This is a YouTube video titled "Your Team Will Carry Your Vision Forward" containing a motivational talk by Allison Maslan recorded on August 16, 2022. In this talk, Allison emphasizes the importance of having the right team members who are fully committed to the vision and advises on removing negative influences to maintain a healthy team dynamic during scaling.

When you're scaling, it's all about your team. Because at the end of the day, it's your team that's going to carry your vision forward. So they need to be all in. And just as it's super important to have those eight players on your team, it's just as critical, or probably even more critical to get the people that are not a fit off your team. If you have people on your team, or even one person that's negative, complaining, whining, creating drama, it's toxic and it spreads fast. And so if you are agonizing because you just don't know, should I keep this person? Should I let them go? Ask yourself this question. Would you hire them again today? If the answer is no, you got your answer.
