This is a YouTube video titled "Who Was Your First Mentor? 🤔 #shorts" featuring Allison Maslan speaking about her first mentor, her father, who was a successful entrepreneur. She shares lessons learned from him about entrepreneurship and creating one's own reality. The content is a monologue rather than a conversation.

First mentor was my father, and he was such a consummate entrepreneur. He took one store that was my grandfather's in Kansas City, and grew it to over 50 locations across the country of women's clothing stores. And he was so innovative that I always knew that I was going to be a business owner. And I remember one of the biggest lessons I learned from my dad was, if you want something, go create it yourself. Don't face reality. Go create your reality.
