You’re focused on the wrong things. Big leaps happen when you do this👇

Big leaps happen when you're focused on the clouds, not the weeds. We are so used to being in the weeds. That's not where the magic happens. The magic happens up here. Because if I'm in the clouds, you know that feeling when you're on an airplane, you're kind of looking at your whole life. You're looking out the window, you're looking through the clouds. You sort of think of the trajectory of your life, where you're at, how things are going. When you're in the weeds, you do not see solution. But. But when you're up here and you're being that visionary CEO, you can say, right over there, I see the one solution that solves. Hours and hours of me spinning my wheels. That's how it works. It's being more strategic.
