This is a YouTube video titled "The Jeff Bezos Letters is an incredible read. 📚📕#shorts" containing a brief conversation recorded in December 2022. The discussion features Allison Maslan and another speaker reflecting on Jeff Bezos's concept of "day one" as a mindset for business, emphasizing curiosity, creativity, and continuous innovation.

In that letter, the phrase he used was, it's day one for the Internet and for Amazon.com if we execute well. And that idea of day one literally is a thread that goes through every single letter that he wrote. At the end of the letter, usually the last sentence or certainly the last paragraph he talks about, it's still day one. It continues to be day one. It's a mindset.
I love that like that. Just thinking about my business or our clients. Businesses as day one. Like in the beginning. Right. Day one, you're excited, you're creative. It's these new ideas that you're putting out in the world. And so he was really fostering this culture of curiosity.
Yes.
And experimentation and action.
