I hear people saying all the time, I can't find good people. There's no good people out there for my team, or I can't get my team to perform. The thing is, is that what your team really wants or what people are attracted to is a big vision. But people have a misconception about vision in that you might be giving all kinds of speeches about your vision. This is where we're going. This is what we stand for. They're just not feeling it. So it's more about your state. So if you're giving your vision and they're feeling a sense of desperation or exhaustion or stress, that's what they're going to be hearing. And so before you share your vision, you need to raise your state. You need to get in alignment with what you stand for. And when you are, they're gonna be so lit up, they're gonna wanna jump on that train. They're gonna wanna go the distance and really make it happen. And then you're gonna repel those people that are not in alignment with the vision. You don't lead people into the future, you hold the frequency that makes it possible.
