Part of the whole equation to authenticity is discomfort, right? If you were super, super super polished, would your customers think that you were authentic? I think sometimes when we talk to people what we're really looking for is that realness and within that most people are not polished. They haven't got a PR company. So a little bit of discomfort really shows people that you are being authentic. I would say embrace that. Be okay about it being not perfect. Be okay about you having some challenges. I had a company once and we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on video content and we polished it and we polished it and we polished it and it was much less effective than a little bit more unscripted. Just like with photos. I mean if you look at photos, stock photos versus real photos, real photos will outperform stock photos time and time again. Use that principle with the communication to your clients. I think you'll be great.
