And I think looking back to where I was and who I was, I was burnt out. I was financially successful. On paper I looked pretty good and I had two successful companies. I was always profitable, but I was absolutely a ringleader. It was so unfun. What I did was I signed up for critical. I've always thought of success as not the absence of problems but the difference in problems from year to year. And I really did elevate. Our revenue tripled in the last four years. The fun came back. It's crazy because I'm such a hard worker. I really have an incredible life.
