how I amplify everything that I do. I do it through a process that I call vision crafting. I do this every single morning. If I just jump out of bed and go right into what I'm doing, I'm gonna be in the headspace that I woke up with. And so instead, I want to get my head in the right place and I wanna raise up my frequency. And then I want to set an intention for what I want to create today and moving forward. First thing in the morning is I write down what I'm grateful for. And I know this is super simplistic and I know you hear that all the time, but gratitude is a high frequency. Then I write down what it is I'm grateful for, as if it's already happened. And then what I want you to do is close your eyes, and I want you to see yourself there, and you're getting yourself into this amazing state of possibility. Then what I do is I have you write down what your intentions are, and you write those intentions in present tense. Okay, then I write down the glimpses. So the glimpses are evidence that whatever you want to create in your life, that it's already happening. You received a check that you were not expecting, financial opportunity that you weren't expecting— those are glimpses. Now I'm in such a state of vibration, I just close my eyes and literally just feel this ray of sunshine coming in, and you can hold that state for as long as you can. You have the power to choose where you put your focus.
