Coach Ambereen (family-driven coach) offers a short spoken reflection on conscious parenting using a morning anecdote: she wakes her eldest son under a household 'five-minute' wake rule, but learns that tapping him to wake up irritates him because he previously said 'you can't tap me'. She uses this small interaction to illustrate the larger point that noticing and honoring family members' individual preferences (how they want to be shown up for) can significantly affect their mood and engagement. Video closes with a warm blessing/sign-off.

Hey, hey. Vibrant day to the you I hope today. I pray today is filled with just high energy, beautiful vibes and so much engagement that it brings you back to life. For those of you who do not know who I am, my name is Coach Ambrain and I am a family driven coach. So what I do is I show up here every single day providing some insights on how to become more conscious as parents and how to lead our lives a little bit better as we take charge of what truly matters, which is our families. Thank you so very much for listening to this message today as we dove in, I want to really just share a beautiful observation that I had with my little humans in the morning hours. So woke up my eldest and we have this rule in our house that every kiddo gets five minutes after being woken up to like, whatever, to toss and turn, to go back to sleep, do whatever they need to do to prepare for leaving that comfortable warm bed and really rising to actually launch their day. And I woke my son up, my eldest up, totally fine. And then when I went back five minutes later, I was like, all right buddy, no, but it's time to get up. He's like, oh, you're doing it again. I told you, don't wake me up like that. And I had to pause and really reflect on what I was doing wrong. I said, oh, okay. He goes, yeah, you can't tap me like that. You know I don't like that. And in that moment, I remember I remembered that he had told me before as well, hey Ma, don't tap me. You know I don't like to be woken up with taps. So this small, simple thing, it could really be the deal breaker for him to wake up with a positive mindset or feel irritated and annoyed in the morning. So as you're going about your day, start to notice what it is that your family members want. How do they want you to show up for them? What is it that they need? How can we make a bigger impact while consciously leading our loved ones? With that said, sending you a whole lot of umberji. Take good care, ex mom. Signing out.
