A speaker explains what attendees gain from ScaleIt Live: learning team building and scaling strategies, hiring tactics, and connecting with other business owners growing their companies.

There are so many things that I love about this event from just all the things that we learn from Alison, the speakers. The favorite is just connecting with the community. I always learn so much from other business owners. This particular one at this point, I'm at the point of just bringing on more of a team and developing out that team. So that's really been my focus for this time. So this event's really helped me think about how I can scale the team from just selecting the right people, making sure I have the right players. We spent a lot of time about the questions to ask, excellent interview questions, making sure I have the right people in the right places, and giving some thought in terms of the right order as to who to hire and when.
