Celebrating Blessings and Embracing Challenges

Coach Ambereen talks about noticing small blessings you overlook: the ability to walk, talk, think, shelter, food. She reframes challenges like a child not listening as lessons for growth, and urges you to pause before reacting so you can respond with compassion instead.

Blessed day to you. And I pray today that we realize all of the blessings that we take for granted. Like the simple stuff, ability to walk, ability to talk, ability to think, ability to, to be, to express, to, to live in a, in a home, to be able to have clothing, food. All the simple things that we really don't recognize often as we should. Hey, it's coach Ambreen here ready to serve you once again as I provide insights, tools, strategies, new perspective, shifts of thinking in a way that can benefit us and our families. So today I actually want to take a pause and work a lot more on celebration. The theme of blessings would not be justified if I did not celebrate all the beautiful things that happen in our lives on a day to day we know. I think as often as we should kind of take a moment to realize all the good that's happening, we really focus a lot more on the bad. And this is kind of a sad way of looking at life. What if today, starting today, you looked at all of the bad that was happening as also in a way preparing you for the good that's coming up? So many of us have challenges. A lot of people come up to me and they say, hey, you know what? My kids don't listen to me, my partner doesn't understand me, and I don't really feel like I'm understood or appreciated for all the things that I do. What if I was teaching you to summon the next best version of you because you wanted to, not because somebody else depended on it, but because you and I want to tap into our own greatness? Because you and I realize that when we make it about other people, sometimes we lose ourselves. However, I think it's really important to serve as your best self, as my best self, as our best self. And what starts to happen is we start to respect ourselves a little bit more. The challenges that come to our lives, if they were just reminders of lessons that we already learned or they were new lessons that we were learning which were helping us tap into our own greatness, we would celebrate life a little bit more. So your kiddo isn't listening to you. My kid wasn't listening to me. We've all been there several times in our lives. What do we do? It's not a reflection of me. My kid not listening isn't a reflection of me. In this moment. They might be going through something that they think is important in this moment. Maybe they don't know how to regulate their emotion in this moment. Maybe they're not self aware. However, I am And I'm going to choose my response. I'm going to say that, you know what? This moment came to teach me that I can summon a more calmer, a more peaceful, a more kinder, compassionate version of me to that does not need to be reactive. What if every single moment in our lives we just paused a little bit, just one beat longer to become more aware? And this awareness, in hindsight, will work to become a magical superpower that you have, that I have, which will allow us to choose our actions and even our reactions, our behaviors and our thoughts. So every single time today, when you're feeling a little bit of difficulty, take a moment and realize that this, and for whatever reason it is, is a blessing. And you're going to work so hard and I'm going to work so hard to appreciate it and to embrace it. With that said, sending you a ton of umbraji. And drop in the comments below what your takeaways are, because that'll help all of us to be a path to, in a way, cross paths with you, to cheer you on, to celebrate you and your courage for opening up and sharing a dialogue with all of us. With that said, this is X Mom signing out. Bye.
