The Unspoken Currency

Mark Salazar argues money is a tool, not freedom. He uses Prince, Mike Tyson, and a seven-figure entrepreneur who shut down his business to show wealth without purpose becomes hollow. Real independence comes from clarity of why, cultivated through breathwork, meditation, and journaling.

Today's masterclass is going to be about one of the most important factors and drivers that come into actualizing something that's as big as financial independence. The class that I'm about to teach on today is gonna be one of the more potent classes that I'll, that I've probably taught so far. You guys will get a sense of why that is, and more importantly, you'll be able to tap into this unspoken currency. Real quick, I want to get some engagement from everyone here. Drop down in chats, how many in here would like more money in their life? Yeah, for sure. Money is a, is a very important tool. And of course, you know, we all use it as a resource. Whether it's to provide for ourselves, our families, or to create a life that we want to live for ourselves, it's very important, very necessary. It's true that I'm here today, and even in the academy and in Chosen Few, it's true that I'm here to teach you all how to make money. However, I would be remiss if I didn't add nuance and paint a fuller picture for the journey that you guys have chosen to embark on with me. I've read many of your guys' Blueprint questionnaires, and it's very apparent to me that many of you think you need more money, think that you need to get out of debt or even think that you need to learn how to make money in your sleep. But in reality, what you truly desire goes way beyond just money. To illustrate the point that I'm making here, we're gonna dive into some case studies of individuals who have made a quote unquote life-changing amount of money Yet what I found from their story is that they themselves, despite having all this money, they aren't truly free. And some of them didn't even consider themselves to be free either. I know it kind of sounds a little bit confusing, like I just asked you guys, hey, who would like to make more money, right? And then I go into how it's not just about money that we really desire in here. Okay, so just bear with me, this is all gonna make sense as I walk through the entire class today. All of this stuff is going to start to connect. So let's get into some case studies. Anybody, anybody here know Prince? Prince is an individual for sure. There was a point in his career where he's working for this record label and his music has popped off. He's gotten all this fame, this notoriety. He's made tons of money. You know, he would be someone you would consider financially set. I mean, you have like multiple million-dollar houses, cars. It's like, bro, you're set. But that— if you dive into his story and the battles that he was facing with the record label that he was working under, you kind of start to notice that Prince didn't see himself as someone who is, let's just say, for example, free in this scenario. He wrote, or actually there was an interview, I believe, from Rolling Stone. He said, people think I'm a crazy fool for writing slave on my face, he told the Rolling Stone magazine in 1996. But If I can't do what I want to do, what am I? When you stop a man from dreaming, he becomes a slave. That's where I was. I don't own Prince's music. If you don't own your masters, your master owns you. So there's something to glean on this because this man is like, during this career of his, in this season of his career, he was financially set. He had you know, more money than the average person could ever dream of. Yet, because he essentially couldn't create what he wanted to create, he couldn't release when he wanted to release those creations, he didn't experience what I call true freedom. That's why he was super upset. Multiple concerts, he hopped in and wrote slave literally on his cheek. And I think that's a very bold thing to do, especially— I can only imagine being a, you know, a Black man performing and just straight up writing slave on your cheeks to emphasize a point. Moving on to case study number 2, we have Mike Tyson. At the height of his popularity and fortune, Mike Tyson owned 6 mansions, 2 white Bengal tigers, and 110 cars, including garages full of Bentleys, Mercedes, and Rolls-Royces. But on Saturday night, the former heavyweight champion will enter the ring in Louisville for the first time of what could be as many as 7 bouts in an unprecedented fight for financial solvency. If you guys don't know what financial solvency is, it's basically when— if you're not financially solvent, then you don't have enough assets to pay off all of your debts. So according to U.S. bankruptcy court records, Tyson is $38 million in debt after blowing an estimated $400 million fortune. According to court records, Tyson was down to his last $1,250 in cash 3 months ago. Tyson, at 38, said all of his houses have been sold or seized and he owns only one car, albeit a white Hummer SUV. Newly purchased and apparently not yet paid for. So imagine that this guy has 6 mansions, 110 cars, 2 freaking tigers. From the outside looking in, you would look at this guy and you'd be like, damn, he's financially set, he's got it all. But do you really think that it's freedom when there are literal corporations taking away your assets, your things? Because I don't— I'm just going to assume here that Tyson didn't want those things to get taken away. Down to your last thousand dollars. So I hope you guys are starting to see like a picture here, or at least the pattern with Prince, you know, having all of this money yet he can't create what he wants, release it when he wants, or show up how he wants. And with Tyson, you know, having all of this financial abundance and yet not having the freedom to be able to retain it or keep it. Now I want to talk about case study number 3, which is actually from my mentor. Who, for the purpose of this call and to honor this person's privacy, I'm not going to say who it is. I have a hunch though that some of you guys here might have an idea of who this is, but I ask that you respectfully, you know, keep this uh, privates, you know, there's no need to name anyone, um, especially when it comes to their, uh, personal affairs. But I think that in this specific scenario and just this, um, bit of nuance to the journey, I think it's okay to share, especially from the lessons that we can glean on. To give you guys some context, um, I had a mentor who I was working with who was financially free. He had pretty much everything, um, multiple 7-figure business and brand. I got to work with him pretty close as one of his, uh, creative, uh team members. And so I got to soak in a lot of what he goes through, the struggles that he's experienced. And, you know, these are things that don't necessarily get seen in the public, even with his personal brand. So this is a unique case study because it just— it kind of shows you a different layer to it with with Prince not being able to create what he wants and Tyson having his stuff taken away. This one is coming from a more spiritual, um, background. As we were about to scale my mentor's personal brand and business to 8 figures, he decided to shut down the business and brand. And he sent the team and I a message, a very long document, and this is a segment of that document that I want to highlight and talk on. And so I'll read from it and then we'll go into it. If I continue to grow an entity that was created from a place of unconscious fear of being controlled, no matter what I do there are karmic implications to what I created, and these deeply affect me and everyone else involved. I am making the intentional and conscious choice to no longer add to any negative karma that I may be creating, as well as to pay my karmic debts for decisions of the past. That's really what this letter is all about. I cannot continue to spiritually evolve while also spending the vast majority of my adult life pouring into a mission that was created from fear, even if it doesn't seem like it is or was to you guys or to our students. As we were scaling the business and brand, my mentor felt it in his heart and his soul that as he continues to grow this business and this brand, he's creating unnecessary karma for himself by doing so. And so despite having all this wealth, despite having all the freedom that you could possibly have in this world, he's still— even him, he didn't, he didn't truly truly feel free. This was the biggest, uh, mindfuck for me because I'm like going to this guy's house, he's in a freaking mansion, and I'm having the time of my life just being in this environment. And I could feel it in his, in his eyes, and I can see it in his eyes, and I can feel in his being that there was something that was holding him back from truly enjoying the present moment. And it wasn't until later when he decided to shut everything down that everything started to become more clear. So these are the case studies that I wanted to bring to light to you guys, because the money is important. It's a tool, it's a resource that we use to create the life that we want to. But an important aspect of our existence as humans in this life is knowing why are we really down here. Because we think that it's about money. It's— we think that we gotta come out here, we gotta you know, we gotta make some money, we gotta start a business, we gotta create some music, we gotta, you know, make some content. But let's dig deeper. Why are you really here? I don't know if you guys have actually sat with this question and asked yourself enough times, like, I don't know, because I mean, there have been those moments where I'm, you know, on psychedelics and I just get to thinking like, what the heck is all this? Like, what even— what even is my purpose here? And this is a very powerful question. Because with those case studies that I shared with you guys, I think an aspect of them figuring out why they were really here is going through all those things. But on a deeper level, I wanted to show you guys that it's not just about money. Whether you guys realize it or not, the real reason you joined my program Alchemy Academy is because in some way, shape, or form, you desire more freedom in your life. Amongst many other things, money buys us the opportunity to have more autonomy over our lives. And if you're taking this seriously enough, then you likely understand that this is no small feat. It's not. We're talking about complete freedom to do what you want, when you want, where you want, with who you want, and however you want to. Things that those individuals that I shared with you guys didn't fully experience despite having money. I know that a lot of you guys join this program and you're in it for, you know, I gotta fix my credit, leverage some OPM, and invest and multiply my wealth so I can become financially independent. I get it, I really do. And that's, that's a portion of why you're here, right? But I would be doing you guys a huge disservice if I didn't convey to you guys the absolute importance of just how deeper you have to go in order to understand why you even need those resources in the first place. The US adult population is about 270 to 280 million or so, and roughly 11% of those people are financially secure. Which if you add it up is around 28 to 30 million. That means that 1 out of every 10 people are financially set. In order to reach the freedom that you currently desire, you have to step into the top 10% echelon of work ethic of those who are financially secure. Of course, barring those who inherited their fortune. And even more impressively, doing so in a way that ensures that you don't lose your soul in the process. Because you can have all the money in the world, but if you can't do what you want to do, does that— is that really freedom? If growing a business and, you know, you go into thinking you're, you know, with the intention of serving and having an impact on the lives of others, but it hinders you from spiritually evolving, you make all the money in the world, but it can be taken away, can Just like that. There's this beautiful message from Jesus in Mark 8:36-38. For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul? Now, of course, I don't think that you're going to actually lose your soul, right? Your soul— if you're in here, then you have some semblance of an idea that our soul is eternal. But when you're talking about losing your soul, I think that this can be viewed as a perspective of losing your autonomy, losing your freedom, losing your choice, your integrity. So there's some, some real gems from just this, this alone. Now, this process of reaching financial independence, not only do you have to figure out how you can multiply your wealth grow it and keep most of what you earn, but also not lose your, your freedom in the process of— because I think there are still many people around the world that would trade their freedom for money. And if you're watching this right now, I want to remind you that we're, we're not just here for money. I know that's what I market, I know that's what I put out there, but for everyone here who's in my inner circle, I want to convey to you right now the importance of going deeper. So why is this so important? I want you guys to think of the things that I'm teaching you in here as a vehicle of sorts. The reason this is so important is because I'm providing you all with the vehicle to get you from point A to point B, okay? The financial independence blueprint, okay? But the more important question that one should be asking oneself is, what gas am I using to drive this said vehicle. Money is a tool, and if right now money is your only driver, aka the gas that you use for your vehicle, then you, my friend, will most likely not get far enough to reach financial independence, much less reach the freedom that you truly desire beyond just the money. As strange as it might sound, if our only fuel to get us to financial independence is through selfish monetary gain, then that will not be enough gas in the tank to reach true freedom. Because we are pursuing this mission from a place of lack, more than likely you will get complacent, lazy, or just downright greedy, which will undoubtedly lead to your downfall in the long term. I've been seeing the popularity rise of like accepting, uh, money as a driver for your creations, and I can see some truth in that. And I can also see that that's a helpful stepping stone, you know, because when you first start off in this journey, maybe you're living paycheck to paycheck like I was, and you're just tired of this situation that you're in. And you want more for yourself, but the path to getting more for yourself requires you to be driven by money. But beyond that, okay, what happens if you've already reached, you know, if you've already made a good amount of money, more than you've had before? If you're still driven by selfish monetary gain, I don't see it possible to Get past the vanity. Everyone's on their own journey. We all have our own unique soul's path. We all come down here with a unique mission and a purpose and a lesson to learn. So when we pursue this mission, we have to know what fuel we're using. What's the gas? We have the vehicle. Just follow this, just follow this blueprint. It's literally been proven. Time and time I've experienced the abundance that comes from following this blueprint. I, I've seen numerous people do the same thing, so it works. But we still got to work on the gas too. Let me pivot real quick and tell you all the story. When I was around 9 years old, I was in a terrible accident which nearly cost me my life. I was hit by a speeding truck, a speeding pickup truck that tried to beat a red light as I was crossing the crosswalk. The person driving was rushing to get to work, and in the process of running the light, he slammed right into me. Due to the blunt force trauma from the impact, I was knocked out cold. While I was unconscious, I remember it being dark, and after a while I started to see a faint white light. Almost like there was an entity there speaking to me. I can't remember what was said when I was in that place, but I know there was something there. And then I woke up. When you're knocked out like that, your vision doesn't come all the way. It's like darkness at first, and then it's, it's like a tiny white light, and it starts to get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger until you can see everything around you. At least that's what the experience was like for me. When I woke up, the first thing I felt was the cold, hard in wet concrete. There was a frantic lady that was on top of me and she was asking me a whole bunch of questions like, "Where are your parents? What's their number? Where do you live?" And she's just yelling at me, just like, so like, and I'm just like looking at her like, I don't even know what's going on. And then as I started to look around, I started seeing blood everywhere. Ah, because of the adrenaline that was coursing through my veins, I literally felt like I could get up and go straight home, and that's exactly what I wanted to do. But before I could muster the strength to even break free from this lady's hold on me, I ended up passing out. I awoke to the chill on my skin and the sound of chopper blades. So eyes are closed, cold, and all I could hear is "ch-ch-ch-ch." And as I began to open my eyes, I saw the height at which we were, and I jolted up. Imagine just— opening your eyes and you look down there and you're just like, I don't know how many feet in the air, you just see the city right below you. And so before I could even like move around and just like get a hold of myself, I was held down once again, and this time by paramedics. I was in a helicopter. I was being flown to a hospital because if I didn't, I probably would have died. So the guy who was holding me down, he said in a rather loud tone, "Stay with us, son. Don't go to sleep." Bruh, I felt so sleepy though. Like the feeling that I can kind of convey to you guys, it's like if you've ever popped melatonin and felt the immediate sleepiness of it, well, imagine popping 30 tabs of melatonin. I felt like I could have the best sleep in the world, and I was also cold, very cold. I asked the guy for a blanket, and when he gave me one, felt so good. After fighting for some time, I couldn't do it. I knocked out after struggling to stay awake because of the peaceful warmth. I awoke once more, this time to the cold steel of the surgery table that I was laying on. And the bright fluorescent light beaming straight into my face. There was a doctor present. He was stapling, literally stapling, the left side of my head, and he was also stitching up my forehead. I didn't feel anything, just felt like a, like a slight pinch. It wasn't sharp pain or anything. I'm pretty sure I was on some kind of anesthetic or whatever, anesthesia. I don't know if that's what you call it. I fell asleep again, and while I was barely conscious, I overheard a conversation between the doctor and my parents who were outside of my hospital room. And from The doctor's words, he said that I was very lucky to be alive. I went home after a week or so in the hospital for rehab, and I was visited by my auntie in our apartment, and she told me something that I would never forget the first time she saw me after that accident. She looked me dead in my eyes and said, "God has a purpose for you." And to this day, those words, those very words, still carry weight in everything that I do, every decision that I make. Okay, so why am I telling you guys all this story, right? I've told that story to many people, but there are actually very few that know of what happened afterwards. It's important that I prefaced what I'm about to share with you all with the backstory of the why that drives every moment for me. Coming so close to death and experiencing our mortality as humans at a young age has changed me. And my perspective on life immensely. And it is precisely why I'm so driven to live life to the fullest and experience everything that it has to offer, despite the many quote-unquote failures I've experienced, especially the one that I'm about to share with you all now. My parents ended up suing the person who hit me with his pickup truck. Needless to say, we won the case and I was granted a large sum of close to $100,000 in a court settlement, which I was able to access as soon as I turned 18 years old. I never even had an idea that I had money like that until I was 17. So prior to turning 17, I was practically treated as this golden child who had accessed a great deal of wealth before he was even old enough to drink. And to give you guys some context, I was born in the Philippines. My, my family didn't come from, you know, abundance materially. So I'm— I know what poverty is. I've experienced it firsthand. And so to have something like this just enter your immediate, uh, reality is like mind-blowing, right? Money is relative and subjective to each person. Six figures to one person can be nothing. It's like a penny to them. But in that season of my life, 6 figures, even for my family who, you know, didn't come from wealth, that was a lot. Long story short, when I turned 18, I had accessed the 6 figures. Now here comes the important part. Despite accessing 6 figures at 18 years old, the money did not last, and I found myself no freer than I was before I had that money. I had given around $25,000 to help my mom buy a house, another $25,000 for my brother's college funds, another $5,000 for braces, $20,000 for my old car. $5,000 for my custom fully specced out PC back when I was on Twitch gaming. $8,000 for my dragon sleeve, the one that I have on my left arm. The expenses piled up. It piled up quick. And before I knew it, I I was back to square one, living paycheck to paycheck in my early 20s. Imagine that. Boy, if I knew what I know now. This is why I'm telling you guys this story. Because after you see some semblance of success while walking this path and I'm 90% confident that if you're in here and you take everything seriously, then you will see the success that you desire for yourself. But if you don't have the right amount of attention and intention towards your why and the gas that you're using to drive that vehicle, life is going to sweep you right under your feet. And leave you back where you started, wondering what the fuck just happened, the same way I did, in a similar manner, in a similar manner that all these other individuals that I shared with you guys found themselves in. The difference maker here is that I chose not to give up. I remember the light that I saw in the shadow of death. I remember the words that my auntie spoke to me. As a result, my why was magnitudes greater than the situation I found myself living in. Babe knows this. For years I was living in a house with mold and freaking mice, and despite the entire spectrum of a human experience that I've gotten to enjoy, I had an immense foundation because of the why. A lot of people may think it's like, you know, you got money, so that's why you're in this situation. But if only they could, if only they could realize. Despite the situation that I was in, I was able to build a life of freedom for me and my family. We went from living in a mold-infested household to being able to travel the world. Do what we want whenever we want, however we want, with who we want, create what we want, express how we want, serve how we want. I want to share a beautiful quote by none other than Muhammad Ali. Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: a desire, a dream, a vision. You have to be fueled by something much greater than yourself. That is the only way to ensure you're able to make it through those hard times. Because they will come. You will be challenged. It's a rite of passage. So when you're going through those moments where you fail, where you feel unsure, where you feel doubt, where you feel scared, where you're going through the processes and you're making phone calls with freaking credit bureaus, and you're having to be on the phone with some guy in the Philippines who doesn't even know about your case, probably doesn't even care about what happens with your case, and you're having to constantly make those phone calls so that you can get this hard inquiry or this late payment removed. Or when you don't get approved for the funding that you intended or wanted to, or when your investment doesn't pan out how you think or thought it should have, when your business isn't doing as much as you thought it was supposed to— when these moments come, that's where your why is going to shine the most. That's where it's going to carry you much farther than you even thought possible in the situation. Because, bruh, there are moments where I felt all of these things and more, but Thankfully, thank God I had the right fuel. Before you were put in this meat suit we call a body, our soul came down here for a reason. Whether you believe in this or not, okay, I'm not gonna assume that you do, okay? But humor me, the entire goal of our existence is to remember why we came down here and to ensure that that purpose is being fulfilled. What I've come to find, though, all the many individuals that I've connected with, whether they were broke, paycheck to paycheck, or financially free, What I found is that this right here is the difference between humans living fulfilled or unfulfilled lives. And most people think money is going to fill that hole, when in reality it's only making the hole bigger. Money is energy. Therefore, money will amplify who you are being in every single moment. So when you're driven by greed, where is that coming from? It's coming from this subtle essence of lack, or maybe not so subtle. So when you start getting some money money is just amplifying that greed, that lack. And vice versa, if you're someone who is keenly aware of your abundance nature, who you really are, you know who you are, you have strong clarity on your why. And guess what? Money's going to amplify that. God did not put you down here on this earth to solely make money, to trade your time for money. I hope that that's obvious by now. God didn't put you down here to work a job. He didn't put you down here to learn skills, to make videos, to make music, to make podcasts, or even to start a business. I'm not saying that those things don't have a purpose. They do. They, they are just an aspect though. They're just one piece of the puzzle though. Jessica gets mad at me sometimes because whenever we have a conversation and she's just talking about something surface level or like she has a question on something, I'm always like going deeper. She'll be talking about like, babe, like they didn't pick up my phone call when I was calling the banks. And I was like, what's the lesson in that? Or they didn't approve me or they didn't approve my late payment removal. It's like, well, how are your energetics like? How did you show up? And I'm always trying, always going deeper and it pisses her off sometimes. Sorry, I can't help it. I'm just hardwired to go deeper. I think that when Jesus said to be in the world but not of the world, I have a hunch that this is what he was talking about right here. It's like, yeah, we're, you know, we're in this body, we're in this meat suit. We can't help that. That's what our soul chose. We have to, you know, we have to generate an income so we can be in the world. But that doesn't mean that we necessarily have to be of the world. You have to know what it is that you truly want in this life if you want to have clarity on what needs to happen in order to make what you desire a reality. That's a bar. I didn't even know I wrote that. The universe rewards clarity. Some people are out here wanting to be Kobe Bryant, but they aren't designed to be Kobe Bryant. I'm not saying you can't, you know, aspire, be inspired by someone's qualities. But make no mistake, you cannot play the Kobe Bryant game because 10 out of 10 times Kobe's gonna whoop that ass. He's gonna win, and there's nothing wrong with that. Here's the thing, you have to play your own game and be the absolute best at it because only you can play that game. What is your game? What is, what is the, what is Chris's game? What's Cordell's game? How can I, how can I play that game, right? I'm not saying that you can't have mamba mentality. I'm just saying from a, a spiritual, mental, and physical standpoint, we can't be other people. We can only be who we truly are, and we can try There have been people that have tried to be other people, but they've— the cost of doing that is you sacrifice your authenticity, you sacrifice your integrity. You're not playing to your fullest capacity because you're trying to be someone else, and that's what a lot of people are doing. Being driven by the money game. I get it, we have to play it. We had to. But can we play it our own way? Let me just catch up on the chats real quick. Appreciate you, bro. It's like, God, just— I tell people this, but— and this is actually what I've experienced with, you know, mentors that I've learned from, is that a lot of this stuff isn't necessarily me or I teaching these things. An aspect of this is just channeling channeling what's coming through. And this is coming from something much greater than myself that is feeling called to use me as a vessel to express these things to you guys. And I think that that's what makes church so powerful, you know, the right church of course, is that we're just channeling. Same thing with music. It's like we're channeling these emotions, these experiences, and we're conveying it to you guys so you can feel that. Because words, information, this is all just energy. And I'm glad that this energy is resonating with you guys because I know that it's going to be Life-changing. And I don't say that to blow smoke up your ass. I say this from experiential wisdom. So how do we develop a stronger why? Two words: know thyself. Can you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be. I think that the key to developing a stronger why— I think that knowing yourself is the key. I think that it's important for all of us to understand that our ego or our identity That's an aspect of our human experience. And a lot of us may think that it is us in our entirety as beings, not just humans, because we've grown up and all we've ever known was our name or what we're good at or what we're terrible at and what everyone thinks of us, the color of our skin, how much money we make. The list goes on and on and on. As humans, we all have lower-level drives. Think of this as like the animalistic side of our human experience, and it's responsible for two things: to procreate and to survive. Most people only ever operate from this frequency. I've met throughout my years, I've met people who are driven, highly driven by these two things, and I would say that it can get someone, it can get someone far. But to the level of depth that we're going in this, in this community, in this mastermind, it's not far enough. And I would argue that long term it's not going to benefit you as much as you think it will. A lot of people will just go make money so that they can meet their partner, you know, to be able to survive, to pay for their bills. But that's just a stepping stone. We're hardwired as humans to feel these things so deeply because it's, you know, I'm not bashing on it completely. Like, it's allowed us to be here now. But at the same time, as a soul, we in essence do have to go past it. You have to tap into the source of your being, aka your higher self. And the only way to do this is by asking yourself enough times, what do I want? And why am I here? And in order for these questions to dig deep enough, because you can't just, you can't just ask yourself that, like, and think that the answer will come right away. In order for it to go deep enough, you have to ask them from a deeper brainwave state, alpha or theta. And for the purpose of this teaching, I'm not going to go in depth into brainwave states since I already have an entire masterclass on it. But I will share with you guys the practice that I do. If you're wanting to gain clarity on what do I truly want and why am I truly here, how I approach this is first thing in the morning, I get up, I do my usual routine, brush my teeth, and then I sit down and I do about 10 to 15 minutes of breathwork. And the reason I do this is because this is one of the fastest ways, apart from taking substances, to alter your state of being. Because we can't just ask these questions from, uh, an analytical perspective. We have to go deep. And that's what I mean by going in a deeper brainwave state. And so after I do breathwork, I put on some solfeggio frequencies, I close my eyes, and I think about being no one. I think about being nobody, no thing, nowhere, and I think about being in no time. Can you guys guess as to why I Maybe thinking about this during meditation. There's no wrong answers here. Just want to see where everybody's at. Free the mind. Some Morpheus to Neo type shit. Gotta free your mind. Yeah. Essentially inner peace. Okay, that's a good one. So essentially the reason I, I think about this is because we all have identities, we all have beliefs, we all have thoughts. And in order to create a new reality for ourselves, we can't be attached to the past version of ourselves. Otherwise, when we try to manifest something, it's gonna come from that similar identity that we're just operating at. And since energy can't be destroyed, it has to be transmuted. So when I— where you place your attention is where you place your energy. When I do my breathwork, boom, I'm in a different state of being. Now I'm putting on frequencies and I'm placing my attention consciously on being no one, nobody, no thing, nowhere, and no time. And I'm becoming pure consciousness, pure, unadulterated consciousness. And that's where the, the power lies. I literally do this, guys, like as a picture of the red light and my journal. And so in that process of being nothing, no one, just pure consciousness, not even existing in time or space, I'm able to create the reality that I want and bring it closer to the present moment. I do this pretty much every day. Sometimes I switch it up, don't get me wrong. I've been doing this for years now. So sometimes I switch it up, but I do this for about, you know, 30 to 40 minutes total, and it's the first thing I do or the last thing I do at night. I'll journal and write down what came up for me and any of the thoughts that I still have lingering. And the reason I journal is because you can't keep everything in here. I like to think that our minds— if you're familiar with, um, computer terminology— I like to think of our minds as a CPU. Like, it's an extremely powerful processing unit, can process a lot of things, has processing power, but it's not necessarily meant to be a storage drive. Like, it can, don't get me wrong, there are people with gifted memories, but for me personally and from the people that I've studied, what I've come to find is that our brain works more efficiently when we have a clear mind and thoughts that aren't lingering and trapping you or hindering you from creating the reality that you desire. So when I journal, I literally place all of my thoughts in that journal, and now I'm left with a clear mind which allows me to quantum leap in my reality. Your inner world reflects the outer world. To sum everything up, strengthening your why and reaching true freedom in a way that won't cause you to lose your soul in the process requires us to work on the aspects of ourselves that matter the most. And this, my friends, is our inner world. There's nothing that you need outside of you in order to be free. If you could realize that society enslaves our mind, whether it's through addiction to social media, to corn, to food, to emotions, to media, to entertainment. If you can understand the intricate ways that society enslaves our mind and hijacks our ability to tap into our inner world, if you can accept the fact that the only thing holding you back from being truly free is yourself, then you can begin to alter the state of consciousness that you are operating under. You can begin to operate from a place of inherent abundance, because when you operate from that place, only then will you attract all the things that you could possibly desire in the form of opportunities that were always there. But because you were operating from a different state of being, you, you, you didn't have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, so you didn't become aware. You weren't aware of these opportunities. I mean, how could you? Let's just look at the example of someone who's living in a survival state of consciousness. What do you think they're thinking about on a daily basis? I'll give you guys a hint. They're thinking about surviving. They're not thinking of how to multiply their wealth. They're not thinking of investing. They're not thinking of how they can just like not pay taxes at all. And that's what blows my mind to this day, is that these opportunities are all— it's just information And it's invisible, like ones and zeros, and it's everywhere. It's all around you. But you can't seize these opportunities if you can't see them. And how do you see them? You have to change your state of being to be able to be the person who can see and seize the opportunities. You have to develop the ears to hear and the eyes to see. So when you become aware, it just becomes a game of surrendering to what God already has planned for you. In other words, your purpose and your why will become clear to you, and the hero's journey begins. We're all creators of our reality. We all have a unique story, a unique legacy that we're here to leave behind. And I'm willing to bet that those of you that are in here, you have something massive to give to the world. I know you guys do. That's why I attracted you, because I'm the same way. Your frequency is what you frequently see. If you're in here, you're literally just like me, just in a different fractal. A different reflection. We're all heroes in this amazing adventure and journey that we call life, my friends. You're constantly writing your story. Every single decision you make is a word on that book that you call your life. How are you writing it? I want to share two videos with you guys that I think is going to add some magic to everything that I've talked about so far. But real quick, I just want to see how everyone's doing. How are y'all doing, man? All right, let's get into these— let's get into these videos. So the first one is a scene from The Matrix. I don't know if you guys have seen The Matrix, but, um, if you haven't seen it, highly recommend. It's actually a recommended movie to watch after going through everything that we're going to be going through in the Alchemy Academy. But I'm gonna play this, uh, clip for you guys. Babe, can you give me a thumbs up or a thumbs down if you can hear the volume again? This is it. Let me give you one piece of advice. Be honest. He knows more than you can imagine.
At last. Welcome, Neo. As you no doubt have guessed, I am Morpheus. It's an honor to meet you. No, the honor is mine. Please.
Come, sit.
I imagine that right now you're feeling a bit like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole. You could say that. I can see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, this is not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neil?
No.
Why not? Because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my life. I know exactly what you mean. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know, you can't explain, but you feel it. You felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about? The Matrix. Do you want to know what it is? The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us, even now in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. What truth? That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage. Born into a prison that you cannot smell or taste or touch. A prison for your mind. Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself. This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Remember, All I'm offering is the truth, nothing more.
Okay, that was the first video.
What do Harry Potter, Katniss Everdeen, and Frodo all have in common with the heroes of ancient myths? What if I told you they are all variants of the same hero? Do you believe that? Joseph Campbell did. He studied myths from all over the world and published a book called The Hero with a Thousand Faces, retelling dozens of stories and explaining how each represents the monomyth, or hero's journey. So what is the hero's journey? Think of it as a cycle. The journey begins starts and ends in the hero's ordinary world, but the quest passes through an unfamiliar, special world. Along the way, there are some key events. Think about your favorite book or movie. Does it follow this pattern? Status quo. That's where we start. 1 o'clock. Call to adventure. The hero receives a mysterious message, an invitation, Challenge? 2 o'clock: Assistance. The hero needs some help, probably from someone older, wiser. 3 o'clock: Departure. The hero crosses the threshold from his normal, safe home and enters the special world and adventure. We're not in Kansas anymore. 4 o'clock: Trials. Being a hero is hard work. Our hero solves a riddle, slays a monster, escapes from a trap. 5 o'clock: Approach. It's time to face the biggest ordeal, the hero's worst fear. 6 o'clock: Crisis. This is the hero's darkest hour. He faces death and possibly even dies, only to be reborn. 7 o'clock: Treasure. As a result, the hero claims claims some treasure, special recognition, or power. 8 o'clock: Result. This can vary between stories. Do the monsters bow down before the hero, or do they chase him as he flees from the special world? 9 o'clock: Return. After all that adventure, the hero returns to his ordinary world. 10 o'clock: New Life. This quest has changed the hero. He has outgrown his old life, 11 o'clock: Resolution. All the tangled plot lines get straightened out. 12 o'clock: Status quo, but upgraded to a new level. Nothing is quite the same once you're a hero. Many popular books and movies follow this ancient formula pretty closely, but let's see how well The Hunger Games fits the Hero's Journey template. When does Katniss Everdeen hear a call to adventure that gets the story moving? When her sister's name is called from the lottery. How about assistance? Is anyone going to help her on her adventure? Haymitch. What about departure? Does she leave her ordinary world? She gets on a train to the capital. Okay, so you get the idea. What do you have in common with Harry Potter, Katniss Everdeen, and Frodo? Well, you're human, just like them. The Hero's Journey myth exists in all human cultures and keeps getting updated because we humans reflect on our world through symbolic stories of our own lives. You leave your comfort zone, have an experience that transforms you, and then you recover and do it again. You don't literally slay dragons or fight Voldemort, but you face problems just as scary. Joseph Campbell said, "In the cave you fear to enter, lies the treasure you seek. What is the symbolic cave you fear to enter? Auditions for the school play? Baseball tryouts? Love? Watch for this formula in books, movies, and TV shows you come across. You will certainly see it again. But also be sensitive to it in your own life. Listen for your call to adventure. Accept the challenge. Conquer your fear. And claim the treasure you seek, and then do it all over again.
The hero's journey lives in all of us. And I would go so far as to say that when you guys join this program, is that that's the call to adventure. That's the invitation into the unknown world. The "Hey Mitch," the Morpheus, that's an aspect of who I am in this journey. Not as your guys' saviors or anything like that. I'm just a guide reflecting to you guys what's possible. And so as you, as you go through the program, you implement things, you know, you strive for the money and to multiply your wealth, you're gonna fight challenges, you're gonna go through These moments of tribulation. That's why the hero's journey is so prevalent in our movies and why we're so drawn to them, because that is us. That entire cycle, that's the journey, and it just goes on and on and on. Macro cycles, micro cycles, big waves, small waves. When you go through the crisis and death phase, you're not, you know, God forbid, you know, that's an identity. I would see that as a death of an identity or a past self, a belief, how you used to operate and do things before you came into this program. And so as you complete your cycle, it's like, there's your treasure. I share these videos with you guys because I painted a picture for the unspoken currency which is going to fuel our vehicle. Because we have the vehicle, we just need the gas to drive it. We just need to understand what that is so that when we work towards financial independence, we don't lose our soul in the process. Because I know, I know the potential that each and every one of you guys have in here, and I would, I would be remiss if I didn't paint a picture for all the potential pitfalls that, that can occur when striving for something as huge as financial independence. The red pill or blue pill reference is directly correlated to— it's directly correlated to your ability to choose what you want. Because similar to Morpheus, I'm just giving you guys the— I'm giving you guys the, uh, the ability to choose what you want. Here's the literal blueprint. Just follow it. Just implement it. Take action. Consistently and be driven by something greater than yourself, or you can go back to your known reality. And there, there may be some of you guys here who watch this who drop off from the program, and that's, you know, I take responsibility for the effectiveness of how I'm able to facilitate transformation. And make no mistake, I am highly incentivized to facilitate the transformation that you guys desire for yourselves. Highly incentivized. But I'm only human, and so are you. And so the best thing that I can do is give you guys a— an entire canvas for how you can create the work and paint it the way you want to, but following a guideline that can catapult you towards material abundance so that you can fund your dreams and the things that you want to do. By now you should understand, you should understand that you are the hero in your story. Your why that drives you is going to be one of the greatest assets you could possibly have in this life, period. Forget the money, forget the funding, forget the investing for just a moment. None of those things are nearly as powerful as having crystal clear clarity on who the fuck you really are and why you're really here. I've given you all examples of different people from different industries and different walks of life who have quote unquote made it in terms of financial gain, yet their freedom was severely limited. I told you all my story and the why that drives me to further emphasize my point. And alongside the practice that I've done for years and still do to this day, to this day, in order to strengthen my why and remind myself, because I need to remind myself too. It's like being lulled to sleep or falling asleep, you know. You make some— you make progress in your journey and in the things that you want to do. And that progress and that achievement kind of puts you to sleep, just ever so subtly. And now you're no longer operating from your why, you're operating from something else. So that's why I do it. That's personally why I do the practices every day, because it's a grounding practice. And a helpful modality for reminding myself, despite the financial independence I get to experience now with my family. Would you, would you believe me if I told you, like, literally 5 years ago I was living paycheck to paycheck, didn't have any semblance of a way out, addicted to all sorts of things. So it's like we all have this potential inside of us, and even coming from that, I was still able to create the reality that I get to experience now. And I'm no better than any of you. You guys have just as much potential as I do. Our souls have an equal amount of potential. Just because I'm the one up here talking and teaching on these things doesn't make me any better than any of you. I see each and every one of you as my equals. And we're all on this path in this journey, and we just happen to be walking together during this season. And there will come a time when maybe we don't, you know, when you're ready to leave the program, and that's part of the journey. But I'll be damned I'll be damned if I don't at least hammer home the asset that is your why, or these deeper nuances to the journey that goes just beyond money. I'm gonna teach on this stuff because that's what people want, but it's not necessarily what they need. So it kind of feels like a freaking red pill. Like, I, you know, I'll help you multiply your wealth, and don't get me wrong, I will. That's why we do what we do here. And I'm also going to red pill the fuck out of you and remind you just who you really are, because you deserve that. It's not like me saying these things. This is like just being channeled the same way that it was channeled to me. And so I have a fiduciary responsibility and obligation to pay, to pay it forward. The unspoken currency that will fuel your ability to go where you truly desire is your inherent why, which is already within you. Okay, it's not in— it's not in me, it's not in this teaching, it's not in the program, it's not in the money, the investing. The debt, none of that. It's already within you. These things are just reflections guiding us towards what we should be doing, but you already have your why. All you have to do is sit with it, sit with yourself in solitude, silence, and serenity long enough to access it. And just like in the movie The Matrix, think of me as a guide similar to Morpheus. You are Neo, the chosen one. My role is to show you the door, and yours is to decide whether or not you will open it and walk through. I appreciate you guys for real. This was a very special, special call, and I hope that you guys, you know, could feel that energy. And, uh, and I'm, uh, I have a hunch that you guys did. This one is a very special topic for me. It just like Ah, man, it's like, it's crazy because there's literally a percentage and a probability that I wouldn't even be here right now being able to teach these things to you. So I'm always reminding myself just how blessed of an opportunity that it is to be able to share these things with you guys. Because I know that we all have, we all have something inside of us. We all have that thing. It's just about tapping into it and tuning into it. Yeah. Felt your guys' energy too. I just want to say thanks for bringing the energy in the chat. It was really fun. And I really appreciate your guys' answers because it showed me where your head is at, and that's going to help us continue to support you guys moving forward. So good job today, and let's keep it going. Yeah, y'all were on fire too. I love the energy, man. It's like synergistic. We work together in harmony, and so Um, like I said, I appreciate you guys' time, energy, your presence, and I look forward to continuing and walking this path with, with you guys. Question: What is the source of your continued pilgrimage into sovereignty and independence from the system? That's a great question. What is the source? Hmm, I think the source, um, came from a lot of my experiences with watching my parents as they navigated the system. And, you know, they came in here with the American dream. But the funny thing about, you know, the American dream is that you have to be asleep in order to realize it or to chase after it. And so I just, I watched them firsthand struggle and live with very minimal freedom. And I just, I knew that that wasn't the life that I was going to live, and it's not the life that I'm going to pass down to my family. So I guess you could say that the source came from a lot of pain, um, with having those experiences. And also, um, an equal amount of the source also comes from my inherent desire to be of service to humanity. And to fully realize and actualize the expression of my soul. And I knew that in order to do that, I would have to gain independence from the very— we call it the matrix of the system, but there's really systems on systems on systems, like a matrix within a matrix. You have like the food matrix, you have the legal matrix, you have the education matrix, the media matrix, the healthcare matrix. There's a lot of it, bro. And so a lot of, you know, I think you're a polymath as well. So you kind of understand like a lot of what it boils down to, to be able to live life to the fullest and experience everything that it has to offer, is to become proficient in a lot of these different areas that don't necessarily seem like they're connected, but in reality they are interconnected. As, as are we all. So that's where my source comes from, many different places. Much love for everyone in the call today. Thank you for those who are tuning into this as well. That is it for this, and I will see you guys in the next one. I'll see you all in the Circle community, Chosen Few community. I hope that you all have a blessed rest of your day, your evening, whatever time it is for you. Peace.
