The Inner Genius Code

Mark Salazar presents a framework linking Kundalini awakening to creative genius, arguing that digital overstimulation and survival stress block this energy. He teaches Mula Bandha and Kriya Pranayama techniques to unlock it, warns against spiritual ego and forcing the process, and recommends a daily 30-minute practice for 40 days.

This is the Inner Genius Code. Now, the reason that I have titled it this way is because when you're working with this energy, a natural byproduct of what happens is you start to awaken this potent creative energy that is dormant within you. And I'm sure you guys are familiar with the term genius. Like, if you're ever around other people who are like geniuses in their field. These are people who are typically referred to as like people who are smart, intelligent, super creative. I think that now more than ever, there needs to be a redefining of what the terminology of genius is. In the book Mastery by Robert Greene, they refer to, uh, he refers to geniuses as someone who has mastery over their inherent nature, their life, their discipline. So all of the nuances and aspects that come within this life. So that's why I've titled it The Inner Genius Code. And so essentially What if I told you that the divine power to transform your entire reality is literally sleeping at the base of your spine, waiting to be awakened? I'm not talking about another self-improvement technique or spiritual practice that requires you to become someone entirely different. I'm talking about remembering who you've always been. The practice that I'm about to share with you guys is exactly what I used to awaken my own inner genius, being able to step into my artistry, writing and recording music, creating art that flows through me like divine downloads, building a business and brand from inspired action. And play rather than the need to hustle, and being able to create genuine abundance in every area of my life because I'm tapped into this inner power, what Eastern spirituality refers to as Kundalini. And this is just a small glimpse of what awakening this potent energy can do. Beautiful thing is that we all have this within us. It's dormant. It's this fourth density energy that is, is waiting for us to, to tap into it. I don't know if you guys study the different densities at all, but essentially we live in the third density. That's why we refer to it as 3D, right? Like the 3D material and physical world. Well, as souls— and I know, babe, we've been studying the, the Course in Miracles and everything that it teaches us— well, essentially, our soul is already perfect. God made us in his likeness and image, and when he created our souls, our souls are perfect., but it is our human body and our essentially mind that is still needing some work. Well, this, this Kundalini, this potent energy that's within us, that is a small glimpse of tapping into divinity. So as I said before, we're gonna, we're gonna approach this from multiple different lenses, from a biblical standpoint, from the Eastern spirituality standpoint, from a scientific standpoint, and you know, we'll even go into my experiences personally. When I began working with Kundalini, ideas for new revenue streams started to appear, creative solutions to challenges began flowing naturally, and even my ability to make love with my wife has been transformed completely. I'm able to experience deep intimacy and pleasure during sex while maintaining my sexual energy, aka choosing to hold in my nut and still ensuring that my wife is completely satisfied while I conserve and direct this energy upwards. Now, I'm not saying that the reason we're doing this is so that we can become amazing lovers, but essentially, if we look around us, like where we're almost addicted to sex. And the only reason I'm saying this is because I've been there— addicted to porn, addicted to external substances or external validation. So a part of this mastery is being able to master this sexual energy. And I know, Sean, I told you before, but like This, this energy, this sexual energy is directly correlated to our creative energy. It's directly correlated to Kundalini. Through it all, one truth has become crystal clear. The real transformation doesn't happen when you learn something new. It happens when you awaken what's already within you. I'm not going to be teaching you guys something that is outside of you. This is, this is already within you. And so all I'm doing is showing you guys what, what you have within you. That's what this is about. This is about activating divine intelligence that's been dormant in your body your entire life, a return to your original design as a conscious creator. Before anyone ever imposed their beliefs, their dreams, or their desires onto you, before you were programmed by your parents, by society. So before we get super deep into it, I want to give a word of transparency with you guys. There's a massive amount of commercial nonsense out there designed to keep you dependent and spending money instead of accessing your own power. So what doesn't work and never will in terms of this: expensive crystals, chakra pendants, or balancing jewelry, special incense oils, or magical products. Gurus claiming that they can activate your Kundalini for you. Quick-fix courses promising instant awakening. Any external tool claiming to shortcut your spiritual journey. I wanna make it clear that I'm not here to activate your Kundalini for you. I'm not here to deliver this teaching promising that you'll be instantly awakened after it. This is a— think of me as a guide reflecting back what I've experienced and all the things that I've studied regarding this topic. I'll go in depth about my why behind teaching this, but just know that there are no shortcuts with this work. The only authentic path is through dedicated inner practice. Okay, your power is within you. It's not in someone else's products. It's not in me. It's not in this teaching. It's in you. You already have everything you need. The Divine creative genius isn't something you lack. Okay, it's something that's been put to sleep by a culture that profits from your disconnection. Because imagine if you were tapped into this and you, you lived and embodied this. Well, there would be no need to put on a mask. You'd be speaking and living and acting from your most authentic self, which is super threatening to a society that wants to profit from your, your attention and intention. So let's talk about the big problem, which is the modern spiritual crisis that we're dealing with, and is, is one of the main reasons why I felt compelled and called to teach on this. Most people wake up anxious about money, live reactively to trends They spend their days reacting to emails, to notifications and other people's emergencies. They go to bed worried about their future. Now here's where it gets real. This is the part that nobody wants to talk about. We're living in a culture where most of our creative energy is being systematically hijacked through addictive behaviors. With pornography being one of the most devastating. And we call this living. This isn't living. This is existing. We've been conditioned to believe this hamster wheel reality is just how life is, that anxiety is normal, that feeling disconnected from purpose is just part of being an adult, that this this gnawing sense that there's something more is just wishful thinking. But what if that gnawing sense is actually your soul trying to wake you up? The only reason I can speak on this is because I've been there. I know what it's like to wake up anxious about money. I know what it's like to basically get up and go straight to my phone and start living other people's— watching other people live their lives and being so addicted to social media, to validation, to porn. And little did I know that it was affecting me in the deepest ways possible because it's, it's so normalized in our society. Like, it's so normalized that men specifically would watch porn multiple times a week. And it's almost like I see it online. It's become a thing where it's almost like we just laugh at it because that's one of the main ways we cope. It's like we have this thing called No Nut November, which is a, I think, a step in the right direction. But I think that in order to really, really go forward in our evolution as a species is to to go to the root cause of what this, this is really all about. So I want to talk about the brainwaves and how the brain operates on these different frequencies, and essentially this is one of the main reasons and factors that go into how society has hijacked our, our attention and our energy. So we have the first brainwave, which is beta, and it vibrates between 13 and 30 Hz. Think of this as your analytical mind, your problem solving, your busy mode, right? And then going into that, we have the alpha waves, which is vibrating between 8 and 13 Hz. This is your relaxed state, your creative flow, your light meditations. I'm sure we've all felt what alpha feels like. And then even that, we, we have theta, which is deep creativity, spiritual connection. It's REM sleep. This This vibrates at 4 to 8 Hz. We've all felt that as well. When you're about to, when you're about to fall asleep, you're vibrating, your brainwaves are vibrating in theta. And even when you're, when you're deep in a creative flow, that may be even theta as well. And then lastly, we have delta, which usually will occur when you're, when you're sleeping. This is where healing occurs. This is where regeneration occurs. And this is where the deepest spiritual states— you have access to the deepest spiritual states. And in delta, your brainwaves are vibrating between 0.5 to 4 Hz. Now here's the problem. Modern life keeps you locked in beta waves 16+ hours a day, and when you're stuck in beta, you become neurologically incapable of accessing your creative genius. I don't know if for some of you that are watching, I don't know if some of you guys track your, your HRV. Your heart rate variability. But that's a, that's a clear indicator of what brainwave you're operating at. And so when you're in beta, essentially what's happening here is you're in a sympathetic— your central nervous system is in a sympathetic state, meaning you're in fight or flight. Your analytical mind, your analytical mind is going crazy. Right, you— what this can look like is you wake up, you overthink about the day that's about to come, you overthink about calls, meetings, work, and you start seeking for solutions, but you literally just woke up. And then it can even look like before you're about to go to sleep, you're already worried about, did you do enough for the day? Oh snap, like, what is tomorrow gonna look like? What, what things do I have to deal with tomorrow? Do I have bills that I have to pay? When, when you're in that, and you'll know because you're— you literally can't. It's hard to rest. It's hard to sleep when you're in beta. And that's where the problem is. Modern life impacts our attention and spiritual well-being through constant device checks. The average person checks their phone 96 times per day. Roughly every 10 minutes they are awake, indicating that there is a deep dependency. Addiction to the phone is, is a very, very real thing. We have continuous partial attention. 88% of people experience this, meaning they are never fully present in any single activity or moment. It makes me think of, uh, Gen Z. And man, the, the short-form syndrome. It's like our attention spans are slowly, slowly just being destroyed and cooked because, I mean, I don't know if you guys have ever seen those videos where it's like, it's like maybe a YouTube Short or an IG Reel, but they have like one video on top and it's like a gaming montage. It could be like GTA or something like that. And then below that they have a, uh, have like a podcast of some people talking and then giving it like giving out information. It's like our attention span has been so cooked that we literally need two stimulants in one vertical reel just to, just to focus on what we're watching on our phone. That's freaking crazy. We have elevated cortisol levels. The modern, modern humans exhibit cortisol levels 300% higher than our ancestors, highlighting chronic stress from contemporary life. There's reduced creative problem solving. When cortisol is elevated, creative problem-solving capabilities drop by a significant 60%, hindering innovative thought. Modern life also conditions us to seek validation, to seek income, to seek inspiration externally, and in turn we're bypassing the infinite power that we have within us. Social media likes and porn trigger dopamine spikes that are followed by crashes and ultimately lead to addiction. And when we're conditioned this way, our brain literally becomes addicted to this. And instead of going within for our our internal knowing, which is essentially the prefrontal cortex where executive function, decision-making, and spiritual discernment occur, it becomes significantly impaired because of the dopamine dysregulation that happens from the addictions that we're experiencing. This is how we're impacted in our, in our modern life. This is, this is why this is such a powerful form of, I would say, way of being. Because when, again, when you master your energy, when you can master yourself, you, you won't, you won't go through what everyone else is going through. And the crazy thing is, is a lot of this stuff, it's not something that the average person is conscious about. They just deal with it. And then we wonder why in society that there's, there's a high— there's high amounts of suicide rates within men. There's record levels of anxiety. In society. Okay, this isn't just, you know, there's— I know that there are some that have preconceived notions and beliefs about this, this work and Kundalini. And you know, if you're coming from a biblical If you're coming from a Christian background, it's like a lot of this stuff, it's like it goes against a lot of people's beliefs. It goes against their— what they were raised to think spirituality or God is. And it's like, this is— oh, I'm gonna choose my words carefully here, but This goes beyond just religious labels, right? This, this work is much, much deeper than just religious labels. That's all I'll say on that for now. So when we're disconnected from the, from ourselves, from our, our innate being, What that manifests into is, is this creative block and a lack of authenticity. There's this voice that, that's within that's telling you you're not good enough. Your ego just goes crazy telling you that, you know, you're not good enough to do this. Why are you even trying on that? This is a sign that you're disconnected from your true self. When you're— when all you're doing is just consuming on social media or online instead of really being tuned into what your soul came down here to do. This manifests into money becoming this external thing that you have to chase instead of it being a natural byproduct of serving others through your authentic gifts. This, this manifests into being disconnected from this infinite power that inherently wants to express itself through you, and it also manifests into operating from this scarcity consciousness, and it prevents you from seeing abundant opportunities and energy and information that already exists within and all around. And that, that last part is what, what blows my mind even as I speak on this, because if you think about it, if you're in a survival state of being, you're not your awareness isn't going to be on creating more opportunities for yourself or exponentially multiplying wealth. It's gonna be on trying to survive. Even your central nervous system isn't going to be safe. It's not going to feel at peace. It's gonna feel like you're in fight or flight. And what, what's crazy is that this— the energy and information that I'm talking about is just the ability to be able to see it and to be able to execute on it. But it's, it's very, very difficult. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's very, very difficult to see information that will— let's just put into an example of like investing. It's, it's very difficult to see information and to execute on information that will multiply your wealth through investments if you're stuck in survival mode. If anything, what's going to happen is you'll probably sabotage because, I mean, the decision-making ability is going to be very, very limited. You won't feel safe, so you'll sabotage those decisions that you make. So when you're tapped in, when you're tuned in, you, you'll be able to see and you'll, you'll be able to discern. And also you'll, you'll have this intuitive knowing. I'm not saying that investing is all about just intuition when in reality it's like you have to be able to see the information, you have to be able to, to dissect it and to understand it. And then you also have that intuitive knowing if this is right for you. So it's, it's not just intellectual, it's intellectual and creative and intuitive. Now, there are a lot of people that are intellectual and make a ton of money, but we're not just here to make money. If you're watching this and you you're tapping into this, I would, you know, I'm willing to bet that you're not just here to make money. Of course, money is a byproduct of being able to do amazing things and to be able to serve in the best ways possible, but we're not just here to make money. We're here to fully express our souls. And whatever that looks like is up to you. But it's going— again, it's going to be very difficult if you're dealing with this cost of disconnection. This is why meditation feels so hard at first. Your, your nervous system has been trained to stay activated. Sitting still feels uncomfortable because you're fighting against years sometimes even decades of conditioning. This is why prayer feels like talking to the ceiling. When you're stuck in beta waves, you can't, you can't access the alpha and theta states where divine communication naturally happens. This is why you can read every spiritual book and still feel empty inside, because information alone is not going to shift your nervous system out of survival mode. You require a practice, practices that physically move your energy and is able to rewire your central nervous system. You're trying to— this is essentially like trying to connect to Source through a nervous system that's been trained to stay in survival mode. It's like trying to tune into a radio station while standing next to a microwave. Interference is going to block the signal. Or if you have tinted windows and you try to hop on the internet, it's like, that's gonna block the signal too, depending on what type of tints you have. That's why we have to go to the root, literally. Okay, so now I want to talk about the biblical foundation. And so some, some quick, some quick, uh, notes here before we get into this. When I read the Holy Bible, I don't read it literally. In fact, I don't think it's even meant to be read literally. In order to accurately, to truly understand the Bible, you have to view it from a metaphysical lens. You have to view it from a spiritual lens, because if you just read it literally, you're just intellectualizing the words themselves. So when, when we, when I quote the biblical scriptures, I'm reading it from a metaphysical and spiritual lens. Okay. There, when you can, when you can do that, you start understanding these like messages that are already within, that it's already been laid out. It's, uh, Yeah, I mean, if there's Christians that are watching this, you know, it can be kind of— it can kind of feel a bit uncomfortable to deal with this or to, to see it, but it's like you have to have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, as Jesus says. So just a quick pointer. Jesus said, and I quote, "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you." That's Luke chapter 17, verses 20 to 21. So this— he wasn't speaking metaphorically, he wasn't speaking about eventually, not if you're good enough. He's saying the Kingdom of Heaven is within you right now. Here's something else that they don't teach you in Sunday school. Jesus answered them— this is in John chapter 10, verse 34— is it not written in your law, I have said you are gods? Now when he said that, he was actually talking to the Pharisees, right? The Pharisees were condemning Jesus because he's saying that he's the Son of God. And he's like, but wait, isn't it in your scripture that it is written that you are gods? Which is a direct reference to Psalm, which is in the Old Testament. Psalm 82:6, I quote, I said, you are gods, you are all sons of the Most High. But we want to put all our power in Jesus Christ who died for our sins, and we can only be saved if we profess Jesus as our Lord and Savior. That's, that's what's crazy, is that this is literally in the Bible. It's just that Most people don't study the Bible. They just listen to a priest and they listen to what they have to teach. It's like, it's written, I'm just the messenger. We have 1 John 3:2. Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him. For we shall see him as he is. The Kingdom of Heaven isn't a place you go when you die. It's a state of consciousness you can access while you're still alive. It's this awakened state where you remember your true identity as a son of the Most High. Going back into the introduction, it's like All I'm doing is helping you— not even helping, but guiding you to remember. The biblical prophets understood a profound truth about our relationship with God, that we are called to unity with the Divine. Jesus himself declared, "I and the Father are one" in John 10:30. And prayed that believers would share in the same unity. John 17:21. He even referenced the Psalms saying, "You are gods," pointing to humanity's divine potential. So when I talk about Kundalini and, you know, awakening this fourth density energy and this creative potential that we have within us, This is what I'm talking about from a biblical lens, right? Even just from a biblical lens. But if we're called to this divine union, how do we access it practically? Well, the ancient Eastern yogis, they discovered something remarkable, that there's a specific energy system in the human body that when properly awakened through dedicated practice can facilitate profound spiritual connection and creative awakening. And they call this energy Kundalini. And according to both ancient texts and modern neuroscience, neuroscience research, conscious work with this energy can quite literally rewire your nervous system for enhanced creativity and spiritual awareness. That's what I'm talking about. That's what I mean when I say self-mastery and overriding and going straight to the root problem when it comes to the problems that we're dealing with in today's era. In the bottom, I have some, a couple biblical connections to Kundalini. Again, when you, when you read these, you want to view them from a spiritual, metaphysical lens, not a literal lens. So in Genesis 28:12, they speak about Jacob's ladder. There is this, I can't forget the, I forget the name of the the guy, but, uh, he, he has this dream about these staircases that lead to heaven and all these angels that move down and up from the staircases. So this can be viewed— I'm not saying this is what it is, I'm just saying these are potential connections. This can be connected to the ascending creative energy through your spiritual centers, which I'll be going more in depth on as we go into this teaching. But essentially, when you work with Kundalini, you're, you're working with this, this dormant energy at the base of your spine. And what you're doing is you're, you're moving it up and down and up and down and up and down. Well, when they speak about Jacob's ladder, or a ladder, that kind of reminds you of going up and down something, right? In John 14:12, Jesus says, "Greater works than these shall ye do." He was referring to the works that he did, the miracles that Jesus performed, and he He prophesied that, "Yes, my works are great, but greater works than these shall ye do." And I have reason to believe that he's referring to the potential that we all have as Sons of the Most High when we activate this energy that we have within. Now, what is— let's talk about what Kundalini actually is. So Kundalini is this dormant creative life force. At the base of your spine. So it's located here. You can see it's like coiled, right? That's why it's called Kundala or Kundalini, because it comes from the Sanskrit term kundala, meaning coiled, like a serpent coiled at the base of your spine waiting to rise. Think of it as your creative power supply that's been in sleep mode your entire life. That's why they were kind of— they refer to it as like, if you've ever seen talks about it, it's usually depicted as a snake, but it's this coiled up energy that's just sitting there. And so the practice that we're going to be doing with Kundalini is we're essentially moving this energy up along our energy centers, right, to the top of our head, and then moving it back down, and then moving it back up, and then back down. So essentially, we're breathing energy up and exhaling energy down. And when we, when we breathe energy up, we're breathing the energy of earth and fire. And the reason for that is because if you think about the Earth's core, it's, it's magma, and it's, it's, it's this, this fire that's in inside of the, the core of the earth. So when we're working with Kundalini— Kundalini is a feminine, creative, fiery energy— and we're breathing that up all the way up to the top of our head. And when we breathe down, what we're actually doing is we're— you see how there's like these flowers or these rainbow things up there. Essentially, we're opening up our, our channels, and when we breathe, when we exhale out, we're exhaling out cool cosmic energy. So fire breathing in, exhaling cool energy out. So it's like this balance of like earthly energy, then cosmic energy, and we're working with that. Throughout our entire energy centers. So now that we know a bit about what Kundalini is, I'm going to now shift this into the lens of studies, neuroscience research on Kundalini. Because when I, when I approach these things, I don't want to just approach it one dimensionally. I like to approach these things from a very holistic lens. Like, I like to look at it from all these different lenses because it— what, what this does is it provides a complete and fuller picture for what we're actually dealing with and what we're working with. So there's been studies that have been done that— and data that show like what's actually happened happening when we, when we work with Kundalini. So this was a, this was a study done on hippocampal volume in older adults published by PubMed. So what they did was they took older adults, you know, 55 and up, and they split them into two groups. One group did Kundalini yoga for 12 weeks and the other group did psychoeducation, uh, basically educational sessions about health for 10 weeks. And then before and after, they scanned everyone's brain using MRI to measure brain size. Okay, and what they found is that the Kundalini yoga group's hippocampus got bigger while the psychoeducation group's um, their gray matter volume actually shrank. So you can see that here. So in here we have the— on the left we have the Kundalini Yoga, and on the right we have the psychoeducation. So you can see that their gray matter volume, or their GMV, actually grew. And the people that were just doing educational sessions about health, their, their their GMV shrank. That's freaking— like, imagine getting, like, education. I just think of, uh, our education system now, how it's, like, geared towards— like, we don't learn about our inner being and who we actually are, spirituality, like, none of that stuff. They just, they just feed us with information and we get graded on how well we can retain that information. Well, uh, a study like this is showing that when something like that happens, especially like in the subject of psychoeducation, our hippocampus literally shrinks. So why, why does this matter, right? The hippocampus is like your brain's memory headquarters. It's crucial for forming new memories. It's crucial for learning new information, and it also helps with spatial navigation. Meaning knowing where you are in this space. Oh, as we age, our hippocampus typically shrinks, which is why older people often have memory problems. This study showed that Kundalini Yoga actually reversed this process. It made the region— the brain region grow instead of shrink. Think about that. Working with Kundalini will grow your brain. That's, that's insane. A bigger, healthier hippocampus means better memory for creative ideas, enhanced ability to learn new skills, improved spatial thinking, and better integration of new experiences into your creative work. This study showed— or proved rather— that Kundalini doesn't just make you feel better, it literally grows your brain in areas that are critical for memory and learning. In just 12 weeks, participants had measurably larger brain structures associated with cognitive function. This is huge because Kundalini can actually protect against age-related cognitive decline and can enhance your brain capacity at any age. There is also research that was done on Kundalini regarding memory and in comparison to memory enhancement training. So what they did was they took 81 adults, again 55 and up, with mild cognitive impairment. MCI, which is essentially just people who are starting to have memory problems but not full-on dementia yet. So for, for the setup, what they did was they took two groups. They had Group 1 doing 12 weeks of Kundalini yoga, and Group 2 did 12 weeks of memory enhancement training, which is— just think of it as the gold standard for brain training. So the MET, what that includes is memory exercises and drills. You have learning techniques to remember names, faces, lists, cognitive strategies for better recall, and mental exercises that are designed specifically to boost your memory. So what this study found is that starting, starting points pretty much identical and similar. You have MET starting off at 8.93 points and Kundalini starting at 9.03. And week 12, what actually ended up happening is the people, the group that did MET got a, you know, a 0.90 point improvement on their ability to recall information. While the Kundalini yoga group was slightly below that. Now that's in week 12, right? Week 24, and this is, you know, 3 months later, this is actually where things get quite interesting. As you can see, the people who did the MET, their ability to recall information actually declined, while the people who did the Kundalini exercises and yoga actually started to outperform them. So another fascinating study that proves that when you're working with this energy, you're, you're changing your brain, you're, you're regrowing it, and you're forming new connections within your, your brain. So The graph shows that 3 months after training ended, the Kundalini group was still improving while the memory training group was already declining back towards baseline. Working with Kundalini creates real neuroplastic change, not just temporary performance enhancement. The brain restructuring continues working even when you're not actively practicing. Okay, this again, like, it just reminds me of you know, the education system being fed information, and then, you know, we pass or fail based on how effective we are with the ability to remember that information, and then we just forget about it and never use it ever again. All right, that's not, that's not making you any smarter. So this work shows real data that proves that your brain is going to grow and it's going to be able to retain and recall information way better than the gold standard for memory recall training. Lastly, we have the role of the spinal cord, which is a study done by the StatPearls and National Library of Medicine. So I showed you guys earlier that— think of this picture in this visual as a visual for understanding the different energy centers and the channels that we have, right? From a spiritual— I struggle to call it spiritual because it's science and spirituality. They're really just one and the same, right? Think of this as just a way to understand your energy your energy centers, your channels, and then this one from a central nervous system standpoint. So the spinal cord is your body's main highway. It's the primary conduit between your brain and your body. It sends motor commands from brain to body. It relays sensory information from body to brain. And it's also protected by bone, meninges, and cerebrospinal fluid, just like the brain. So based on this study, when ancient texts talk about energy rising through the sushumna nadi, the central spinal channel, they're describing the same pathway that modern anatomy identifies as the primary information highway. This is also why spinal breathing, uh, the technique that you guys will be doing, isn't just mystical. It's working with the actual anatomical structure that connects your brain to every part of your body. You're activating the main communication network. This research, this research shows that any disruption to the spinal cord function affects everything. It affects sensation, movement, autonomic regulation, and it also validates why awakening this pathway enhances all aspects of creativity and consciousness. The spine isn't just the bundle of nerves or the thing that keeps you erect. It's protect— it's a protected specialized system with its own fluid environment that the CSF fluid. And this supports the traditional view of this fluid being a sacred and energetically significant pathway. So the bottom line is, when you do the practice of spinal breathing and you feel that energy moving up your spine, you're not just imagining it. You're consciously activating the same pathway that controls all of your body's functions that processes sensory information and that sends creative impulses from your brain to your hands and to your voice, and it also regulates your nervous system responses. The ancient yogis were describing real anatomy in the language available to them. Modern neuroscience just gave us the technical terms for what they experienced directly. So when I talk about unlocking your creative genius, I want to go into the, the blockages that are keeping your creative genius locked away. So in the book by Om Swami on Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini, we have 3 blockages that keep our creative genius locked away. We have the Rudra Granthi, the Vishnu Granthi, and the Brahma Granthi. So the Rudra Granthi is the throat and third eye region. Think of it as the mental trap, and the blockage here is the mental constructs and the spiritual ego. The creative impact is you overthink, you have perfectionism, creative paralysis, you start thinking that you're special, compared to, you know, others who don't, or don't have an understanding on, on this work. It shows up through analysis paralysis, comparing yourself to others, and an intellectual understanding without really a full embodiment. When you pierce this, what you're doing is you're gaining direct access to divine intelligence, and ideas, they flow effortlessly. Moving on, we have the Vishnu Granthi, which is in the heart and the solar plexus region, and you can think of this as the attachment trap. The blockage here is emotional attachments and desire for permanence. The impact is you create from neediness rather than abundance and attach— you have an attachment to outcomes and instead of being able to let go. It shows up through desperation for likes or validation, devastation through criticism of others, and then also the, the people-pleasing tendencies. When you pierce this, you begin to create from love and from service rather than fear and lack. Then we have the Brahma Granthi, which is in the root and sacral region, which is the survival trap. The blockage here is an attachment to physical survival and sensual pleasures. The impact is you're stuck in survival mode and you can't access higher creativity, and it shows up through creating from desperation, trading time for money just to survive. When, when you pierce this, creative energy flows freely from survival consciousness to authentic expression, right? So that's why we're starting with the energy that's in our lower center, and we're moving that energy up and then moving that energy down. We're piercing these, these blockages that come from essentially all of these, all of these traps. Now, instead of going over all the the, the 7 chakras, I want to focus on just the 3 most crucial for creative breakthrough. You have your root center, which is referred to as the Muladhara, and it's your creative foundation. It's located at the base of your spine. What this does is it transforms survival energy into creative stability. When awakened, what will happen is you, you gain unshakable confidence in your gifts. You create from abundance and not desperation. And then you have your heart center, the Anahata, your creative compass. It's located at the center of your chest where your heart is, and the The function here is that it connects your creativity to service and love. Mankind is very, very creative. We can be creative about things that are negatively polarizing just as much as we can be creative about things that are positively polarizing. Think about the, the top, the top richest people in the world, or the 1%, like the Rockefellers, the Vanguards, the State Streets. When I think of the Rockefellers, I, I think about how creative he was in conditioning and enslaving the, the people during that time period, because he essentially created the education system. He founded it not so that he can create independent free thinkers, but so that he can create workers. That's why this, that's why this work is important, because when we work with these energy centers, we're We're connecting our creativity to, to love from a place of authentic passion and being able to serve others naturally, solving real problems and generating genuine value, which, which can lead to financial flow. And then we have our, our crown center, which is the Sahasrara, which is your creative genius. So its location is the top of, top of the head. The function is direct access to divine inspiration and innovation. When you, when you awaken this, ideas begin to flow effortlessly. Solutions appear spontaneously, and you start to become a channel for creativity, allowing your best work to come through you. When you, when you create, from my experience, what tends to happen is the best work that I create usually and typically is not really me creating it. I tell my wife this all the time, but that's because when I create— and I know tons of successful people that say the same thing— that their best work isn't something that they necessarily create. It's something that comes through them. When we open up these channels, we're, we're essentially just a vessel for this, this information to flow through us. Now the connection, the connection to the creative genius. This is something that I would like for you guys to understand. The creative genius is not optional. This is, this is essential. The world doesn't need another person creating from survival mode, doing things just to make enough money to survive. The world needs what only you can create. When you're fully awakened to your divine power. This isn't about becoming a better version of someone else. This is about becoming the fullest expression of who you are and who you were created to be, and then serving the world from that place. Your individual awakening serves collective transformation. When you step into your creative genius, you give others permission to do the same. That's how we move— the ways that we move humanity forward, by each and every one of us doing the work and creating transformation within ourselves and embodying that. And when we do that, we give others permission to do the same for themselves. Now I do think it's very important to go over the pitfalls and the traps that should be avoided. I know I went into it a little bit here, but when you, when you work with this energy, there are things that need to be addressed because Well, for one, there are a lot of traps that should be, that should be made clear before even working with Kundalini. So before we dive into the practical techniques, I would like to address the dangerous territory that surrounds authentic spiritual practice. Now, to go over this, I've included both Carl Jung's psychological framework and Om Swami's warnings from years of intense Himalayan meditation. If you don't know who Om Swami is, he's this multimillionaire entrepreneur who gave all of that up to be a monk. Yeah. So I use their frameworks and experience because Carl Jung, uh, he approaches Kundalini awakening from a psychological lens, and Om Swami approaches it from a direct spiritual lens. Not because the— I didn't do it because these two are separate. I did it because these two provide, again, a fuller depiction of exactly what to watch out for. Because the truth is the spiritual path is littered with seekers who got caught in these traps, and it wasn't because they weren't sincere. It was because no one warned them about the psychological and spiritual dangers that arise when you start awakening dormant energy. So based on Jung's framework and Om Swami's warnings, we have several traps here that I want to go over. The first one is the spiritual ego trap. Okay, the warning signs when you, when you work with this energy, the warning signs to watch out for is you start feeling superior to unconscious people around you. You start using spiritual language to avoid dealing with practical responsibilities. You start believing you're special because you're on a spiritual path. You start talking more about your spiritual experiences rather than living them. The reality check here is that true awakening makes you more humble and compassionate, not more arrogant. As Jung explains, the neurotic condition is one where the collective is denied, when someone becomes too identified with his persona and loses connection to their place in society. So if you find yourself looking down on people who are still asleep, you've fallen into this trap. Okay, real awakening makes you more service-oriented, not more judgmental. It's, it's, it's crazy because like it's very, very subtle and it's very easy to fall into this trap. When you start working with this energy. I've had to check myself for sure, because it's like when you access, you know, your inner genius and you start stepping into your deepest level of service and things align, you start receiving downloads, you start receiving so many results. It's easy to look on someone who isn't where you're at and to think that they're quote-unquote less than you. Okay, that's what the ego— that's what the ego starts to do when you work with a spiritual practice such as this. It's like your ego before you started doing the work was just an intellectual ego. But then as soon as you start doing spiritual practices, you start gaining peace for yourself, you start tapping into your inner creativity, it's like now it starts to subtly shift with you. So that's something that, um, definitely needs to be checked, right? Because it's, it's— I want to say it's It's very subtle, and if you're not careful, then it can, it can overtake you, and, and you, you know, you'll, you'll fall into the trap. Everyone is equal, and from a, from a soul level and potential, everyone is equal. Like, I see everyone as my equals. I see you guys are my— as my equals. I see people who are making more money as— than me as my equals. Everyone is a brother and sister in this life. And we have the Forcing Trap. Warning signs here is you're trying to push experiences or rush your progress. You have an impatience with the natural progression of awakening. You're forcing longer meditation sessions than your nervous system can handle, and you start to get frustrated when the energy doesn't move fast enough. Om Swami's authentic journey shows that even 13 months of intense practice in complete isolation involved oscillating between moments of transcendent joy and crushing despair. Kundalini awakens organically through consistent practice, not force. This energy has its own intelligence. Your only job here is to create the conditions, right? You're not to force the outcome. Then we have the experience addiction trap. Start chasing peak experiences and dramatic sensations. Start measuring your progress by how high you can get, becoming attached to specific spiritual states. Prioritizing flashy experiences over practical integration. Integration and embodiment matter more than flashy experiences. All right. During Om's, uh, 13 months in the Himalayas, he reveals the inner struggles of sitting for endless hours of meditation, battling fatigue and wavering faith. The real, the real work happens in the valleys between the peaks. Okay, it's like I've definitely caught myself in these states where I would get these blissful, profound states of high when doing work with Kundalini. And then the next day I would try to recreate that because it just felt so good. Felt really, really good. But it's like, you're not always gonna get that experience. The universe is going to give you what you need, it's not going to give you what you want. So when you, when you work with this energy, it's gonna, it's gonna go between the highs and the lows. But that change, that The real work, it happens between those, those highs and those lows, when you can sit with that and you can, you can just experience the awakening process organically rather than trying to force it or fall into addiction with the high that it gives you, because it gives you a very, very When you breathe in this way, the high that you receive is— man, I've taken mushrooms and LSD, and I would say it's up there because you're working with DMT, you're working with serotonin. So it's, it's a high for sure, and you're You're doing it just by breathing. Imagine how easy that is. Or, uh, or simple rather. It's not easy, but it's simple. Then you have the bypassing trap. The warning signs here are using these spiritual practices to avoid dealing with your practical life issues, believing that being spiritual means you don't have to worry about money, relationships, or responsibilities. Responsibilities, uh, escaping into meditation instead of facing your problems, thinking that awakening will solve all your human challenges, when in reality authentic awakening enhances your ability to handle money, to handle relationships, to handle responsibilities. If your spiritual practice is making you less capable in the real world, you're doing it wrong. Real awakening makes you more effective in the material world, not less. And then lastly, we have the inflation trapped, uh, believing you've arrived after the initial awakening experience, uh, thinking you no longer need teachers, guidance, or continued practice. Feeling like you're beyond the need for basic spiritual disciplines and assuming now you can teach others when you haven't fully integrated your own experiences. As Jung taught, in the brevity of a human life, we can only ever approach but never fully reach the condition of psychological wholeness. The path of genuine awakening is lifelong. Every authentic teacher remains a student. Even now, like, I'm still a student to this. I'm constantly studying and learning more and more about this subject. And even, you know, amongst all the other disciplines, the student is synonymous with the teacher. As is the teacher synonymous with the student. So even after I received that, that first initial high from the awakening process, I think it's very, very easy to fall into the trap of thinking like, oh, I'm here, I made it, I'm awakened. Even now, I don't fully— I don't even consider myself to be fully awakened. I'm still in the process of awakening. What I'm teaching you guys here today is how to practice the awakening process as well. I'm not teaching anyone here to awaken because I don't consider myself awakened. I'm teaching how to practice the process of working with Kundalini so you can begin to awaken. So these are the pitfalls and traps to avoid. Okay, now how do we navigate these traps? For one, you stay grounded in service. The moment your spiritual practice stops making you more useful to others, you have to question what you're doing. Real awakening increases your capacity to serve, not your need to be served. Maintaining practical responsibilities— your bills still have to be paid, your relationships still need attention, your body still needs care. Spiritual awakening that disconnects you from practical reality isn't awakening. It's escapism. You can track integration and not just experience. Instead of asking, "What cool experiences did I have?" you can ask, "How is this making me a better human being? Am I more patient with my family, my friends, my clients? Am I more creative in my work?" Am I more generous with my resources? And lastly, staying humble. The deeper you go, the more you realize how much you don't know. If your practice is making you more arrogant, you're headed in the wrong direction. Your creative genius awakening should make you more effective in the world, not less. More grounded, not more spacey, more humble, not more arrogant, and more useful to others, not more self-absorbed. If your practice isn't producing these fruits, course correct immediately. The traps are real, but they're avoidable when you know what to watch out for. That's why I've, you know, wanted to lay these out, because it's, it's very important to watch out for them. The path forward is simple but not easy: dedicated daily practice, genuine humility, practical integration, and authentic service. Everything else is distraction. If you can, if you can keep your awareness on these 4 things, I'm sure that those pitfalls and those traps can be navigated with much more ease rather than, you know, falling into them and then seeing something manifest out of it. Now I want to share a very um, and deeply personal story with you guys that completely shifted my understanding of sexual energy. This discovery came through my own experimentation with energy conservation, and it changed everything about how I approach creative work. I was struggling with what I thought were separate issues. Inconsistent creative flow, difficulty maintaining focus on important projects, and this underlying sense that I was somehow leaking my life force energy. I'd have these bursts of inspiration, but I couldn't sustain them. I'd start projects with enthusiasm only to find my motivation dissipating after a few days. Then I stumbled across something that ancient traditions have understood for millennia, but modern culture completely ignores or distorts. Your sexual energy and your creative energy are the same force. As a kid, I had accidentally witnessed my own dad and even certain adults around me secretly retreat to the bathroom or their own room to masturbate and watch porn. This had a dramatic effect on me growing up because I had been conditioned to think that this behavior is normal or acceptable. From the ages of 15 to 24, I had developed an addiction to pornography. The way that I viewed women and my relationship to the feminine was completely distorted. My confidence was limited and my spiritual evolution was taking a hit. It wasn't until I came across semen retention that I started exploring the power that I had within. I noticed that my focus, my energy, and my drive all improved during moments of celibacy. It was freaking epic, and I was getting so much done during those seasons of building myself and my business. But then the high and the novelty wore off. I had gone back to watching porn, especially when I felt the most stressed. I went on and off with porn usage, having several months where I would not watch and then go back to it. I had realized that I had been doing semen retention from a place of egoic selfishness. I held in my nut because it gave me access to the drive, the focus, the energy, the attraction, etc. But that all changed when I started learning about Kundalini and how to move sexual energy upwards and directed towards God. When I started working with Kundalini, I was able to access profound states of bliss and joy. However, it came at a huge price that I had paid with splitting headaches. I had been releasing trauma and impurities that had been stored in my body and my energy centers. The resulting effect was splitting headaches that left me bedridden, barely able to move, sometimes for a whole day or two. Jessa was there, she can vouch for me. I still kept working with Kundalini, learning to direct this energy upwards and give it to God so that I could be a vessel and a channel. Eventually, slowly but surely, my inner genius began to awaken. I released years and even lifetimes worth of trauma, impurities, and illusions that hindered me from embodying my true purpose in life. Life became this great game that I enjoyed to play every moment of every day. My relationships dramatically improved. My sex life with my wife became enhanced to where I'm able to have sex for long periods of time, having orgasms without releasing. Think about that if you're a man watching this. Think about that. I can't speak on what it'll do for women, but as a man, Let that sink in. I became much more of a magnet for wealth and prosperity. I started to see the connections within all of the disciplines that I was practicing, which helped me develop into who I am now. And I'm sharing this because I know many of us who are struggling with the same patterns right now. The creative inconsistency, the energy leaks, the sense that something more powerful is available, but you just can't quite access it, or you just don't know how to. That's why I'm so passionate about this subject, because it's affecting all of us on a very, very, very, very deep level. If you just go into raising a child and how they view women, and then the relationship that they get into, and then the marriage that they get into— if they're harboring these energies, what are you passing on to your child, right? Like, this is the— we're co-creating Earth. We all have a role to play. And if you're still stuck in these energies of lack of addiction, scarcity, well, you're just passing that on. Conversely, if you transcend that, if you learn how to work with this energy— I've shown you the biblical standpoint, I've shown you the scientific standpoint, I've shown you my experience. Imagine a world Imagine a world like that, where we're all tapped into our inner genius. Talk about heaven on earth. Based on authentic Tantric and Yogic teachings, your sexual energy and your creative energy are fundamentally the same force. Now again, I cannot speak on what this will do for a woman, right? Um, I imagine that it will still entail working with this energy and being able to transmute it. But for men specifically, the— what the ancient texts called the creative life force energy, or prana, tantric traditions developed sophisticated sexual yogas associated with the movement of subtle energy bodies like Kundalini, specifically for spiritual ends and the cultivation of creative power. Most people unconsciously leak this power through these things. For a man, it's when we, when we release and we're giving our energy away to this this screen. For women, it could be something similar. It's not that you're essentially releasing anything, but you are giving your attention to that. Even though you can't see the energy, it doesn't mean it's not there, right? So When you're constantly depleting this energy through unconscious release, you're literally draining your creative fuel tank. Every time your mind jumps from one thing to another, you're fragmenting this precious energy. Whether it's social media, excessive entertainment, or other forms of mental junk food, you're dissipating the very creative— the very energy that is required for creative breakthrough. And without consistent creative discipline, this energy has nowhere focused to go, so it leaks out in random directions. That's why the whole semen retention movement, the No Nut November, and the, uh, the red pill movement didn't— it didn't work. Well, it worked for a bit, and it got me to where I am now, and I'm grateful for that step. But it's— if you're just doing it to just, you know, for those things that I mentioned previously, it's like, it's almost for vanity, for vain. That's why we— when we direct this energy, we're directing it towards God, and God is working through us. We're just a vessel, but we can't be a vessel if we're leaking our energy in these different ways. I had to start viewing my sexual energy as very sacred. I grew up more with divorced parents, and I had a very distorted view of relationships. I was the type of guy in my younger days, my younger years, when I was a youngin', I was, uh, I used to have a very, very complicated relationship with love. Like, I would chase love. I thought that love was something that I would get from another woman, so I was just constantly just like chasing women and getting into relationships and having lots of sex. All because I wanted— like, all I really deeply wanted was love. But it wasn't love from anybody outside of me. It was love for myself that I was really looking for. So when you do this work, you start to learn how to love yourself. The greatest commandment is love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and love yourself as you love others. You can't love others if you don't love yourself. You can't love God if you don't love yourself. All those different combinations. It's when you combine those three, when you can love God, you can love yourself, and you can love others, that's when it becomes complete. So here's what I discovered through my own practice and study, the science: Sexual energy is one of the most powerful types of bioelectric energy. It's electric. They've measured this. And ancient practices understood that the cultivation of this energy could be used in spiritual evolution. Semen contains vital creative life force energy, otherwise known as prana or chi. Using sexual energy buildup as fuel for creative breakthrough by consciously directing this energy into a higher purpose through the practices that I'll be showing you. In periods of sexual energy retention where you consciously direct your most creative energy upwards, and the result is enhanced focus, creative flow, confidence, and what I can only describe as a magnetic presence. Ideas start flowing more freely. Solutions more spontaneously. Your creative capacity expands dramatically. No cap. These are all essential if you plan to build a life of financial independence. Wealth flows to those who can consistently access their creative genius and also maintain that energy to execute on their visions. That's what I have found. Learning to conserve and consciously direct your most potent creative energy accelerates every aspect of creative and spiritual development. The practice that I'm about to show you will guide you to channel sexual energy into creative, intellectual, or spiritual energy and use it to fuel those creative intellectual pursuits, boosting your productivity and your ability to innovate. This, this isn't about becoming celibate, okay, or denying your sexuality. In fact, it is about becoming conscious and intentional with your most powerful energy instead of just leaking it out unconsciously. When you master this, you'll understand why so many great creators throughout history, whether they knew it consciously or not, naturally channeled their sexual energy into their masterpieces. Pieces. Okay, I'm gonna give you guys a few examples. We have Nikola Tesla, who practiced celibacy his entire life and used his pent-up sexual energy by transmuting it into creative energy. He gave us alternating current and over 300 patents. Isaac Newton remained celibate throughout his, his life. He discovered the laws of motion and universal gravitation. Leonardo da Vinci, another lifelong celibate, created some of humanity's greatest art and inventions. Again, I'm not saying that you guys should become celibate, okay? I'm just— this is just a point to prove that there's a correlation between sexual energy and awakening. Even Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, who studied the most successful people of his era for 25 years, found that every great male leader he analyzed was inspired by the conscious direction of sexual energy, and that men of greatest achievement are men with highly developed sex natures who have learned the art of sex transmutation. The energy that creates life can create anything when properly directed. You're not— remember, you're not trying to suppress this energy. You're learning to surf it towards your highest creative expression. Now let's really get into awakening the inner genius. Throat, man. Throat is feeling it. How are you guys doing? Still with me? Still good? Cool. Alright, so before we dive into the technique, what's happening when you do this practice? Start from the bottom. We're moving dormant creative energy from the base of your spine upwards. Think of it like this acorn. When you plant this acorn into the dirt, it grows into this massive tree. I think nature in general is one of the greatest teachers that we have in life. Think about that. This tiny frickin' acorn grows into this massive fucking tree. What do you think What do you think says the same about our, our, our seed, right? So moving on up, we have— we're activating each energy sensor. We have 7. I just laid out 3 most important. We're activating each of those energy sensors as the life force moves through our system. That's why we're— is this practice entails breathing energy up, breathing exhaling out, breathing it up, exhaling it out. We're creating a direct pathway between survival consciousness and creative consciousness, consciousness. And as a result, we start awakening the inner genius that exists within your higher energy centers. And when you awaken the heart and you start operating from your heart and your, your throat chakra is activated, and your crown chakra and your third eye chakra is activated, like those, those alone is super powerful. That's what we're doing. We're opening up ourselves to be a channel so we can direct whatever creation, right? This is— this doesn't just have to do with being a, uh, you know, being an artist or or an entrepreneur, you— this applies in every aspect of your life, how you approach your life in general. It can stem towards any discipline. We each have a unique soul's purpose in this lifetime, and so when we begin to awaken that quote-unquote inner genius, we start tapping into our inherent vision that we've always had, always had within us. It's just that society and whatever conditioning that we've been exposed to has, has limited our ability to tap into that and to accept it and to express it. There are two essential components to this practice that I'm gonna be showing you guys. The first one is referred to as the Mula Bandha, which is a root lock. What it is is a gentle contraction of your pelvic floor muscles, the same muscles used to stop urination midstream. Excuse me. So if you're sitting right now, You can actually try this out. You're sitting right now. See if you can gently contract your pelvic floor, the perineum area, kind of like if you were to do Kegels. Like, you'll kind of feel like a, almost like a lifting up when you do it. That's the, that's the root lock. And so when we, when we gently contract those pelvic floor muscles, what we're doing is we're preventing creative energy from dissipating downward. We're building a foundation for this energy to rise. Think of, uh, if it wasn't right, if you didn't have the root lock, well, the energy would just like— you're not creating a you're not creating the outcome for that energy to rise because it can, it can leak downwards. So when, when you engage in root lock, you're creating an energetic container for that energy to move upwards. So think of, uh, when you, when you engage the root lock, think of a gentle sustained contraction. It's not forced or violent. And you also want to think lifting rather than clenching, right? You're not clenching it, you're lifting that energy up, and it should feel stable but not tense. Okay, and a practice tip is you can start with 30% effort, and you should be able to breathe normally while maintaining the lock. And then the second component is the Kriya Pranayama, which is the spinal breathing. So with your root lock engaged, you're slowly inhaling, right? Slowly inhaling through your nose, visualizing breath and energy moving up to— from your spine to the base of your crown. So ideally you should see and feel the creative life force ascending through each energy sensor. Like golden light moving up your spine. So as you hold the breath and energy at your crown center, so you're, you breathe it up, you're holding it there, and your, your root lock is engaged as well. So you're holding the energy at the top of your head while your root lock is engaged, and you're holding it there for 3 to 5 seconds for just absolute beginners. Okay, and then you're building gradually. Then you exhale out through your mouth, visualizing energy moving downwards from your crown to your base, and you repeat, building energy with each cycle. It's that simple. You're just lifting your butt cheeks and you're breathing up and you're breathing out. Super simple, but it leads to the craziest craziest experiences and way of being. So I'm gonna do a— I'm gonna walk you guys through step by step, and then I have a video to demonstrate this practice that you can visually see what I mean. So your posture, you're gonna sit comfortably. You can even try this out with me right now as I I walk you guys through step by step. Sit comfortably with your spine erect, not rigid. You can have your feet flat on the floor or your legs crossed if comfortable, and your hands should be resting naturally on your knees, lap, or in a mudra. And if you don't know what a mudra is, a mudra is, um, uh, like hand, hand signal combination. So this is one of them, you know, that thing Andrew Tate does. This thing is one of them. I wouldn't do it if you don't understand it, but do whatever feels natural to you. And then your eyes should be gently closed, or you could just maintain a soft gaze forward. Okay, that's the posture. And then we move on to gently engaging those pelvic floor muscles and maintaining that throughout the practice. So it should feel like you're creating that foundation as I spoke about earlier. And if you lose it, simply just re-engage without judgment. Remember, you're lifting, not clenching. So engaging the root lock, and as your root lock is engaged, you slowly breathe in while visualizing hot energy moving from the base of your spine to your crown. Remember, where, where attention goes, energy flows. Close. Okay, so visualize moving hot energy from the base of your spine to your crown. Imagine that golden light or warm energy ascending through your spine, and it should take about 4 to 6 seconds for the complete inhale. Feel as each energy sensor is activating as the breath moves upwards. And when you breathe, it's almost like a— it's not a, you know what I'm saying, like a violent breath in. It's a like a slow, like almost like you're taking a sip of breath, right? Like a, almost like a, like a nasally one-nose inhale type of thing as you're engaging the root lock and just breathing that energy up and Then once you've fully breathed in, you're gonna hold that breath briefly at the crown center while still engaging the root lock. Hold it for 3 to 5 seconds, and as you start to gain proficiency in this, you'll gradually build up to 15 or 20 seconds, 20+ seconds longer. I've personally done, I think, like a minute or longer. Um, but again, you're not forcing anything. You're just feeling how deep can you go, how, how much can you, uh, how committed and devoted are you. You're going to feel that energy gathering and intensifying, maintaining gentle root lock throughout the hold and This is gonna, this is gonna look and sound kind of crazy, but your eyes should also naturally gaze upwards to the top of your head. So what that looks like is, what that looks like is, it's like the whites of your eyes are gonna show. So I would, I would recommend doing this like in the comfort of your own home, you know, just with nobody else around so they don't distract you. But It's gonna look kind of crazy. You'll see that in, in the video that I demonstrated. Your eyes are gonna like, you know, go up because again, where attention is, energy goes. So you're not straining or forcing the attention, but you're directing it. Okay, and when you exhale out of the mouth, you're slowly releasing that root lock, visualizing cool energy moving down. And then allowing that energy to settle and integrate. You take 4 to 6 seconds for complete exhale, and then you just repeat that for 10 to 20 cycles, building energy progressively, starting with fewer cycles and gradually increasing. It's, it's all about quality. It's better to do 10 conscious cycles than 20 distracted ones. Okay, so that's the, that's the step-by-step walkthrough. Now I'm gonna show you guys the demonstration that I have. Can you guys can see this, right? Okay, okay, so, and comfortable, you Engaging the root lock, breathing that energy up— you can see I'm breathing that energy to top of my head and then holding it there while engaging the root lock. And when you breathe out, the proper way to do this is to make like a ssssss sound. Sound. It's not a— it's a— because if you think about it, you're breathing hot air, hot energy upwards, and you're cooling it down. You're breathing cool energy down, so you're cooling it down. So you want to make a sound when you, when you exhale it. And that's, that's, that's the practice right there. So I'll play that one more time. Engaging the root, leading energy up, directing that energy up, holding it at the top of the crown, and exhaling out. That's the practice. That's the literal practice though. The only, really one of the only practices you can work on to work with Kundalini. So When we breathe energy to the crown, there are actual physiological processes happening here. So we're working with the CSF fluid, we're circulating it. So the breath is the vehicle for delivering this energy to the brain. We have the ability to control and manipulate the breath, and we can use it to accelerate the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid. Which has been referenced by Eastern practitioners as the Christ oil. This fluid bathes your brain and spinal cord, and it carries the nutrients and also helps with removing toxins. As I said earlier about the high that you receive from doing this, we're working with our pineal gland. As, as the breath is held, the CSF fluid creates a mechanical stress. Think of it as like a pressure against that pineal gland. And as that— as the breath is released, a stimulation of the cilia takes place, and chemicals like dimethyltryptamine, or otherwise known as DMT, and serotonin are released from the pineal gland. Talk about getting higher in your own supply. It'll, it'll for sure For sure, if you, if you do this enough times, you'll experience what I'm talking about, and it feels really good. But again, that's why I laid out the pitfall. Don't get addicted to that feeling. Don't do it. It's not worth it. The pranayama helps increase the capacity of the brain. It increases the transfer of nanoparticle through the blood-brain barrier. Barrier, and it helps to wash away unwanted toxic materials entered from the polluted environment. Imagine that we're detoxing when we're doing this. And then again, what I showed you guys earlier with the neuroplasticity enhancement, research shows that the prolonged practice of pranayama for weeks also modulates the activity of brain regions involved in emotional processing, like the amygdala, the anterior cingulate, the anterior insula and the prefrontal cortex. This is, you know, this is a very, very powerful technique, and all we're doing is we're working with our breath and our butt cheeks. Common experiences and what they mean. So normal sensations that you'll feel You'll feel warmth or tingling along the spine. This is a sign that energy is moving. You'll feel an expansion of the chest, heart center opening. You'll feel a gentle pulsing at the crown. That's energy reaching the higher centers. And then you also feel a deeper sense of calm and clarity. That's a sign that your nervous system is shifting. And so then there are also these advanced signs that should not be forced. Um, spontaneous insights or solutions, accessing creative intelligence, feelings of bliss and profound head high— that's the DMT and serotonin being released— the feeling of energy moving on its own, Kundalini is beginning to awaken. Again, this energy has its own intelligence. Allow it to work with you, okay? You don't need to force it to do anything. You're just creating those conditions for it to be able to do its thing. And then you'll also feel a sense of connection to something greater, because as you start to open up those higher channels, you're touching on universal consciousness. Okay, now we have the daily practice foundation. So you can, you can practice this in the morning or in the evening. Or both if you prefer. I've personally, uh, when I first started this, I did both. But for just starting out, you can, you can choose just to do morning or evening. You can practice in the morning to access creative states for the day and/or the evening for integration in deeper states. Now what this involves is just 15 minutes of the Kundalini breathwork, the root lock and the spinal breathing. Followed by 15 minutes of integrative meditation, uh, just a 15-minute silent meditation to integrate any insights received during the breathwork session. So that's 30 minutes, 30 minutes total. Um, I would say that, uh, you know, I think the definitely the, the silent meditation is is important, but it can vary. I say 15 minutes because that's, you know, it's not like you're sitting there for hours on end. But I understand that 30 minutes may seem like a lot of time for, for most people. Um, that's why, you know, the 15 minutes of the spinal breathing and the root lock, that's definitely like, you'd want to, you'd want to do 15 minutes at least. But the 15 minutes of integrative meditation can vary. Depending on how long you've been doing this. If you've been doing this for, you know, months, it's like you don't need to always do 15 minutes of the silent meditation. It might just be 5, you know. And then you may even get to a point like I have now with where I just do what I feel like. Like, I don't time myself. I just, I do my spinal breathing in the root lock because I've been doing it for so long, and then I'll just do— I'll end it off with a silent meditation. So it's like, that's the approach. This is just the foundation for you to start off with, and then you can kind of work with it as you go along. And then I've also included a custom sound therapy track. So as a bonus, I've included a custom breathwork and meditation track to guide you through this awakening practice. It's crafted using psychoacoustic technology and is mathematically aligned with nature's golden ratio, phi, which is 1.618, to help facilitate authentic awakening. Now, you don't need this. It's just, it's one of those things where it just helps because when you're first doing meditation in this way, accessing different brainwave states like the, like how I went over earlier with the alpha theta waves, having frequencies will help. So you can harness the power of different brainwave states to enhance your Kundalini breathwork session and integrative meditation. And you can choose between— with this track, you can choose between 9 different solfeggio frequencies to help promote deeper meditative states. So you can, you can scroll to which frequency you want to experience. So it's not just like one track and it's just one, uh, meditation or one frequency that you listen to. It's whichever one you feel called to. And this has been one of the most like powerful sound therapy tracks that I've personally like listened to. Like, it's, it's really, really good. Um, Another thing is, um, if you, if you, uh, were tapped into the last, uh, class that I did on, um, was it the Reprogramming Your Mind? On that, on that custom, uh, meditation where it's like a guided meditation. This one is completely on you, meaning you're the one guiding yourself. Like, you're not listening to me, uh, guiding you through a meditation. And hypnosis. You're working with Kundalini yourself, so you can practice this in silence with no music, or you can use the sound therapy track, but it's just frequencies, like no guided, uh, type of meditation. And I did that on purpose because when you work with this energy, it's very sacred, and you all— you almost want to develop a relationship to the energy that you're working with, because it is a— it is an intelligence again that operates on its own. It's just it needs to be woken up consciously by you. All right. Oh, okay. So in closing, almost 2 hours. Sweet, right on time. I don't have any timelines to give you regarding the Kundalini awakening process. I also do not wish for you to have specific timelines set out for yourself to achieve awakening. To embark on this path is a lifelong journey and commitment. To devote yourself to the practice is to be of service to the greatest good of all. Instead, I'd like you to make a sacred commitment to yourself and to the world that needs your unique gifts. If you can commit to this daily practice for the next 40 days, not because I'm telling you to, but because your soul is calling you forward into the fullness of who you were created to be. Okay, I know that, uh, There may be moments where we don't feel like doing it, or maybe we fall off and we don't do it. That's okay, okay? There's no judgment. Just hop back on it. I'm not saying that in 40 days you're going to be awakened. I'm saying that commit to this if you're really deeply devoted to actualizing, to self-actualization, and into stepping into your fullest expression and authenticity. Okay, so do this for you. Do it because you want to serve to the fullest capacity that you can, not because I'm telling you to. Okay, so this is a, a commitment and a vow to yourself. Again, it's one of these— it's one of those things where it's like, how committed and how devoted are you? That's something you— only you can answer for yourself. I can't answer that for you. Only you can.
