This is a YouTube video titled "What’s holding you back from scaling your business?!" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a motivational talk about mindset, choice, and the impact of language on business success. The content is a monologue focused on personal empowerment and overcoming self-sabotage in business growth, recorded in April 2022.

You can decide the door you want to walk through, you can keep walking through the same door, or you can close that door and walk into a new door. It's a choice. It is a choice. And being a victim is a story. It's a story we create. And when we focus on what isn't working, it's self sabotage. It will destroy your business in a heartbeat. Constantly saying, I can't afford this, I can't afford that, I need more money. Is what you're really saying is I need more money, but it's not going to happen. That's what you're saying. So your language is powerful. It is an expression of your life force.
