The real reason you can’t find good people

Allison Maslan argues that great employees exist but won't join companies without a clear vision. She introduces "scale multipliers," strategic people who deliver three to ten times their salary in value and transform payroll from a cost into a growth engine.

There's no good people out there. I promise you, I have looked and looked and we hired people and they don't stay and they don't want to work. I hear this all the time from founders and CEOs, and I want to tell you it's not true. First of all, if that's your belief, then that's all you're going to see. The truth is there are great people there, but they're just not attracted to what you're offering. You have to have a strong vision behind what you're doing and a strong why that magnetizes these amazing people that You wanna put the energy and the effort into building what is so important and valuable to you and to be part of it. Actually, what you want to attract is what I call scale multipliers. So these are people that come in, they think strategically, they're empowered to do so, and they elevate the whole department that they're working in. They elevate the structure, they elevate your retention, they reduce redundancy, they move things more quickly. And so when you have these kinds of people on your team, you take your biggest expense, your payroll, you turn it into a driver of growth. Your team not only pays for themselves, but multiple times over. In fact, your team should be bringing in 3 to 10 times what you pay them. And that's every position, not just sales. If you have a 7 or 8-figure company, this will transform the way that you operate your business. It will multiply the growth and the impact of your entire company. I'm going to break this down for you in Such a powerful masterclass. I'm going to give you the exact roadmap to build this. You probably already have these people on your team now, but it's the way you're architecting your team to truly scale. So this one's on me. You got to be a 7 or 8-figure business owner because at that point now you can actually put this stuff to work. All right. So join me.
