This is a YouTube video titled "THE biggest is take business owner make." featuring Allison Maslan delivering a motivational talk aimed at business owners. In the excerpt, Allison Maslan emphasizes the importance of business owners transitioning into the CEO role and focusing on vision rather than getting bogged down in daily tasks, highlighting the value of their time and leadership.

One of the biggest mistakes that business owners make is that they get stuck in the weeds of their business instead of being that CEO, working on the business. Being the CEO is the reason you got into business in the first place, to be the visionary. If you don't make this transition, the truth is you really just have a glorified job. And in most cases, you're probably working harder than your team members. How much is your time worth to you? You know, you cannot get this time back.
