It's an absolute pleasure to be here with us.
Oh, this is fun. Really. When we decided to do this, I was like yay, she's coming on the show. So as I said, you are an entrepreneur extraordinaire and I love that you're, as I was introducing you and reading about you, you're the risk taker. You're a bit of a rebellion, right? And it kind of takes that to be an entrepreneur, I think.
I think so. I like to be a pioneer. I like to do things for the first time. Like my favorite two words are why not? Like why not? Why can't we do it this way? Why can't it be done differently? Because I think that really sets you out from the crowd and I think when you live on the edge of that, that's where you're innovating, that's where you're pioneering. That's where you're really starting to see the possibilities of what can really come to fruition.
I love that. I love living on the edge. Right. That's exciting. So what was your motivation? You came from Australia. I mean, how did you into the business world in the first place? What's your story?
Oh, God.
Okay.
Well, I actually left school when I was 15. Not many people know that. And I wanted to really be a PE teacher, like a physical ed teacher. But I'm from a big family, eight children, so I couldn't afford to stay at school. So I'm like, well, what's the next best thing? A robis instructor. So I started teaching classes at 15. I moved from my hometown because I grew up in a country town in Australia. Moved to Sydney when I was about 18, and then by the age of 21, I started managing my first fitness clubs. I had no idea what I was doing. I just talked my way into these jobs, had more front than Walmart, and just look, I'm thinking I could do a better job than you. And I just figured it out. My motto for life is that I just bite off more than I can chew, and then I just chew like hell. Yeah, I love that.
I've got a similar model. Just say yes, you know, even if you don't know how to do it, then figure it out along the way.
But you know what? You'll figure it out. Yeah, I always figure it out. And so after 11 years of working in that industry and kind of, you know, doing everything there was to do, and reached my pinnacle. And I met my partner Glenn, who soon became my husband, and he came home one day and said, honey, we've bought a nightclub. I'm like, okay, really?
How was your day? We bought a nightclub.
Wow. I was a little worried about that. But basically I looked at, you know, we bought this club. It was an amazing opportunity. You know, at first glance, it's like, okay, that's so far removed from fitness. But in a sense it wasn't. Yeah, because it was still in the service industry and kind of in the.
Entertainment business that way. Right?
Yeah. So all the, you know, the lessons I learned from working in the fitness industry, I just applied to this first business. So I looked after, you know, I looked after, you know, the team, you know, managing the team, you know, the nuts and bolts of running the business. And Glenn was, you know, the frontman and marketing and that kind of thing. And what we realized is, as you went through all these different businesses together, because we've owned conservatively about 20 different businesses together before we got into mind movies that we have certain roles that are really good at, so we make a good team. But that sort of translated across all these different businesses and all these different industries.
Wow. What do you think back then was your biggest lesson? If you could, like, what was the thing that you fell or you hit the wall and you look back and you say, well, that was a great lesson. But. But it was.
I had a lot of lessons. And. And, you know, the thing is, when you're in business and you're pushing yourself like this and you're always sort of stepping outside your comfort zone, it's amazing how life will throw you many opportunities to learn.
I love that. Opportunities.
Yeah, exactly. But, you know, but even when I look at, like, our. My movies business, you know, a friend approached us with this idea of setting up a website with these instructions to make these movies. Like, they're like moving vision boards.
Yeah.
Glenn and I knew nothing about the Internet. Like, we. Like, I hadn't even heard of YouTube, and Glenn could hardly turn on a computer. Like, we. He'd send a handful of emails in his life. But we understood that this was a great opportunity. Now when I look back, I look at every single business that we had, and there was either a personal lesson, like, with, you know, with personalities and people, you know, making sure that we aligned ourselves with people that had the right same core values when it came to business, some kind of business lesson, you know, from each and every one of those experiences they accumulated so that when. When we got to this, you know, this moment in time where we were given this opportunity, number one, we recognized it as an opportunity, and we were able to capitalize on it, because even though we didn't know anything about the Internet, we knew a lot about business, and we knew a lot about human nature and about marketing. And when you translate that to any kind of business, you can be very successful.
Well, I think that the biggest thing for me that I see with you is that you didn't worry about perfection. And as you know, that really stops people. I mean, paralyzes people. Right. And you just said, hey, I'm going to jump in and figure it out.
Yeah. Well, you know, and it depends, like, sometimes we have perfection in different areas, but you've got to learn to release that because you become a bottleneck.
Yes.
You know. You know, I remember in the beginning, you know, Glenn was like our quality control. Everything, every piece of mail, every piece of writing that went out, we're like, you know, Glenn, you're slowing down the process. You have to release and surrender with this. And so we have, you know, then you put in systems to make sure that that doesn't happen. So you're not just relying on one person.
Right. And a lot of people have that issue. That's why they don't build a team or they get a team, and they're not letting them to do their job or empowering them to do their job. So that's something that we've got to overcome. Right. So share about your mind movies story like, and I mean, Law of Attraction. And I think we should. I think most people know what Law of Attraction is, but we should probably give, you know, a simple lesson on what. Law of Attraction.
Absolutely. So I got introduced to Law of Attraction through the Secret. You know, I got the original version of the movie back in 2006. A girlfriend of mine said, you've got to watch this movie. And I remember I had to order it online and it came to me in the mail in Australia.
I did too.
Yeah, I did, too. And Glenn says it was Sunday, after we sat down, we watched this movie and both of us at the same time doing, oh, my goodness, this is what we'd be missing. So the thing is, action was not our problem. When our friend approached us with the idea of my movies. We had four businesses we were running at the same time. So that was not a problem. But it was like we were like a car up on a jack and our wheels were spinning, but we weren't getting anywhere. But once we understood, I think that a couple of the big takeaways that we had was, first of all, you need to be able to see the end result. You've got to know where you're heading.
Yeah.
You've got to see it in your mind. Because if you can't see it in your mind first, you would never believe that you'll get there. But when you having that visualization and you're seeing that, you need to feel what it's like to be there. Because emotion is energy. And when we're talking about Law of Attraction, if we're in that emotion of already being there and that's the vibration we're sending out into the universe, then whatever is the vibrational match to that then gets attracted back to us.
It's like a magnet.
Yes.
Right.
So, you know, if we're seeing it and we're feeling the emotions and we're taking action and our thoughts are in alignment with that, then we're a vibrational match to that future. And sooner or later, it comes into our reality and is the opposite too.
Right?
Yeah.
You know, and my husband and I always joke about this because we're. I'm a huge believer of Law of Attraction. That's how I met my husband. That's. I mean, so many things that's happened in my life. And I'm sure you.
Oh, yeah.
But when one thing starts happening after another, like just in a day, right? Like you get a fender bender or, you know, you trip, and then you trip and fall, and it's like one thing after another. And I'm seeing him get pissed off and all of this, and I'm kind of. I feel bad, but I'm kind of laughing to myself because I'm like, he's creating this. You know, but you don't want to say it to someone when they're in the middle of it because.
You need a code word. When he's not in the middle of going, okay, honey, next time you ruin one of those days, I'm going to say muskrat. He's pretty.
He'll finally get it. He'll come to me, goes, I'm creating this. Right? I'm like, yeah, you are.
Yeah. I mean, it's a universal law, so it's always in play. So, you know, sometimes we. We can. We can be purposeful about what we're doing, what we're thinking, so that we can influence the outcomes in our life. And other times we're just at the whim of whatever. And the thing is, when we're. When we're in the debt or if we're in the struggle or if we're in the loneliness or whatever that is, the more we focus on that, the more that expands.
Yeah.
So we're just creating more of it. So, you know, we need to kind of shift and get ourselves out of that and into a higher vibration.
Yeah. I mean, it's just everything in my business has really occurred because I got that visual first. You don't always know how you're going to get there. Right. I mean, it could take many paths. I mean, even if you have a plan. But I bet you if you think about some of the wonderful things that have happened in your life, if you look back at some point, you set an intention for that to happen.
Absolutely. Well, I have an awesome story of that because I keep an evidence journal now. An evidence journal is running down all the things that fall into place for me that I didn't plan. Like, it's clearly, the universe has my back and everything's falling into place to make it happen for me. So when I'm working towards a goal that's taking a while to achieve and I'm losing faith and I'm getting impatient, I'll just go to the evidence journal and go, look, I'm on the right track. I know things, I'm in flow, things are happening. But we were talking a little bit before about my children's program, and I have created a children's version of the MyMovie software. And I know this is very random, but I got connected with the dean of a university in Colombia, in Medellin, in Colombia. And I was talking to him and his interpreter, and he's like, you know, could you also create a curriculum for the teachers to teach in the classroom to go with the software?
Wow.
And I'm like, yes. I'm like, what do you need? And he goes, 12 lessons. The kids are between 6 and 12. We want homework so they can introduce their families to the concepts. And I had a two and a half week deadline so we could get it to them and so they could translate it. And of course, I got off the phone, I don't have children. And I left school when I was 15. I'm like, I have no idea how I'm going to do this. So, you know, for me, applying law of attraction is a formula. So, of course, after I stop freaking out, then I'm like, step one is getting to my happy place. I need to be in that higher vibration. So I'm grateful. I'm grateful that I've been given the opportunity. And I'm sitting in the knowledge that I wouldn't have been given the opportunity or the, you know, the job if I couldn't do it. Like, right, okay. So I'm sitting in there. So the next step.
That's a very good point.
Yes.
Right. Because how many of you get an opportunity and then you wrestle back and forth, can I do this? Should I do this? Right. And if it is a wonderful opportunity, you wouldn't have received it.
That's right.
If you couldn't do it.
Well, the trick is that you don't do it alone. That's. That's the truth. So then I set myself a strong intention, so I'm making a strong commitment to myself that I'm going to get it done no matter what I'm getting it done. So then I get clear about what it is. So I sit down in a visualization, and for the first week, I could not do this visualization without crying because I could see myself in the classroom in Columbia with the children and talking to the teachers and them saying how much it's changed their life and how they're thinking, because this was in quite impoverished areas that we were going to be working. I'm like, okay. So then I get out of that. So the next thing is action. Like, that's the next step. And I'm like, I don't know how I'm going to do this. I don't need to know the whole plan. I just need to know what the first step is. What's my first step? So I call a friend of mine. That's the teacher. I go, is there, like, some universal way that lessons are laid out so at least I look like I know what I'm doing? And she said yes. So she sent me the layout of that. So I figured out what the lessons were going to be, and then I called my copywriter. I'm like, dude, you got to help me out here. I said, it'll be so much faster for me to tweak your words, but these are the lessons I need. If you can just type it out, and then I can fix it from there. And he said, of course we could do that. He said, but, you know, I have a secret weapon. I'm like, no, what's that? He goes, my wife's a teacher. She specializes in early age curriculum.
And I was like, okay. Hello. Hello. Law of Attraction in action.
So that goes right into the evidence journal.
Yes.
You know, he'd been working for us for six months. I had no idea that's what his wife did for a living.
Yeah. That's so powerful. My brother is living in Medellin, in Columbia. How small world. He loves it there. He says, absolutely beautiful.
Yes, I'll be going this soon.
Oh, wow. That. That's so powerful. When. I mean. And just think about how many people you've impacted with mind movies. So talk about that a little bit. So for those that haven't seen it and know, I remember when it first came out, when, you know, in the early days. Yeah. When we were all trying to figure out the Internet. And I just thought it was fantastic. So.
Yeah. So a friend of ours approached us with this movie, and this is not long after we'd seen the Secret. So we knew how important it was to be able to see in your mind this picture of what you wanted to create. And he actually had made vision boards. People find photos from magazines, stick them up on a cork board. But he was always embarrassed, and he wasn't getting anything out of them. So he made these little movies, which was like affirmations. And back then, it was like PowerPoint slides and photos and music combined. So it was this dynamic, moving movie of the life that he wanted to create. And I remember he was a young, single guy. He's hearing girls in bikinis and all these things that I did not align with. But I do remember getting excited looking at him.
Yeah.
So he showed me how to make one and Glenn how to make one. And then we're like, okay, we'll set up the website. So in the beginning we had no idea what we were doing. Like, we were just figuring it out. Like we said before, we put this video that was highly illegal up on YouTube. We didn't know. You know, remember the show I Dream of Jeannie?
Yeah.
We had that part of her coming out of the bottle and commercial music and all the, all the wrong things. But from that one little video on YouTube, we were getting all these people that were, you know, making their immigrants and then sending us these emails going, you know, this is completely changing my life. Like, oh, okay, this is not a hobby, this is something. We need to pay attention to this. So we're like, how do you do this Internet thing? Like, how do you figure this out? Then we worked out that you could actually buy programs online that taught you how to do that. We're like revelation. So, you know, we bought one program and of course we, the first day we implemented the first idea in module one of that program, Frank Kern was the, was the guy that put the program together.
Okay.
And it was a two thousand dollar investment in this program. And his first idea was to send out four emails at 50% off. So we were only charging $20 at the time. So it was like $10 and we made $6,000. We're like, okay, this is insane. So that's when we set a really hard commitment. We're like, okay, we need to, this is big. We need to take this to the world. So we came over in April 2008 to San Diego and we joined Frank Kern's mastermind group. Because we're like, we need to surround ourselves, we need to become sponges. All of our friends were Internet marketers. We're in this marketing group. We spent six months working. We had no money, so we had to do everything ourselves. And we're working like 12 hour days from our bedroom and just trying to figure like I'm 40 years old and having to teach myself how to edit videos and just all these wild things that I've never done before. But we were so committed.
And I remember at that time, I remember one time being on the bathroom floor at 2am because I couldn't get a video to load to YouTube to upload and I was like pulling my hair out. I became obsessed.
Yeah, well, it was, it Was great in the way that there was three of us, you know, so at least we could sort of bounce off each other and. But I remember the, the pre launch week. This is where you send out your content and you're building your community. Our list went from 8,000 to 80,000 and it was growing that quickly that our email delivery system shut down our account because they thought we were doing something illegal.
Like what?
Had to get Frank on the phone to them. So they reinstated the account. We had no idea. But of course our launch fell in September 2008. That's when the economic crisis hit the planet. So everyone was losing their houses, losing their fortunes, losing everything. And we made $700,000 selling a $97 program. $97. That's all it cost.
That's incredible. And you're impacting all these people and helping them change their lives, especially when they needed it so much. And you know, I'm such a believer in the mastermind. That's how you and I met. Yes, and we run, I run a mastermind as well, for all over. And it really is. If you want to step into a new territory, you need to get that support.
Yeah, we can't do it alone. And there's so many avenues now for us to be able to find support groups and masterminds and Facebook groups and, you know, local business community, you know, networks and organizations. There are so many different ways that we can get that support. And you know, really surrounding yourself with people that don't just give you lip service but are able to give you the right advice, you know, and to be able to support you in the way that you need is paramount.
Right. And that they're going to show up.
Absolutely.
Right. So now let's back up a little bit because you know, we're the idea of creating, looking at pictures, visualizing what's going on internally. Because I know you talk about the subconscious program and limiting belief. So let's talk about that a little bit.
Yes. So if you have been trying to build a business or you've set yourself a goal, whether it's, you know, for a relationship or for health or whatever that is, and you've tried and tried in the past and you haven't been able to create that or haven't been able to reach your goal, more often than not, it's because we have some kind of program or belief in our mind that is sabotaging us from being able to get to success. Now the thing is we all have these programs and if I was to scientifically Explain how it works. Basically, between the ages of 2 and 6, we are in what we call theta brainwave activity. So we're sponges. This is part of our development. So what we're doing is we're looking at everything around us so we can figure out how to think, feel and act about everything. About our self image, about money, about love. So we're observing behavior. And when we're things are told to us, we have no filter and we have no judgment. It's just going in and getting stored into the subconscious mind. So what happens is that sadly, if we're told that we're not worthy or an incident happens when we're young and our interpretation of it is that we're not worthy, we carry that belief with us through into adulthood. And so every time we try to create something amazing in our life, even though consciously we're like, I'm going to create wealth and we're doing all the right things, for some reason we have these thoughts and for most of us, we're unaware that we even have them because we've been thinking of them for 30, 40, 50 years. They're such a normal part of our psyche, but we don't realize they're actually stopping us from succeeding. So, you know, I always recommend if you are working towards a goal and you're finding that you're falling short as you're working towards the goal, make sure that you either carry a notepad with you or use the notes app on your phone and start writing down all of the thoughts that come up for you as you're taking action. Because normally though, all those. Because, you know, for every belief that we have, there's probably a hundred different thoughts that are connected to that. And once we can identify what those thoughts are and go, okay, well this one's great, I'm going to keep that one. But this one is not serving me, this one is disempowering me. So what am I going to think instead? So that when we do our visualizations and we see ourselves in this future, if we have an idea of what these thoughts are, we can actually see ourselves operating from this new thought paradigm and see how it changes the outcomes in our life.
So it's really, it's having the awareness, first of all, really being aware and almost stepping back as an observer of yourself. Because it's really the unconscious thoughts that are driving most of the decisions and the actions that we make.
That's right. And the other way that we overcome them as well is doing our visualizations. So when we can consistently see ourselves in this new reality. Remember, our subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what we play as a movie in our mind and what we see through our eyes. So the more consistently we see this future that we want, it goes, oh, this is my new future. Okay. So then it starts changing the thoughts to be in alignment with that. So we're creating new neural pathways in our brain so that we're in alignment with this amazing new future.
And I love the thought too that when you're creating these neuro pathways, it means that you are, you're training your brain. You know, we work out, we do nutrition, we do all these things or we're supposed to do all these things right, to take care of ourselves. But we often don't think of how are we working out our mind, what is our mental fitness? Because you really need to do it on a regular basis. It's not like you get to a point and you go, ah, I'm done, I'm all good.
Yeah, you know, I know every time we push ourselves and step outside our comfort zone, something else comes up because we have different beliefs about everything. Like, you know, we work, if we're working on a health goal, the beliefs and programs we have about that will be different to the ones we have about wealth and different to the ones that we have about love. You know, so, you know, having tools where you can, you know, an EFT is another great tool and you can go onto YouTube and there's plenty of free videos. You can just go EFT for self doubt or EFT for whatever. And there will be a video that comes like that can actually show you how to do that because that really starts to interrupt the pattern and create new neural pathways as well.
Yes, I've done a lot of that too. Yeah, that's really powerful. And it's interesting too because you might think, well, gosh, I've got it all together in this one area of my life. Like I was always good in business and I was horrible in relationships. It took me a while to like get that one down. So now how do you think this shows up in business? Right.
I think a lot of the times when we have things like procrastination and self doubt and concerns about our self worth, that's where this programming comes from. So even though we go and the thing is, often these programs will show up as common sense as well, the subconscious mind is really smart and it'll come up with a really good justification as to why you can't do certain things. Or why you can't get to a certain level. And that's all connected to these deeper programs. And like I said, we sometimes we're aware of the conscious thoughts that are connected to it. But getting underneath and finding out where that's coming from is really important, which is why EFT can really help with that. But, you know, you'll find that you'll get to a certain level and you're kind of content with that. That's a limiting belief there. That's a program right there.
Right.
You know, because you're not really.
It's a story that you're telling yourself. Yeah.
And you know, going back to the evidence journal, the more you can see that, like I've created the most amazing things. Like, seriously, I'm one of eight kids from a country town in Australia and I live in California and I get to, you know, do shows like this and hang out with people like Bob Proctor and Jack Canfield. It's just, it blows my mind that I was able to get this far. But it also proves to me that anything is possible. You know, and when we talk about the kids program, like the deal that we did with the university, like we donated the curriculum and the 10,000 accounts for the children, but we did that because we were able to build such a big successful business and we had, you know, we had the fad, we had the, you know, the ability to be able to financially be able to do that.
Right. Well, you are living proof that all this stuff absolutely works. So would you recommend then like for instance, with mind movies? So people are going to check that out. First of all, where do they go? Just mindmovies.com mymovies.com.
Yeah. Okay, so at mymovies.com we've got everything we have, you know, you can access. We actually get six pre made my movies. So you can do that. And the cool thing about these is once you start to watch them, you know, you start to put yourself in the picture. Okay. You start to put yourself in the movie. Then the best thing about the pre mades, it gives you so many great ideas about, you know, what you want your life to look like. So we'll have one that's. It's generic on wealth, but as you watch it, you start to see. Yeah, but specifically for me, I would like this. And it starts to give you some ideas of getting clearer about exactly what it is that you want. Because remember, when we want to create wealth, it's not money. It's not money that blows our hair back. It's not money that, you know, that we're visualizing. We're not visualizing a whole pile of cash, unless we may be naked, rolling around in it. That would evoke some kind of emotion. But it's what the money means to us.
Right.
You know, it's what. It's. You know how to create. That's right.
Where is it? What are you gonna do with.
Because that's what's going to create the elevated emotion.
Yes.
Yeah.
And getting to that space. Yeah, yeah. I know there were times, and I remember back, like the 2002 8, 2009, and my business kind of, like, just hit. It just stopped. Right. And I had a lot of fear coming up around that time. And that's not usually me. I'm like, I'm not plugging into the. All this stuff.
Yeah.
But I had one client after another after another coming in, freaking out. And so all of a sudden, my phone just went dead silent. And so I went to the beach and I started meditating on me, being with my clients, seeing their success, seeing them change their lives and break through. And the very next day, I'm not kidding. My assistant Julie, at the time called me. She was. What did you do? Because the phone literally started ringing off of the hook.
Yeah.
So it happens that fast.
Exactly. And when we say, you know, put yourself in that end result, it's. And it's the feelings of that end result as well.
Yeah, it's the feeling of the clients having that success. So you have. We have something that Natalie is going to be sharing that's a free gift that's super exciting. And it is your seven morning success rituals. This is like a real, you know, little resource book here. So can you just. You don't have to go into the whole thing, but kind of give an idea of what this is all about.
I think that one of the biggest secrets to my success and how I get to, you know, do what I do and all the work that we get to. Because, you know, we were talking before about all these different projects that we have, but for me, it's all about setting up the foundation at the beginning of the day. If we don't set up the day right, if I miss one or two of my rituals, my whole day is out. It's really difficult. So I have a series of things that I do in the morning that sets me up for the day. One of those things, and this is what I highly recommend, is that as I'm waking up and this is before my eyes have even opened. So My brains are starting to kick in. I realize it's Monday or where I am, but that's when I ask a question. So whatever I'm working on at the time, it could be, you know, the project I'm working on, it could be like, you know, what action am I taking today? How am I solving this challenge? Now, the reason I ask it then is because as we're coming out of sleep and as we're going into sleep, we're in theta brainwave activity. So remember before I said we were sponges, you know? You know, well, in Theta, we're very connected. So when we're meditating and we're trying to quiet our mind, we're trying to get into theta, so we're really connected to the universe at that time. So I always ask the question and then I stay in bed a little longer and I stay quiet long enough to hear the answer. And I've had some incredible things come to me. One of the best stories of that is I had the idea of doing the inspiration show, which was like a video blog and interviews, and had all these ideas as I was going to sleep as to what that was going to look like. So when I woke up in the morning, my question was, what am I going to call it? And what came to me was the inspiration show. And I'm like, there's no way I'm getting that URL, so come back to me with something else, you know? But it kept coming up to me. I'm like, I had to get out of bed. The Inspirationshow.com and the Inspirationshow TV were both available.
That's incredible.
I'm like, you're kidding me. Yeah. So I just passed my 500th show. But that's, you know, that's how these insights can come to you. You know, things like, you know, I'll get out of bed and then I'll take my little puppy Bella out for her for her walk. But me walking out, because I live on the Marina, Me walking on the Marina is my trigger to go straight into my gratefuls, you know, and it's easy for me to be grateful. I mean, I have an incredible life and I still pinch myself every day. I'm like, really small town, girl gets to live this life, this amazing.
Well, I guess you've created it absolutely right. You've put the time and energy in the work so you can get Natalie's seven morning success rituals. All you gotta do is go to to. We've got the link below. Allisonmaslin.com library, where you'll get this and several other success downloads there. So thank you for sharing that gift. And so what is next for you? What's upcoming for you?
Lots of things.
What are you excited about?
Well, with the children's program, we're actually talking to schools in New Zealand and Australia right now. And of course, the wildest thing, and I don't even get a surprise anymore, but the first school that we're talking to that looks like they're going to teach the program is my primary school in my hometown where me and my seven siblings went to school. It was just like, this is crazy.
Oh my goodness.
Out of all the schools in Australia, this is the one that's. Yeah.
And you know what, to be able to learn this at a young age, what a gift. To be able to give children that ability to create their lives. Yeah. I don't know if there's anything better.
Exactly. I mean, and it sets you up for it like this. The foundation.
Yeah.
You know, we're also working on a teenage version as well. So that's, that's coming soon. But the new, it's all about leveraging.
You know, you hear me talk about leveraging. This is what she's doing here. So. So this is great. So is there anything else that you would like to share?
You know, for me, you'll see from the morning rituals when you, when you download that as well. But for me, applying the law of attraction is a system. Seriously, it's just a formula. And when we can remember to drop into that formula, even in the, you know, the height of our freak outness, if we just remember to drop into that formula, then really we can achieve anything that we want.
And on that note, I think that you should start this today. What is it that you want to create? It's right in front of you. You just got to create that visualization. Check out mind movies for sure, and draw that into your life. And as I always say, get out there, elevate yourself, because you are absolutely worth it. And you can also watch this show, by the way, on itunes. You just go to alisonmaslin.com iTunes and so that you can also listen to it in your car, you're running on the treadmill and all that good stuff. We will come to you. All right, so until next time, we will see you on Ally and you'd.
Bye.
