This is a YouTube video titled "🛑 Stop Trying To Get Approval #shorts" containing a motivational monologue by Allison Maslan recorded in March 2023. In this short video, Allison encourages business owners and founders to stop seeking approval from others, especially family, and instead focus their energy on their own creative efforts and results.

Stop trying to get approval from people in your life, your family. Let's face it, if you're a business owner or founder, you're weird, you're different. People think we're nutty. You are, because you have taken a different path than everybody else, and so they're just not going to get you. So stop trying to make people understand you. What a waste of energy. Just take that energy and that effort and go put it towards what you're creating. You won't have to explain yourself. They're going to see the results, and that's more powerful than anything you can say.
