, you know, I've been trying as many.
And so, you know, you're at, we have five phases of scaling in the scale it at phase one, which I call the seeker. And you're, you know, you, you've put something amazing together. So this is really exciting. And this is where you're still trying to figure this out. Like for instance, you know, who, who is the ideal customer? Is it the person thinking about getting their real estate license? Is it someone that just got their license? Is it someone that has had their license for quite some time and they're feeling stuck? And you know, it's interesting that you say that, you know, there's a pretty high percentage of people that get their license and then don't stick with it after, you know, a period of time because it takes some effort and it takes some consistency, right? So to stay with it, just like doing a podcast. I think the average on running a podcast episode for people that start a podcast is seven episodes. Because we, you know, we live in this society of we want, you know, we want a quick, quick results and you have to be willing to stay the course. And in marketing you have to test things, try them, tweak them and so forth. So know like, and trust as, you know, same thing in real estate, right? People have to know who is this Rob guy? Does he really know what he's talking about? Is this, you know, smoke and mirrors? Is this really going to help me? And so obviously the more people that you can use the court that you can get to use the course and you get those testimonials and they're able to share how they can apply it. So even in this first go round, if you had some people that were able to be your beta, and you may have done that already, but to just, you know, be able to say, you know, I did the course, I, you know, went out and it was able, you know, I was able to get X many clients by X time period.
Right.
Or for this amount. That helps a lot. And even posting those reviews on social media is great. I do agree with you on the ad spend and especially until you get your landing pages and all of those things figured out, you can dump a lot of money on ads and not get the return that you want.
Yep. And we do have, my marketing director and I, we do have a great framework. The, the, the website for the course is beautiful. We've had a little over a hundred, about 108 to 110 sales already over the past few months. We have a ton of professional video testimonials, screenshot testimonials, hero testimonials showing how much gross commission income they've made over a certain amount of time or clients or representation agreements, various metrics, you know, leads again, closings, gci and the, the page looks absolutely great. We've got funnels, we've got our value ads. So a lot of those are in place. So like when people, I have found that when people come into the funnel, it's a pretty high conversion rate when I'm, if I'm doing a live event, typically 15 to 20% of them will opt in in some form at the end. I really wanted to make sure we, yeah.
Do a speaking engagement and you are making an offer. So can you break that down a little bit for me? What is. So you're teaching something, I take it, when you're speaking. And what kind of events are you speaking at?
First of all, oftentimes there is a panel of speakers, maybe three or four speakers over the course of a few hours and we all talk about something, a different aspect of real estate. The most recent speaking tour I was on, we had a lot of different market centers in Texas and there was a marketing guy, there was a guy on building teams. And then I did an hour session on building a referral based business, how to build a huge business without paying for leads. So I gave the framework over how I did that, how I teach other agents to do that with actual, you know, techniques that agents can implement. They can go home and implement these things with real case studies. On deals that have been closed by myself and my students using these methods so they can see the value of my education. They can see that they can actually leave with things they can implement. And I do feel hopefully, you know, that's the next factor that separates me is a lot of real estate coaches have real estate experience, but they don't have educator experience. And so I really.
And then are you making an offer for the full course at the end or are you just having them opt in to something?
I make an offer for the course so they have an opportunity. Usually at those events I'll have some kind of fast action, you know, by tomorrow at midnight this special end. So they'll either get a discount or some value add. So they have a reason to really want to opt in. And of course we got the registration information. So my marketing director also has the follow up funnels, text messages, emails. Hey, there's only an hour left. Act now. If I see someone opted in and maybe they got halfway through, you know, they put in their phone number and email, but got to the payment page and said, I don't know, I'll reach out manually and give them a call. So that's kind of the structure we've been following.
Okay, so you're giving out a link. Is that what you're doing when you're doing the speaking engagement and this is live in person, correct?
Yes. So there's a link. There's a link they can follow@earthtoorbit training.com or there's a QR code that they can scan with their phone.
Okay, so here is something. And I know this is going to sound really old school, but from my experience, this works better than giving a link.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
So when you have people sitting. Now, this is different. Virtual. Virtual. Do the link, obviously, because they're right there, they're at their computer. But if you're sitting in a room and they're sitting with people and they're connecting and, and you know you're going to have them pull out and then start putting it in right there and putting their credit card in. That means they've got to get into their wallet and they've got it while they're sitting there and nobody's actually talking to them. It is very easy for them. Oh, and then the person next to them asks them a question, they get distracted. You know, they see someone across the room is leaving, they want to go talk to them. All of a sudden, even though they want your course, they've forgotten about it. Right. And so there's all kinds of things that can happen. And so what you want to do is really capture their attention in that moment and actually lead them to you so that they can have a conversation. And so I highly. So there's a lot of pieces to this. First of all, it sounds like with the speaking part, you're doing things right. When you give a talk and you're making an offer from a talk, the way to not sound salesy is that you give case studies during your talk, which sounds like you're doing what you're doing. And that way people can go, oh, that's me. I can relate to, you know, one of those stories. And they can see themselves having this kind of success with the product that you're talking about.
Yeah.
So then what you want to do as you're shifting from talk into offer. First of all, this is where a lot of people start kind of. And I haven't seen you do this. You may do it absolutely fantastic. But I want to go ahead and mention it because sometimes people get nervous when they're making an offer. So you could be talking and teaching, and then all of a sudden you shift to your offer, and then you start talking like this, like many mouse, because you have some anxiety about it, and then there's a disconnect. So they're feeling your authenticity when you're teaching and then you moving into offer mode. So when you make that transition, you want to make sure that it just sounds like you're speaking. It's a continuation of the education, and you want to get people to interact with you and say, so how many of you feel that you can take, you know, one or two of the things that I shared with you right now and apply them to your business and it's really going to make a difference. Raise your hand. How many of you would. Could really see the benefit of having ongoing support so that you know for sure that you're actually going to apply this? Raise a hand. How many of you feel like even though this was really great information, you're already so busy in what you're doing that there's a chance that you might not apply? Just because we're creatures of habit and it's so easy to fall back into our old habits, Even if you know that this can help, you raise your hand. Right. Because this is true. This is absolutely true. You know, you can learn stuff all day long, but are you really going to apply it on your own? Okay. And then say, you know, how would that feel to have the ongoing support know when you have questions that someone is there to answer with you or, you know, whatever it is that you're doing in your course, and how would that feel? Just, you know, imagine that and just say, well, I'm super excited because, you know, I really want to make sure that you all apply this and that you really get to where you're going. And then you might say something like, you know, I'm here because I asked for help. I'm here because, you know, I reached out and I got a support. You know, I was a teacher, and this was so not in my world. And I'm all about taking, you know, the shortcut and really get to where I'm going in a fraction of the time.
Yeah.
And. And then say, you know, do you all have. And. And have. And so what you want to do is you always want to have a couple of handouts.
Yep.
So one could be, you know, an educational. Maybe it's the steps to something that you're. You're teaching. And then underneath that, you want to have a flyer that talks about your course.
Yeah.
And so at the top of the page, and you do not want too much copy because you are going to actually explain it. So the. The flyer doesn't have to go into too much detail. It's just the title and maybe like three or four bullets of the results of the course and so forth. And then you have underneath the regular price and maybe the special price that's only good during your talk. And I honestly would not extend that for another day. I would only have the price good in that moment during the talk. And the reason being is that, you know, if you have to get people to make decisive action, we are procrastinators by nature because, you know, it's always something else that you got to do. Oh, I'll do it later. Oh, I'll do it later. And then people forget. They forget. Even though they want to do it, you know, something else becomes more important. And we call this the warm bath period, because, you know, in the moment they're like, oh, I love what Rob is talking about. This makes such great sense. I really need this. And then the longer you get out of the bath, you know, it starts getting colder and colder and colder. And then it's like, oh, yeah, I don't really need that. Yeah, I have other things I can do. So you need to get people to make decision in the moment. So I would say you definitely want the price. As soon as this is over, the price is. Is gone. You know, once you leave today and you're getting ready to leave after this. So what I would say is have everybody hold up, just say, I want to make sure you all have the, the piece of paper that I, you know, or the flyer that I handed out on our name of the course. Can you all just hold it up? I just want to make sure you have it. Can you guys hold this up? And you have everybody do that. Just want to make sure if we need to pass another one around. There's something tactile, Rob, about them holding that piece of paper. There's a connection to it first. They've looked at it, they're hearing you, you might have a slide up as well. So you got all these different senses happening at the same time, right? And then. Great, let me just walk you through this and then you tell them about the offer. And I wouldn't get into like how to, I wouldn't get into too many details. Really what you want to share is that at the end of this you're going to feel this, you're going to have this. The results are this. It's the result of, you know, we don't buy a diet program because we can't wait to take the different powders and all this stuff. We want to know we're going to look good at our, in our jeans at our high school reunion, right? We, we just want to know what's the, what's the net net. And so you're going to walk them through that and try to think of any objection that they might say, I don't have time, this is too expensive. What's my spouse going to say? Whatever the main objections that you have as you're talking through this, you want to be answering those objections. You know, in fact, by taking this course which is only, you know, an hour a day or how many hours a week you're actually going to get, you know, years of your time back trying to pull out your hair to figure this stuff out, you know, feeling so frustrated because you're not getting the traction that you want. So something like that then as you go through the whole thing and make sure. And this is another thing that is so important when you hand these out like before your talk. Everybody gets a pen, Everybody gets a pen because if they have to like look for a pen or you know, whatever, again any little thing that could throw them from signing up will happen. So just get some special branded pens. So they get the papers, everybody gets a pen. And then you're going to walk them through it and then you just go, so all you need to do is fill this out at the bottom, you know, and you. So you have your flyer. And then at the bottom, probably like three inches, you know, name, blah, blah, blah, whatever, all their information. And they could just, you know, know, if they don't feel comfortable putting their credit card in, they could just put the last four numbers and, you know, and then if they have somebody else that they want, you know, you could even say it's a. If. If somebody else they want to do it with, I mean, there's all kinds of things that you can do. And then say, all you need to do is then take this to the back table and I will be there, my team will be there, and we're here, you know, to support you and get that taken care of. And do you. Is that make sense? And then you can. If you have Q and A, you can take questions, but you don't. You want to make sure that the last thing they hear is going to the back table and you actually need to point to the paper as you're holding it and talk it through and walk them through and have. And then have somebody else back there. And. And that is actually going to get you a lot more sales than just sending them to a link to their own devices to figure this out themselves. And then, you know, because some people are going to come to the table and they're going to be just. I don't know, and you're going to be able to at least have a conversation with them on the spot. They're interested. They just need to know for sure, is this for them? Right, right. And the other thing is make sure the table that you have is near the door. This is something that I've learned. I've done so many speaking engagements over the years. And so, you know, if you have a table across the door there, it's very. People will just leave. But if they've got to pass your table, you know, you have an opportunity to talk to them. Right. Or maybe they got distracted and they're talking with a friend. But just little things like that, like having the pen and being near the door makes a huge difference. And, you know, my sense is that you should be able to double your sales from the speaking engagements, just from these little things that. That I'm sharing with you.
Yeah, no, this. This is absolutely fantastic. And these are the kind of things that I'd love to hear because I can implement them right away. I could easily have these things in line for the next speaking engagement, and they all make a whole lot of sense. And I have seen, you know, there's so much excitement and momentum. You know, I'm very energetic when I speak and everyone's so excited. And I definitely have noticed that cooldown period, as you said, and don't get the engagement that I expected based on, based on the end. So this is going to be fantastic to really make sure I can capitalize on the energy and excitement of the session and hopefully close before they leave the room.
Yeah, and a few other things too. You can still get their email like during your talk if you want to say something, like if you want my, my slides or I'm going to give this XYZ free gift and you have them pull it out during your talk so then you can follow up afterwards, you know, with them for those that didn't make the decision right there. And, and the other thing too is you will have people come up and go, well, I need to talk to so and so can I have extra time? And you've got to be really careful for that because, you know, out of integrity you just said it's only good now. So if you say to them and in front of everybody else, okay, I'll give you that extra time, you've just told everybody that they can wait. So you need to make sure you're in alignment with that. Now you could follow up with them later because you got their, you know, email and so forth, but you really want to stay in integrity with what you offered in the room. Right. And you know, maybe if you follow up with them and you continue to give the offer, you could, you could just say, you know, it's at this price in the room, so maybe you still offer it, but it's a little bit more expensive afterwards so that you're, you know, congruent with what you said because you, you don't want to break trust with people. So. But anyway, that's, you know, I, when I was doing, when I used to do a lot of speaking engagements, I used to go to like 13 cities and that's how I would fill an event that, that I had. So I knew that if I had a big event because we, we lead big events and we do them once a year. In fact, we have one coming up in May and our scale it live event and what I used to do, I don't do this anymore. But from like September to December, I would be on the road to like 15 cities and that would actually fill one of our events in January. I just decided I didn't want to live in on the road anymore like that after this is, you know, many years ago. But, but it's nothing's better than being face to face with people and that we're back live. It's just you're in front of a lot of decision makers at one time. You know, to get all those people on the phone would take, you know, it's, it's almost impossible to get all those people on the phone to make a decision. Now you can do the same thing, Rob, and you can do it virtually. So you can really the only difference obviously is they're going to have in a link and you can put the link in the, in the chat and I would have somebody on there with you that's continuing to do that. So you would do your exact same speech like in a, a live stream webinar, you would do the same presentation, have somebody introduce you. And then what I would tell people is, you know, stay on at the, till the end because we're going to do spot coaching and you're going to unmute them and so that you can talk to them and you're going to make your offer towards the end just like, you know, you do in the speaking engagement. And, and then because they're staying on to get spot coaching and they're not just leaving because in a, in a room live, most people aren't going to stand up and walk out. But in a webinar, you know, it's easy. They just leave meeting. So you want to keep them on till the end. So by letting them know that they're going to get direct coaching with you, a lot of your sales will come during that Q and A as they hear other people I just signed up, I'm, you know, I'm going to, I'm excited about doing this. And, and the thing about a webinar that is great is that you can make this automated marketing and you can continue to do them live or you can do them evergreen. And you know, you don't necessarily have to run ads to it. I know that is, you know, we talked about earlier where that can get costly. But if you are running ads, running them to a free webinar, the ads are going to be a lot less expensive than running them to your course. And if you run, and if you run ads to your course and they get to the page and they don't buy, you've just paid for that click and you never see those people again. If you run them to an opt in to your webinar, then you Always you have that email and you can continue to nurture and build that relationship even if they don't show up to the webinar. Right. And so you can, you know, lead the same one. You can train other people to lead it. And you start building your email list and you can just continue to let people know that you're, you know, on your email list, that you're going to be doing these and so forth and, or on social media. And you can even go to different associations and let them know that, you know, you can support their association with some free training and, you know, do the webinar for free. But this is a rinse and repeat, same one over and over and over and over again. And that, you know, just from that alone, you can completely, you know, reach your goals and sell out your course. Because education based marketing is always the best because they build a sense of trust and connection with you first and they have an understanding. Then people going directly from an ad to buy the product, you have a good chance that two weeks in they're going to drop out because they haven't really built a relationship with you. Is this resonating?
This is resonating 100%. I love it. And you know, as an educator, I strive to provide value and I get fulfillment out of knowing I've made a positive impact on people. And I always want to lead with value. I want them to be able to come to the free webinar and get real things they can implement that they can take home to show them again. I mean, especially in the real estate world, it's saturated with coaches and courses, but oftentimes it's a lot of motivation, it's a lot of fluff. And the people that attend might leave excited, but they don't leave with things and knowledge on how to actually implement what they've learned. And what I'm able to do in my course and at my events is show them actual techniques and tools that they can literally go home with. I'm able to explain that information in a way that's easy to understand, fun to learn, easy to implement and to realize on our call today on how I can scale that to bigger and better methods to reach more people, to get them to opt in has been really helpful and is something I would really enjoy doing also.
Yeah, no, that's great. I mean, one of the things that we do in Pinnacle Global Network, like I said, we help people with their five pillars of scaling, build a strategic vision, develop their cash flow, which is driven by marketing, sales and Their scalable model help build the alliance of their team, their leadership, and how everything is executed. And that runs through every single type of industry and business model. But we help you build your blueprint, which is the journey from prospect to lead to customer, to repeat customer, to upsells, cross sells and referral community, right? And so a lot of times people make a mistake in marketing. You hire a marketing agency or bring someone in house, and they start running out and doing all kinds of marketing, running ads and so forth. Before you're super clear on that journey, like, you really need to understand who is the ideal target market, what is the right messaging and the right offer. Those three things need to be in alignment. You could have the right offer and you could have the right audience, but the messaging is totally off. They're not hearing you at all. Or you could have great messaging, but you're talking to the wrong people and they don't get it. But when all three of those are in sync, it's just easy because they already need this. They want it, and they hear you and they get that you get them. It's not about them. It's not about them understanding you so much, but it's that they get that you get them. And so I was just thinking, Rob, and I'll just throw one other thing out before we wrap up today. You know, you want to be thinking, where do the people hang out that really need this? Where are these people? And you have kind of an interesting edge as being a teacher. Like, you know their language, right? And so I would imagine that, and you may already be doing this, but that there's all kinds of. You have to be careful because you can't just step in and start selling stuff. But finding out where all these teachers commune, conferences, associations, different ways that you can even say, hey, you know, you love teaching. What if you also had other income on the side that you were building or building your own business on the side on the weekends, things like that. And, you know, I don't know that other real estate, you know, coaching companies are necessarily targeting teachers. But I mean, there's so many teachers. It's a huge market, but it's also a niche market to say, because you say, look, I was. You can tell your story. I was you, I did this. And I love being a teacher. And this is what I've been able to do since I think, because there would be, you know, that language that they would get you. But, you know, finding places where people are already communing and you're tapping into that audience, meaning you don't have to build that audience. The audience is already built and you're just offering something to them to help them elevate, you know, what they're already doing.
That's. I didn't think of that. That niche of drilling down on teachers, but that's absolutely brilliant. And I come from that world and no one teaches for the money, that's for sure. And I think the ability to make some additional income and realize how feasible it really is, I say all the time, teachers make great agents because they're very personable, they have no problem talking, they can be charismatic, they have no issues with public speaking and they have a great built in referral network of coworkers and parents.
So that's a really home and they move and all that. I think it's perfect because it's already you already, you know, you can relate so much to one another and you truly care, you care about them and you, you can show them how, you know, whether they continue to teach and add this on or maybe they, that's the next level for them, you know.
Yeah. And so that's a great idea. Just, I could do a whole webinar on real estate for teachers and probably get.
Yeah, yeah, I love that. Exactly. And I'm sure there's all kinds of Facebook groups, meetup groups for teachers and you know, anyway, so hopefully this has been helpful for you, Rob, and you'll be able to take this and apply it right away. And for those of you that are listening, you can take this and apply, you know, for your own speaking engagements. I think speaking is. I still really love speeching, speaking. In fact, I'm leading a couple webinars next week for some different organizations as well. And it's a great way to build trust, build those relationships and so forth. You know, you don't have to be an award winning speaker. And I was, I used to be terrified, Rob, of speaking. When I started speaking, I mean, seriously, I have the most hilarious story stories. I can laugh at them now, but I was so bad in the beginning, but I was willing to continue to do it badly until I became more comfortable where, you know, you can. Ultimately the goal with speaking is that you can just be yourself.
Yeah, absolutely.
Just be your, be your authentic self and people will connect with your heart, speak with your heart and they will want to build a relationship with you. So anyway, but thank you for being on the Scale it method podcast.
Yeah, thank you for having me. This really has been super informative. You've given me Some really detailed things that I can implement literally. Like today I'm going to call my marketing director and we're going to get some webinars together and start building, building this out right away. So I just appreciate your attention to detail and your ability to really give me things that are going to start moving the needle immediately. You're a great teacher, you provide a ton of value. And again, thank you so much for the opportunity to be here today.
Oh, Rob, this is so much fun. I love sharing this and I'm excited for you. So you're gonna have to stay in touch with me and let me know how everything is going. And for those of you that are listening today, thanks for being here and hopefully enjoyed another episode of the Scale It Method. And if you want to build a scalable company that can thrive without you and you are in a state established business that is generating a minimum of 500k and or higher, 7, 8 and even 9 figures and you really want to have more of a team managed company that can run without you and a more scalable model so that you can multiply your growth. I invite you to apply for a complimentary scale session or with one of my lead strategists at Pinnacle Global Network. And during this strategy session they're going to do a deep dive into your business and figure out what are the gaps to keeping you from where you are to where you want to go. And they're going to give you on the spot solutions just like I did for Rob today, so that you can overcome those gaps specifically for your business and your industry. So all you need to do is go to my scale session.com myscale session.com to apply and schedule your time and until next time, make decisions from where you're going, not from where you're at. Bye everybody. Features It's a huge market, but it's also a niche market to say because you say, look, I was. You can tell your story. I was you, I did this. And I love being a teacher. And this is what I've been able to do since I think because there would be, you know, that language that they would get you but you know, finding places where people are already communing and you're tapping into that audience, meaning you don't have to build that audience, the audience is already built and you're just offering something to them to help them elevate, you know, what they're already doing.
That's. I didn't think of that niche of drilling down on teachers, but that's Absolutely brilliant. And I come from that world and no one teaches for the money, that's for sure. And I think the ability to make some additional income and realize how feasible it really is, you know, I say all the time, teachers make great agents because they're very personable, they have no problem talking, they can be charismatic, they have no issues with public speaking and they have a great built in referral network of co workers and parents.
So that's a really homes and they move and all that. I think it's perfect because it's already you already, you know, you can relate so much to one another and you truly care, you care about them and you, you can show them how, you know, whether they continue to teach and add this on or maybe they, that's the next level for them, you know.
Yeah, and so that's a great idea. Just I could do a whole webinar on real estate for teachers and probably get.
