Fantastic day to you. Which basically means I hope your day is filled with tons of fun, lots of amazing, positive, good energy, just a sense of liveliness. And I think that's what makes my day fantastic, at least today. I want to share with you a small story about one of my clients. And the one thing that we're working on with him is the sense of consistency, which we know is one of the most important things in life. Because without consistency, there isn't much growth. There isn't something that you can do and build upon to better yourself on a day to day basis, week to week, month to month, year to year, however you want to think about it. And so he's trying him, you know, he's trying his best to be consistent every single day with working out. He's a lot of the time during his lunch to actually get up and work out, which gives him a beautiful sense of energy that carries him into the day at a strong and in a positive note. And so what I shared with him when I noticed that he was kind of falling off of this commitment that he had made with himself is, do you remember that time when your son was picking up weights as he was at home on one ordinary day, his son is picking up weights. And I said, do you remember that? And he goes, what does that mean? And I said, when you are showing up and recognizing and realizing that your children are watching you, they're watching your moves more than what you're saying. We actually start to practice what's called a role model mindset. And being role model means that we.
Are showing up with intentionality for those that matter to us. And I said, if you want your son to realize and recognize that working out in your health is important, then you have to make sure that you're consistent with your behavior. And that was an aha moment for him, a breakthrough where he realized that, you know, I was doing this stuff for my own self to have a better health set, a better mindset. But here I am being reminded that there are people that I really care about who are watching. So as you go from one day to the next, one moment to the next, really be mindful. Really be mindful of how can you.
Make this the best version of you a little bit more fantastic. With that said, sending you a lot of love and tons of amazing umbraji. Bye now.
