Hey, inspirational day to you. I pray that today is filled with those small moments that are inspiring you. Why? Because you're taking notice. Because you're looking and seeking for something a little more. So that way life can be filled with a little bit more joy, a lot more love, and a ton of fulfillment. Today's little snippet, you know, is about just grounding ourselves first as parents, so that way we can really release that energy and serve our children in the best of manner. My name is Ambreen, and I'm a family driven, high performance coach, and I love to provide little tips and strategies on how we can shift the perspective and the narrative of our stories so that way we can pour in and be the best leaders that we can be for our little ones. All right, Our family. So important. Sometimes you go into the house and you already can feel tension. Sometimes the kids come into the house, you know something is wrong, and so what do we do? We unconsciously kind of consume that energy and we maybe sometimes reciprocate it right back to them. However, if we could just shift that mindset, if we can just take a pause and see when things are in chaos and stuff is happening, which is not planned, and we decide to take ownership and we decide to do things a little bit differently, how would our lives change? So yesterday I got this random request which I thought was pretty unnecessary, where, hey, I want to come pick up the kids and I want to see them. And I already talked to the kids, so I have this expectation many times to say, well, you got to communicate through me first. Their kids communicate through me. I know what the schedule is like. I know where they're at with their mindset. However, some things just aren't sticking. So for the first time ever yesterday, I said, no, that this can't happen. The kids have practice. It's chaos. We're going to. They come home, usually, they have dinner, they eat, they spend a little time together, and then they go right into bed. And it just felt so empowered. I felt so empowered because this whole time, as I took ownership, as I led by example, I really allowed myself to lead with peace. And when I was more peaceful, I felt my kids being peaceful. They trusted my decision and they said, you know what, Mom? It's okay. It's totally okay. Not. Oof. Not a. Why did you do it this way? Why does everything have to happen your way? Nothing. So if today you could start to lead with a little bit more peace in your life and reciprocate that energy to yourself and to your family and your loved ones. What would change? Drop in the comments below and it would really inspire all of us to tap into your greatness as always, sending you a ton of embrygy and a whole lot of goodness and love and radiance and positivity. This is X Mom signing out. Take good care. Bye now.
