Be a Childlike Leader

Coach Ambereen argues that the best leaders stay curious, challenge assumptions, and remain fully present like children do. Geniuses and high performers share these childlike traits: they listen closely, express genuine enthusiasm, and use imagination to make people feel heard and valued.

Fascinating day Coach Ambreen Here, as a.
Certified high performance coach with the world's leading academy, I often think about ways that we can build out and make ourselves better leaders, better role models.
And so today's topic is going to.
Be how to be a childlike leader.
If you're ready to take your life to the next level, then stay tuned.
Until the end of this video. Take a moment to reflect on this statement. Why are geniuses and highly intelligent people childlike?
I had to think about that one too. Here are my takeaways as to why.
I believe that statement is true.
Children are naturally more curious. They ask tons of questions to understand the specific situation, the mindset, thought set.
And perspectives as to why things are.
The way that they are. They challenge the status quo. They want to find out, why do.
You all feel this specific way when they feel differently.
And all these are great qualities of.
A leader who can innovate, who can add value, who can surface out of the box solutions. That's the first. Second one is kids are totally and.
Fully connected, submerged in the now, in the present moment, with all the attention and all the details.
And we as conscious leaders should to learn to do the same, to be completely submerged and in tuned with the.
Now, with the current task, with the.
Current conversation with our teammates.
So that way we can find creative ways to welcome our differences and become.
Better leaders, which in a way builds high performance teams because each one of us feels heard, we feel valued, and we feel like we have something to offer. The last point is little humans, they're very expressive and this is a quality.
I love about them. I truly believe that expression is such.
A gift in the world that we live in now as adults because a lot of times we forget the richness that it comes that comes into our life from just being fully expressive. As adults. We live, I think, from a place of scarcity, from a place of lack.
You know, little kids are super excited.
They'Re enthusiastic, and they're unafraid to share.
Their limitless imagination as to how they.
Perceive the world completely different than we as adults do.
So leaders who are willing to see.
Their teammates as authentic individuals encourage shared voices, are the ones who can really.
Redefine what it means to have a phenomenal team.
So next time that you're in a room with kids, notice the whys, notice the expression of energy and the creative resolutions to problem solving.
So that way that we can all.
Continue to explore their thoughts and understand.
How they live in such an abundant.
Mindset with so many beautiful experiences. So remember to unleash the genius inside of you with humility and umbergy.
